Wise Choice Movers was hired to move upstairs furniture because new carpet was being installed. Tyler, Marcel, and Danny arrived on time and went right to work. They were friendly, professional, and careful. In an effort to be helpful, we moved a big, HEAVY television downstairs. We almost dropped it. Tyler and Marcel moved it back upstairs with ease. That task alone gives Wise Choice a five star rating. We highly recommend Wise Choice for any moving job you might have.

I had a large safe that I needed to get moved into my house and despite my best attempts I was unable to move it on my own. Mark, Niel, and Tyler from Wise gave me a heads up when they were coming, showed up on time on a Sunday and got the safe moved in no time flat. I called over 20 different companies looking for someone to help move a chest up some stairs and no one offered to come out and help for less than $400. Wise Choice Movers was the last call I made and it should have been my first!! The customer service I received over the phone was amazing, the young man was willing to negotiate and Mark and Niel came out the very next morning and moved my item. I am beyond pleased with this company and their professionalism and their willingness to work with their clients. I will definitely be using them for any moving needs I may need in the future. Just moved to a new house and hired Wise Choice Movers to help get everything from our storage unit to the new house. My storage unit was an absolute mess because there were a lot of loose items (not in boxes) that I had thrown in there to vacate my previous house. The three gentlemen that came to my house (Mark, Marcel, and Tyler) took care of everything and nothing broke! They were great to chat with and overall took care handling our possessions. Would definitely recommend.

Wise Choice? WORST Choice!!! The young men that showed up were rude, unresponsive to my questions, didnt listen to the directions I gave. They didnt seem to understand that I hired them, at $200 an hour, to move my things. The lead worker seemed to think he would tell me how I would have my items stored in my storage unit. In addition, I mentioned to them how 2 large items came into the house and that they might want to try moving them out the same way. The lead worker stated very RUDELY, that I was undermining him and making the job take longer than it should. This in no way held any truth whatsoever. Young, rude, entitled crew. WORST. CHOICE. EVER!!!!

We have used Wise Choice Movers for a corporate move that took place in phases. We moved each department separately and Shane and his crew did a great job each with each department move. The moving crew (Thanks Mark, Niel, Danny and Jason!) did a great job moving a wide variety of gear to our new location. They are willing to work off hours and weekends (our landlord did not allow moves during normal business hours) and scheduling was quick and easy. We would definitely use them again for any future moving needs.

Moving during a Pandemic was not what we imagined when we put our offer in on our dream home in January 2020, but Wise Choice Movers, LLC made it a very positive experience. We closed on our house in March, right before the shutdown, but had some work to do before moving in. So our actual move was in May. Danny, Tyler, and Niel showed up right on time and quickly got to work. They were a lot of fun to work with too. Very professional and so helpful. We had never used movers before, but hubby and I both agreed that we wanted to this time to minimize bickering and time. I was so impressed with the work performed by Wise Choice Movers when they helped me move my home. Their pricing is all inclusive which is really amazing; including the truck, which is easily $100+ every time you move. I had three movers, a giant truck, they shrink wrapped everything, they brought all of the necessary materials to move a 100+ year old grand piano, that is a family heirloom and they did it all so quickly. I was really prepared for the move outside of a few small things needing disassembly, I had everything packed and ready to go and because of that they had my entire house packed up, wrapped and on the truck in about an hour. I was really impressed with the professionalism of all three guys, Shane, Mark and Tyler. They did such an incredible job and they are the only moving company I will hiring again in the future.

Thanks to Danny and Shane for their help moving. Very friendly guys and easy to work with. Getting appointment set up was quick and easy (can quote online and get a call back, if preferred). Everything made the trip safely and all in all a smooth experience, even with a small bit of a walk to move things at my destination home due to lack of available street parking at the time, using an adjacent lot.

Called around to several companies for a local move & the first thing that impressed me was there flat hourly rate, no hidden fees, no over __ miles additional, no additional after X amount of hours. Guys showed up on time, were curious, careful, and got right to it. These guys deserve more that a 5 star rating. I have used them 3 times so far. It is always easy to schedule the move. The guys are always friendly, helpful and professional. One guy even tightened some lose fittings on my microwave cart! They will move anything you ask, even my big tomato plant! And they are very careful with your belongings. The price is very reasonable, which is helpful for those of us with limited income. I absolutely love this company and will use them every time I need a moving company. I recommend only this company for any move. You wont regret it!

I was in a bind. Bad weather had made it so the friends who were going to help with my move couldn’t. When I had moved states in the past I’d used a different moving company that broke my stuff and did a shotty job so I really was tainted on the idea of using a moving company. Since I was in a bind I didn’t have a choice and took a chance and called Wise Movers to help. They were courteous, professional, and hard workers. I was very impressed. I would use them again without hesitation. Also the two gentlemen that handled my move were Mark and Niel, they truly did an amazing job!! Thank you!!!

They were the worst moving company Ive personally hired. I was referred to a different company by my brother and I thought that was who I contacted, as it turned out Wise Choice had bought out that company. They did not tell me when I called the phone number for the old company either. I told the Manager my brother referred us to them and he didnt disclose it wasnt actually the same team.Crew was 1 hour late, after 2 hours of work they took a 1 hour lunch. I dont mind a lunch break, but they complained later that they werent done with our move by noon? They complained that we had stairs at both apartments, even though that was disclosed to their Manager and apart of our quote. They complained everything wasnt in a box. We had plastic crates, large black garbage bags for pillows, clothes and blankets. Of course everything can not be boxed! We had things in our storage closet like a kids scooter and camping stuff. They had to help my husband pack up 1/2 of my Master Closet and they complained about that too. Like really?? You are a loving company and that is one of your services. At the new apartment the tall guy with a ponytail complained that it was supposed to be his day off, he was supposed to be off work by noon and he wasnt told there were stairs. It was so unprofessional! He then proceeded to tell my Husband that he must help them. What does that mean? Will you work extra slow? Will you dump our belongings in the street and leave if he doesnt? What are we paying them for??We still tipped them to be polite but we contacted their Manager to inform them of the horrible experience. He said he would talk to the owner for me since I requested a refund for the 2 hours my husband helped. The owner called and said he would go back to the office to see if they had any promotions and he could refund me for 1 hour. He said he would call back that afternoon and I never got the call and no refund ever arrived in the mail. I waited 3 weeks to give his accountant time to process one and nothing ever came. Total scam and we paid $560.00 for a stressful, horrible service.

We recently obtained carpeting through Costco and they arranged for Wise Choice to assist with moving the furniture before the carpeting arrived and then the next day to move our furniture back. Steve and Jason were the crew both days. They were friendly, efficient, and unexpectedly quiet as they went about their work. And as a bonus I asked them to leave two pieces of furniture in the garage as I was going to arrange for them to be taken to a second hand store. Immediately Steve gave me the option of paying Wise Choice to remove my furniture for a very reasonable fee. Problem solved all the way around. Thank you Costco for this arrangment and thank you Wise Choice for helping out. It was great.

Hands down they will be my first call for any future moves. Had a little hiccup with timing, but the movers called me to let me know. When they showed up, it was an introduction and a solid handshake then they quickly got to work.

Ive used Wise Choice several times over the past few years for moving donated furniture in and out of the non-profit office I worked at in downtown Seattle. These moves cant start until after 5 pm on weeknights and the crew has always been courteous to me even in the wee hours of the morning when they were still on the job. On two occasions Id been told a company would take our old furniture as a donation, only to find out upon arrival that they would not, requiring alternate plans to be made on the spot. Wise Choice couldnt have been more accommodating in making things work. Im getting ready to move to a different home and am calling them right now to schedule my personal move.
