This was the best experience Ive ever had giving blood. Checking in was timely and efficient. The phlebotomist was kind and calm; I told her of my fears and she helped ease them. It was not painful in the slightest, which is unusual in my experience. I would be very glad to go back to her if/when I need to get blood drawn again.

REVISED: I had an appointment at 9 am and have been waiting 30 minutes. Some of us have work and we schedule appointments for a reason.Just a normal lab. Nothing special. Person there wasnt too bad either.

There was one person taking care of all aspects of the lab and he did a great job juggling the procedures and the check-ins. He was skilled at the venipuncture and offered good customer service.

They have tablets to check you in and aren’t very friendly at reception- just point you to a tablet. I’ve been here for 50 minutes now, still waiting. One guy had to come out and go back in cause he put the wrong test in the tablet- maybe if the receptionist actually reviewed things you could avoid this. I’m pretty sure there is only one person working the wait is insane

Came in here for routine lab work. One person staffed. There was one other person in the waiting room. I signed in. Waited. 4 more people came in. They were all seen before me. The staffer was obviously flustered with the amount of people she had to deal with and the phone was continually ringing. I asked her when my spot in line was. She said there were two people ahead of me with 9:30am appointments. I had been checked in since 8:20am. I walked out.

Very slow. Understaffed for morning rush. Two people walked out after waiting a long time. This operation was built for profits not people. Will wait for five more minutes. Then I need to leave.

Long waits due to poor staffing levels during high demand specimen collection times. The new electronic registration process makes getting a specimen taken very challenging for people who have difficulty using technology. I had to help several elderly patients register because there was no staff available to help them, which messed to the order of appointments and allowed me to learn their identification and health information, which must be a HIPAA violation. And then the phlebotomist didnt see special instructions on my lab sheet and performed the collection incorrectly because the computer didnt tell her to do it the right way.LabCorps reliance on technology makes their facility substandard. We are not cattle!
