Clean425 was contracted to remove moss from my roof. The crew arrived on time and was paid in full. The crew lead said he would send before and after photos but these were never sent after the crew left. I flew my drone over the roof to get my own photos and saw that half the roof was still covered in large moss clumps. I emailed Clean425 to schedule a revisit and resolve this. I attached photos showing them the Clean425 crew lied and did not clean the roof as they said. Clean425 did not respond to any emails. If you engage Clean425 be aware they are untrustworthy and you will have to verify their work. Pay with a credit card and not by cash or check. Thankfully I was able to dispute the payment to Clean425 because they did not provide services as agreed.

My wife booked our service with this company, but I was the unfortunate one to be home for the time that they came out. To start with the positive things, the team that came out was very friendly and we didnt have any problems with them showing up on time or changing up the quote when they arrived. However, we hired them primarily to clean our windows, and after two trips out, our windows ended up in a worse state than when they started.On the first trip out, they didnt take our screens off. I didnt really think anything of it because I didnt realize the amount of baby sitting that would be required. When the water on the windows dried, though, it dried into a white residue that left every window in the house looking awful. The screens were in exactly the same shape as before they came. We called and told them that it was unacceptable for them to have left with the windows in the state they were in. They said they would come back.A few days later, after we had to delay listing our house for sale because our windows looked so bad, they came back out. Its worth noting both appointments were during work hours and I ended up missing quite a few meetings on the second trip trying to make sure they were getting their job done. They did better on the second trip, taking screens off and getting most of the residue off. However, I had to tell them they werent done at least 5 times (after they asked if things were good enough to leave each time). There was clearly residue left and they were almost acting like they couldnt see it. I would think a window cleaning company would understand what a clean window looks like. Eventually we got the main offenders cleaned up, but then after they left I noticed other windows still look very bad. While its hard to share a picture of the issue, Ive made an attempt here with two different angles on a window. If you look closely you can see the residue Im talking about. These were taken after the second trip out.One last note is that they eventually took to insinuating that they had never seen anything like this before and that there must be something about our house causing it. I dont know what variables they think are out of their control here, but Im certain that theres nothing special about our house that would make our windows harder to clean.This is a nightmare company despite the plethora of good reviews. Avoid them.EDIT - Just a quick update per their response. I dont know if they ever reached out to my wife, but these last few weeks have been very hectic as weve moved so its very possible they did and we missed them. The only thing I wanted to add is that the screens were not the problem when it came to soap scum. That happened on every window, including the one shown here, which had no screen.

Clean425 was very communicative from the time of the original estimate to several days after the job to make sure everything was done well. The crew members arrived on time and did a through explanation of our options and were happy to tailor the job according to what work we needed done. We were happy with their work and with the positive spirit is this company..

I’ve used them for gutter cleaning, delux window cleaning package and also to hang Christmas lights. Each time they’ve been really friendly and professional. Their quotes are reasonable. The windows look stunning now! We have a two story and it took them only a few hours to blow the gutters and do inside/outside window cleaning. They were really respectful with us, our dog and our infant. Will keep using them and would highly recommend!

Clean425 did a fantastic job cleaning the sidings of my house. I would recommend them. The crew was polite, friendly, and professional. When they were done, they asked me to walk around the exterior of my house for my inspection.

Total bait and switch. Told us it would be $400 over the phone after we gave them detailed info. Showed up and told us it would be $1,000.

No show. No call. I received an email 2 days prior confirming my appointment but no one showed up on the day of. Called the company and was told that they were overwhelmed. Shouldnt have made the commitment they couldnt keep. Didnt even have the courtesy to call or try to make it right. All I got was were so sorry. No professional integrity whatsoever. Would give 0 star if I could.

I was going to use this business, unfortunately after hearing their crews walk away from jobs, and cant keep their dates straight. I can not in good faith recommend this company nor its services. Nor is the owner in to resolve issues, That arise from his ground crew. Find someone actually worth the money so your not a number on a spread sheet..

After bidding a complete house wash with a few companies, I went with Clean425. I chose them because their pricing was competitive and their communication was super easy and straightforward. I needed to change the date on them, and they were more than accommodating. Once I scheduled the job, they were crystal clear about what preparation was necessary by me (remove window screens prior to their arrival, etc). Virgil and Ethan were the crew that performed the work. Super friendly, communicative, and professional. I was not home while the work was being done, but arrived at the end. Honestly, the house looked so good, I should have done this years ago. After inspecting further, some of the eaves needed to be cleaned a little more (full disclosure, they were pretty dirty). Before I had a chance to call them, they actually reached out to me the next day to ask how everything went (that was impressive on its own). I explained my concern about the eaves. They apologized and we immediately scheduled another visit. Virgil and Ethan came out and handled the issues perfectly. Im sure it was a pain for them to come back out, but they once again were super friendly, polite, and professional. A true way to gauge service is how issues and/or mistakes are handled - nobody is above dropping the ball or making mistakes, but how those are handled can make or break the experience. Very professional from the time that they called to schedule a appt, to the time they showed up and gave me a final bid. The bud was within 20 dollars from online. They called me when they arrived, told me it would take 2 hours. They called me in 2 hours to let me know they were done. I am happy with the quality off work and would recommend them.

We have used Clean425 twice, once in our apartment, and once in our house. Both times the crews were friendly, responsive, and on time, and our windows look amazing. The online estimate for our windows was accurate to the dollar, and I have recommended them to multiple friends.

What a complete disaster. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to waste their time. Heres the story: Got an online quote. Had a back and forth via email with the sales department to clarify our request and establish a price for moss removal. Two days later the lead came out, got two steps from his truck, told us that the bid was inaccurate and changed the bid from $830 to over $1400 on the spot telling us he couldnt do the work without also cleaning our spotless gutters. Umm - we knew that the bid could change - but to nearly double? That is a bait and switch. And this was after we had even sent multiple photos as we discussed the work we needed done. We said no way and he left in a hurry. We immediately contacted the company and spoke with the office staff to express our displeasure with their faulty process. Spoke with three people, got lots of supposed apologies, and were put back on the schedule for the following Tuesday. We moved around our schedule - again - to be ready. The day we were supposed to have the rescheduled service, we heard nothing, so we decided to call at 11 am to check when they would be there. We were told we were not on the calendar for the day because of staffing shortages. Hey, I get staffing shortages, but why did NO ONE call us? So we wasted two days waiting to get the moss removed from our roof, and we have Zero to show for it. Frankly, we were trying to go with the flow, but this is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Hence, we are leaving this review. Customers deserve more than lip service - we should have been the priority today and, at a minimum, someone should have told us that they werent going to bother to show up. Unless this is somehow made right, we will strongly encourage others not to use this company and will be talking with the neighbor who originally recommended them to us to let her know about our experience so that she doesnt lead others down this fruitless path.

Madison was the technician that cleaned my roof and gutters. She did an amazing job. She was scheduled for 2.5 hours, and she was there for over 7 hours. She went above and beyond. I would recommend Clean425 to anyone needing their roof and/or gutters cleaned.

Good service at a good price. Blake showed up on time, got the job done, no fuss, no issues. My gutters are now clean and I still have some money left in my pocket since the pricing is competitive. Would not use again, for $250 they blew out the gutters and then considered their clean up as just blowing all the debris from around the house gutters into our flower beds….had to send them back up on one roof to clean up debris from the gutters that landed on a lower roof?? The actual job took about 30 minutes…..was suppose to receive before/after photos that never were provided. Called in the complaint and never heard back from anyone. Had to install safety hooks on roof as they claimed that was required by new laws…..an additional $250 for something that took them an additional 30 minutes….should have been told that up front as part of quote!

Were repeat customers and have been so pleased with the communication and service from Clean 425. They come out every few years when we find our driveway to be getting borderline dangerous and slippery. They leave our 2300 foot driveway and patio areas looking like new and of course being much safer thanks to the removal of the slippery build up and grime. They are easy to book and I appreciate the text and phone reminders. On the day of the service you even get a text when they are on their way with a photo of the service person. During COVID the service person was good about being no-contact, wearing his mask, etc. Highly recommend!

Clean 425 installed Christmas lights on my home and they are fantastic. The price was reasonable, Joseph, the designer was great to work with and the team that installed was great. At first when they finished the job, the light placement on part of the roof line wasnt correct, but they happily fixed it right away before they left. I love the finished result.

We had a great experience with Clean425 from start to finish. I submitted an online estimate request on a Sunday morning assuming someone would get back to me the next day, but instead I received a phone call in less than 30 minutes and had an appointment for the following day! The phone estimate was very reasonable, but I expressed concern during the conversation - based on prior experiences with other companies - that the onsite technician would quote a significantly higher price. The company representative (owner?) assured me that there was no obligation to go through with the job even though they were blocking time on their schedule to complete my gutter cleaning during the visit. If the actual estimate was more due to specific issues with our home, then he completely understood that I might want a second option and said theyd be willing to come back another time if I still wanted to use Clean425 after shopping around. This was very reassuring as Ive been pressured and flat out bullied by on-site technicians in the past.The technician arrived at the very beginning of the given time window, which was appreciated, and was very courteous and efficient. And the best part - the final cost was slightly less than the quoted estimate!NOTE FOR REFERENCE: I actually submitted two online estimate requests that morning. AFTER the job had been completed by Clean425, I heard from the other company and their quote was basically the same. Clearly though they didnt have the same excellent customer service as Clean425!

I would not recommend this service to anyone that expects integrity from a service company. Clean425 sent out a technician during a fairly hard rain to clean my gutters.I questioned the technician about safety and she agreed to do the cleaning. The gutters and roof were blown with a leaf blower leaving debris on my property. It appears that using a blower is not the way they usually do gutter cleaning. During the blowing I noticed debris floating down from my skylight. I took pictures and mad a point to show the technician. This is when things began to spiral. Spoke to many representatives that all were covering their bottom line, yet doing nothing to have my skylight evaluated. I complained to the consumer protection agency. When I received clean425 response their representative fabricated that I had asked them to use a leaf blower on my roof and have still taken no responsibility for the damage to the skylight. What a nightmare.

I recently got a home and am new to home maintenance. I wanted to do a roof and gutter cleaning so I got quotes from multiple companies and chose clean425 because it had so many good reviews. I was quoted 450$ from clean425 (500$ after tax) and I chose it because I thought it had moss removal and gutter cleaning like all the other companies I had got quotes from. Honestly, I am disappointed because the 500$ only included gutter cleaning and a powder treatment. The service took 30 min and my roof is only 20x45. The before and after photos are not that different and I am not convinced that some powder will make the moss go away. So basically, I am out $500 for 30min of work and I know that I am partly at fault but am still shocked at the outrageous costs. 3 stars because all the employees there are really kind but I mean.. Im not paying for their kindness I am paying for the service.

We contacted Clean425 to inquire about washing our vinyl siding of our home. I received a response the same day and communicated with their office by email and phone, I was appreciative of their overall responsiveness. Not only that, Bethany was able to get us on their schedule the same week to be able to perform what they call Deluxe House Washing which includes cleaning exterior windows.Rafael with Clean425 arrived right at the start of our scheduled 12-2 PM time frame, and he was great to meet and work with. He explained all the work he was going to do; we surveyed each side of the house so I could identify hot spots to clean and he answered all my questions regarding the cleaning and expectations. A couple times during the cleaning, we arranged for me to come out and be able to inspect his progress and check the cleaning of the hot spots, which I appreciated. Rafael did a great 5-Star job with our house cleaning and we cant be more pleased at the like-new exterior of the house again, itd been deserving of a good cleaning. Clean425 does use a low water pressure/cleaning solution for their house cleaning, and in our case with the vinyl siding this was more than effective in cleaning the mildew, dust, spider webs and bird droppings from the exterior. The exterior window cleaning turned out out great as well.I highly recommend Clean425, for us they were very responsive, were able to schedule us in very quickly, and we appreciate the completeness and quality of Rafaels work, I would not hesitate to request for him to come back and perform work for us again. Wow! Clean425 was top notch with communication and punctuality...which is hard to come by for work on your home! The online estimate was great and reasonably priced. The follow up phone call and emails were helpful, even down to texting when they’re on the way with a photo of the person so you know who to expect! They were prompt, cleaned up, kept me in the loop, and most importantly did great work. I loved the before and after photos and the follow up call after the service. We had Clean425 treat our roof for Moss - chose the ultimate cleaning package which involves scrubbing to remove the moss, then treating existing and prevention treatment. They were not the least expensive option, but I also did not want to be bait/switched. Their email communication with the quote and follow-up was outstanding - very clear, forthright and timely. On the day of, we also ended up adding on roof anchors (required because of the pitch of our roof), and the charge for that was reasonable...and they did not exaggerate the need and say we needed 5 or something...we discussed the merits of two vs. three and agreed that two would provide ample safety and agility. Raphael and Virgil show up on-time, were courteous and explanatory, were careful and cleaned up - much appreciated. Also discussed treatment of a couple outcroppings with no gutters where the treatment could affect the house paint. I also appreciated that Catherine called 30 min prior to their arrival.

Excellent service. On time, with great communication. Took care of everything professionally and even recommended honest maintenance advice that would save us money. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 3/1/2017: Clean 425 came out 2/22/2017 and redid the roof and gutters and did an excellent job. I am upgrading to 4 stars (docked 1 star because it should have been done right the first time). However, because of their excellent customer service and willingness to make things right, they have earned a second chance next year when it comes time to do this all again.UPDATE TO REVIEW 2/20/2017: Was contacted by Clean 425 this morning regarding my previous review and they have offered to come out in 2 days and redo the job. Like I previously said, they do provide excellent customer service and make you feel appreciated when talking to them. Because of this I am upgrading to 2 stars and possibly more pending the results of heir service on Weds. Will update after they return to correct the job. They are definitely doing the right things trying to make things right with me.Chose this company after all the positive reviews but I cannot give them a positive review.They get one star for excellent customer service an scheduling - they were at least prompt and were able to come to my house in less than 5 days. I paid $480 dollars to have them clean my gutters, remove moss from the roof, and apply a moss treatment.Unfortunately I was not able to be at the house when they did the work and was a little surprised that my wife called me and told me they only needed 45 minutes or so to finish - so I was a little skeptical at the quality of work given the short amount of time they were on my roof. Other companies have use in the past for this service took about 2 hours.When I got home, there was still moss on the roof but could not tell if moss treatment was even applied. I am used to seeing other companies use a white powder. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they used a different type moss treatment and decided to wait a couple of weeks an see if the moss would die off an disappear.Today after 3-4 weeks I still could not see a noticeable difference in the moss on my roof - still lots of it up there. So I climbed up on the roof and it appears that moss treatment was haphazardly applied, I can see dead moss in some area and lots of new looking moss in others. It does not appear that any moss was blown off as they said they would do Additionally, the gutters were not completely cleaned. It looks like only 10 to 15 foot sections were cleaned, but lots of leaves and debris appears to have been pushed into the corners of the gutters.Overall, for $480 I expected a lot more than what was given. My roof and gutters are only minimally better than they were before. Will be paying another company to come and redo this work.

They attempted but missed a few and others were still dirty which I noticed on the walk-through after they were done. To their credit, they rewashed those. The following day when it was more sunny, I noticed several more windows that were still dirty. Overall, not impressed

They did a thorough job & the cleanup was incredible. My deck, walkways & beds were all clear of debris. I hired Clean425 to clean the moss and the gutters on my roof. They very very professional and ethical. An expert called me to explain the different options that they have and the option that will work best for me. He also suggested that if there is no anchor then they will have to install and charge. On the day is service, they were on time and they reviewed the roof and recommend the optimal package for me. Once the work was complete, they explained me the details, they showed me before and after picture and ensured I have good understanding of the work done before I paid. I would recommend them and also hire them every year.

Two gentlemen came to my house to clean windows. One worked tirelessly outdoors through substantial rainfall, the other worked diligently inside my house, wearing a mask, and carefully maintaining social distance from my family. Their attention to detail was impressive. A third gentlemen came to my house to clean the skylights on a day that was not raining (so it would be safe to stand on the roof). Again, great attention to detail and followed appropriate social distancing precautions. Very pleased with the work- I feel like I have new eye glasses because I can see through the clean windows so clearly! I will call them again for my next window cleaning!

After hiring several companies to clean my gutters in the past few years, Clean425 is the ONLY one who also cleaned out my downspouts.. They were so filled with debris, no water could have gotten out. Excellent!

They did a great job! They were quick, easy to deal with and arrived on time. The two guys they sent out were very polite and professional.

They cleaned our roof and guaranteed that if it wasn’t clean to our expectation, just let them know and they would come out and re apply or go to a more aggressive treatment. That was in the summer. We still have moss and called 3 times with no call back. Frustrated and would NOT recommend.

Clean425 did a great job of hanging Christmas lights on my house, their estimate was accurate and I am very happy with the end result!

We have scheduled four separate appointments with Clean425 and had all four appointments canceled the day of the proposed work.This process started back in November 2019 with the crews not being prepared for our job, then again December due to weather. We were told it would be better to wait until the weather got better in the spring. This left our gutters full and our roof mossy all winter. We were then contacted in May 2020 to reschedule, again they canceled the day of our appointment because of not having a foremen to run the job and again the forth time due to not having enough crews available to complete the job. Clean425 has had great sales and professional administrative support but has not been able to follow through on the commitments they are selling.

Desperately needed gutters cleaned. Contacted Clean 425 and they were out cleaning the gutters the next day. Also used their window cleaning service which was great to get done as well. They also sent before/after pictures of roof which was good to see. Good and professional job. Recommend.

Two polite guys showed up to clean my roof. Happy with the roof top debris removal and they did clear the plugged downspout - Yay! Also pleased they took pictures on the roof and sent them to me afterward. Someone should have mentioned they would do this. Surprise surprise. My one complaint is that pine needles and dirt were blown in under a skylight. Maybe a reminder to reduce power and blow parallel to sides of a skylight so this doesnt happen! -??
