Tyler is the only good part of this store. He was an excellent help to me! Efficient, knowledgeable and patient.This was very welcome specially after the other employee literally ignored me and helped the people who came in AFTER me. Then proceeded to have a 45 minute unrelated conversation with these people while others were waiting.

Pretty disappointed to hear what happened at the AT&T store with mother last week. She came in trying to get more information about opportunities to get a new phone but was mislead and preyed upon by Tyler who works there. He swindled my mom who is on social security benefits to give up her old plan to pay more for a new plan that he claimed would cost less. But ultimately my mother unknowingly signed up for a new phone plan that costs $100 MORE than she was paying before. Please be more considerate to the elderly and explain all the changes that are being made. Hopefully, Tyler doesnt receive any sales compensation for these predatory practices. And please educated customers and help them instead of trying to make a quick buck. Fortunately, the AT&T customer service line has been extremely helpful with their ability to return my mother to her old plan. Shout out to them for their helpfulness.

The store rep (Tyler) was very helpful and kind! We didn’t have to wait at all and when he was helping us with our concern he was very informative and patient. Left with a new phone and I wasn’t even the one going in for a question!

I got there at opening and was the only customer in. Sean helped me with 2 different SIM card issues. He was knowledgeable and very helpful, including giving us multiple suggestions in an ongoing charging issue we have been having. I was in and out very quickly (15-20 min)! So awesome!

Brandon the store manager is rude and blames customers. The companys billing system overcharged me and a resolution is taking several billing cycles.

The staff at this location is very conscience of their customers safety. Theres hand sanitizers at every table. The employees are wearing masks. Theyre greeting you at the door and coming outside and questioning what you need done before you even enter the store. I was very impressed and happy that they were taking all precautions for themselves and the customers. My problem was solved fixed my phone I also had a watch they synced it sent it with my phone everything was taken care of quickly I was so very happy great job there

I dont leave very many reviews, but I got AMAZING customer service at the Woodinville location by a gentleman named Tyler that I just couldnt resist not leaving a review.Tyler was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful and I felt he went above and beyond my expectations as far as customer service.I left feeling valued as a customer, and thats not something that happens often. If you want the same amazing experience, I recommend stopping by the Woodinville location and asking for Tyler. You wont be disappointed.

Th Woodinville store is a very incredible experience, especially after what I went through in the Monroe Store. A friend whom I had sent to the Monroe store had gotten her phone there, but last week they were horrible to her, she will now be going to Woodinville. I am so thankful that there is a high caliber store like Woodinville available.

This is the best ATT store. They are knowledgeable, they dont try to sell you things you dont need and they care about you thr client. I highly recommend this store

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I purchased a glass screen protector at another store they took the time to make sure it was perfect when the other store was super rude. Ive gotten consistently mediocre service here. Consistently long wait times with no acknowledgement and they seem very invested in finding a reason to not help you and get you out the door.

Usually I go into the Issaquah AT&T store as its closest to me. They always help resolve whatever I may need help with. Today Woodinville was closest. I went in asking for help with my account. No one was able to fully help me with what should have been a simple issue. The rep started searching the internet while I was still standing there trying to resolve the issue myself. In short, he passively told me what to try which I had and didnt help at all. He let me know there wasnt anything else he could do as he was scrolling on his phone looking at the internet. So I walked out. On my way out I realized I was locked out of my account so I went back in to ask for help from someone else. The manager was out. He came back in and basically said they dont deal with that and to call 611. As someone whos self employed I cant ever treat my clients with that level of disregard. I would drive out of my way to never go into that location again.

Horrible. They billed me for a phone i never got. After calling AT&T i was transfered about 4 times. Then i was told i had to go back into the store to resolve the issue. Left work early to meet the manager to find out he/she was out that day. Would not recommend this store or AT&T.

Terrible customer experience, not a welcome support staff. Every visit either they redirect to call center or try to give alternative support options instead of taking care at the store itself. Never visit again!!!

This is my local AT&T shop. The staff are always helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait, but compared to some of the locations in Seattle it is never very busy.

This is a real AT&T store (unlike some authorized retailers that call themselves at&t stores). The staff is knowledgeable and professional, they dont waste anyones time. I stopped by for a replacement SIM card for one of my lines (nano SIM instead of micro SIM) without having the actual phone on me. The transaction was quick and free of charge. I had to call AT&T afterwards in order for cellular data to start working on that line but that was easy to resolve.

My sister came in for a new phone because the website told her that she was ready for an upgrade. Get into the store and they told her that she has to wait another 6 months. Guy was very unfriendly and shooed us out the door once he saw he wasnt going to make a sale.
