Needed a truck to move some major appliances long distance (pick up in Portland). The truck performance was awful. The front end swayed and clucked over bumps. The truck would downshift on up/down hills very erratically, It would downshift at the slightest variation of the gas pedal. The lift gate was bent and not horizontal when extended, making lowering the appliances a hassle and unsafe, as several of my appliances were very tall. All of this was discovered during the rental trip, of which I was so far from Dels it was impractical to return and exchange. I had a schedule to keep. Upon returning the rental, no consideration/compensation or compassion was offered, nor any reduction in the rental cost. I was told the computer controls the pricing, but the guy would have the GM call me to discuss the issues and compensation. My rental charge was over $700. No call as promised. Poor customer service poor equipment maintenance/condition. Renter beware.

I would give zero stars if i could, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, we have switched out 3 trucks with them already because the check engine light kept coming on and they say they cannot give us another rental because its our fault because we are somehow wrecking their cars. They will blame you for any problem YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

This place was super convenient, easy to work with, and quick. I spent an entire afternoon just trying to get to speak with someone at uhaul just to find out theyre booked up. I was able to get a truck rented in about half an hour with Dels. Ill definitely be using them from now on.

Seems well run. Their lot appears organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. In comparison their rental fees are lower than the big chain stores. My opinion, well worth driving the extra miles to rent here.

After a spur of the moment furniture purchase, I needed a trailer to haul a complete dining room set from north King County to Cowlitz County. I could NOT find a trailer until I found Dels! Great service! Even in the rain they took the time to make sure I had all the right equipment as well as the right trailer for the task! We turned to Dels Trucking after our reservation with U-haul fell through. We were able to rent a truck the day before our big move and were very happy with their customer service! Will definitely use them in the future, much better than dealing with U-haul!

Avoid this place. The prices are above market and the management is beyond rude. The truck I rented had over 100,000 miles and was down for more than 30% of the rental. They will call you at all hours of the evening like 7 PM on a Friday and ask for a $1000 deposit to extend your rental. When I try to explain some of the electrical problems my truck had the customer service immediately snapped back with well did you overload it? You needed to take it back into our mechanic ASAP. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend it. Terrible first time experience for spending over $5000 they sure treat you like dirt.

It is first come first serve, and outside the fence, so you can pick up your car after they close.Staff is professional, quick to answer the phone and helpful. We will definitely be renting here the next time we need a truck, trailer, or van.After hours drop-off is available as well, ask the staff where they want the vehicle parked if you are doing so.NOTE: Remember the Fill the Gas (or diesel) in Woodinville and get a Receipt to give to the office!This is the one thing that I have not experienced in renting other trucks. Not a problem, just different. Costco Fuel, Chevron, and Shell are in the area.Price may be a little more than the national rental companies, however the customer service, quality of the trucks, and cleanliness more is worth it.They have Dump trucks and commercial truck too!Remember to bring a paper copy of your insurance, a drivers license, and a credit card.They have COVID protections in place, and clean the vehicles accordingly.This is a local business that cares about their customers, and providing excellent customer service. We were in a tight spot, we needed to move a large leather couch purchased at a local used furniture store that day. Rain in the forecast meant we needed a dry, enclosed trailer or truck. The size of the couch required at least a 10 van or truck.A family member tried for 2 hours talking and waiting on hold with a U-haul representative to find anything we could use on the Eastside that wasnt a 40 box van. We nearly gave up.Then we remembered Dels Truck Rentals. They were quick to answer the phone, and despite it being late in the day, they worked with us to find a van that would work.We were able to provide many of our details over the phone prior to arrival making check out faster. Despite being the last customer of the day, we still received great service.We rented a 15 box truck, similar to what others offer. Things that really stood out were:-We were instructed not to transport anything that would get the wood bed of the van wet. As the floor would warp and be ruined. This meant, the van was weather tight! After renting a moving van before and having it leak all over my stuff, this was great to hear.There is a little door between the passenger area of the truck cab and the box. No more crawling over the furniture to get out of the back!The interior was well maintained and clean, the truck was mechanically sound. Brakes, steering, and all lights worked, including in the back cargo area.The staff take a digital picture of you as part of the rental process.The staff take a digital video of the truck to document the condition prior to you leaving. You are welcome to take your own pictures, but it is not required.If you have used a truck rental app, you likely have had to take a dozen pictures, upload them in the app and provide so much information you feel like You work for the national rental company. Then go inside and have the local staff fix some ridiculous error. My success rate for such apps in the past has been the 24/7 app worked once for the three times I tried to use it.Finally, I have used the local Eastside brick and motor national truck rental locations often in the past. If you go directly through them, then you will likely be fine. But for me, my first phone call or email will be to Dels Truck rental in Woodinville.

Customer service greatly needs help!! I would absolutely never rent here nor would I recommend that anyone rents here. It would have been nice to support a local business but with the attitude I received over the phone and lack of assistance with an upcoming rental, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great service, great and clean trucks. My biggest and only complaint is how long The entire process. When I first called for pricing they were very nice and I had to tell me everything I had asked. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other rental truck companies. They have all different sizes of trucks and vans and cargo vans. The vans are really really clean and drive really well.

Talk about a seemless rental experience! During this busy moving season when all other companies either had something that wouldnt work or nothing at all (not to mention overpriced), Dels had EXACTLY what we needed, a big ol 26 footer, and not to mention, ready for me to pick up within an hour of calling!!! During our busiest times here at On the Go Moving we rely on Dels Truck Rental. Our weekends will fill up quickly and it is imperative we are able to rent a truck from a reliable company. We have been working with Del for over two years now. Their guys communicate well, are very respectful and stand by their word. I have used other, bigger truck rental companies in the past who many times have allowed me to book a truck with them, but when it came time to drive that truck off the lot, there was no truck for me because they had over booked. The manager of Dels is an awesome guy he helped us get a trailer that could haul my Traverse that had died in Seattle. And after finding out that my truck didnt have a hitch system rated high enough to tow the trailer, he gave us a truck and trailer rental combo that would work for the weight of my Traverse. He even gave us a deal on the tie straps for securing the vehicle to the trailer.Would recommend these guys for any trailer and moving truck needs

We needed a plug fixed on one of our trailers and wanted to find someone closer to our office then the place we bought it and happened upon Dels. They were able to do the repair quickly, which was great for us since we use that trailer every day for work. The gentleman that fixed it was super nice and their prices were great! Rented a truck when my truck was in the shop. Asked for 3 tie down straps. Prior to return (while topping off fuel) verified all 3 straps were there and properly rolled up. Upon return, while settling the bill. The attendant claimed there were only 2 straps (after I had verified 3 were there only 5 minutes prior). They scammed me out of $30 as it was my word against his. Hope they enjoy the $30 as theyll never see another dime from me again.

Great place to get a rental truck. Wonderful staff and even upgraded us for free because the truck we rented wasnt available due to not being dropped off, but the guarantee your rental. Definitely will use them in the future.

Positive side, the truck seemed well maintained and pricing is OK (daily rate is about 25% higher than others, but mileage charges are half of what some charge).On the negative side, very unfriendly and lacking is customer service fundamentals (unlike what other reviews say, the four people I talked with were certainly NOT friendly.Lastly, they overcharged me on refilled gas - despite me refilling all the way to the neck of the tank, they still claimed it was not full and scammed me for another $20.

Better get there as soon as they open because the process is a bit long so if you get stuck in the back of a long line you will be waiting for a while. The staff is friendly and video you and the vehicle inspection before leaving to assure no damage is done

Very organized business, straight forward and clean new vehicles

It was labor day weekend, trailer my buddy was going to loan me blew some bearings so that was a no go. Called on Sunday when they opened at 8 am, and they had a small 10ft box truck. Put my name down and headed down. When we got there we felt nothing but welcomed, it was crazy busy but Ward and his team were able to focus on us and make us feel important. He and his staff were very professional and courteous, honestly couldnt believe how they werent sold out yet. The rates are very competitive and they are upfront about everything, no hidden fees or weird guidelines. Straight and to the point. They made moving day a breeze and we would definitely recommend them again! Thank you Ward and team!

Rented a trailer a couple month back to tow a vehicle. Upon pre inspection the cable for the winch was rolled up all the way so we didnt see the cable was frayed when we returned it brot it to their attention and that it was like that when I got the trailer they said because it wasnt on the pre inspection that we were responsible for it. The lever that raised and lowered the trailer was sloppy and hard to use. The lever that holds the gear on the winch to keep it from spinning back the other way broke which cause the lever to spin wildly out of control and broke me thumb. I was also leaving the state for a couple of weeks and and was told that my credit card wouldnt be charged until I got back to straighten everything out but of course they charged the card an extra $200 plus the rental right away after I was promised they wouldnt. So to sum up faulting equipment, blamed me for damaged equipment, broke my thumb, whent behind my back and broke their promise. I will never ever rent from here again

These guys are awesome! They came through for me in a jam when my reservation with Budget rentals fell through (and they only gave me 10 minutes notice). I had movers coming in 2 hours and was scrambling to find a last minute rental. The guys at Dels got me in a truck within 30 minutes! They were so friendly and kind, I almost forgot how pissed I was about Budgets BS. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.Thanks Dels, you saved my move!

In my opinion Dels rental practices are deceptive. They use inclusive day billing: For example a trailer rented at COB on Friday and returned Monday morning is a 4 day rental not a 1 or 2 day rental. In addition their equipment trailers are supplied with electric braking systems so if you expect to be able to use your own tow vehicle, you may be disappointed. Never fear Dels will conveniently have on hand a properly equipped tow vehicle available at a premium rate. The aforementioned info is not told to you at the time of reservation, nor is it readily available on their website. I went there expecting to pay a $250 rental fee, but was charged almost $1400. I will not rent there again.

Ive been using these guys for years now whenever I need a truck and things have always gone smoothly without a hitch. The 14 foot with liftgate is my favorite which makes life so much easier

A year ago I moved my arcade business and used one of their biggest lift gate trucks. Moving 8 very rare, very heavy, very fragile cockpit simulator machines is not easy, but the truck and the lift gate were perfect. They totally saved my butt by extending the rental when we had logistics problems on our end and didnt get the keys to the new place for a few days. Well worth the price and we hope to do business with them again soon!

They are very stickler on their return times. They want rentals back at 7am. Knew I couldn’t make it by 7am, called ahead of time and told them I’d be an hour late, they said ok, said it wasn’t on rent the next day. They still charged me a late return fee, lame.
