I was referred to State Farm by a friend, she specifically wanted me to work with Carla Sullivan. Originally, when I contacted Carla, I was with another company that offered a better deal than what State Farm offered. What I liked was how Carla didn’t attempt to pressure me to go with them. A few weeks later, I received another call from Carla letting me know a state rule had changed and she ran the numbers and would be able to get me a better rate. Carla made the process extremely easy, and I was in fact able to save on my car and home insurance. I REALLY appreciate the fact that Carla kept me in mind! I would recommend that if you’re looking for new insurance premiums, giving State Farm a try!

I suggest to you that you want to take out insurance so as not to look for this office, because they treat people as impolite, they treat people very badly, I asked for the cancellation of my insurance as early as September 14th and they still dont cancel it. they didnt have my wedding and theyre still charging me for another month of my insurance I dont recommend this insurance to anyone and every time I talk Ill tell everyone, including Brazilians. horrible. I have to get in touch with them and they never answer me. They never treat me well I dont advise its a bad service.

I decided to shop around for Auto & Homeowners insurance after many years with another company. I was shocked at the savings State Farm was able to offer me, and with more coverage than I was previously receiving. The quote process with simple - I exchanged a few quick emails with Carla about coverage needs and she was able to provide 3 different comprehensive quotes in 3 different price ranges (all at a savings over my old coverage). After researching a bit more on my own, it was clear to see State Farm was going to be the best bang for the buck. I gave Carla a call to confirm my coverage choice, she got all my information uploaded into their system and I was all set to make the switch in about 30 minutes. I had the worst experience in my life with Rosilene Anderson.I followed a suggestion posted in a brazilian group ad tried quote my 3 cars insurance. It was all good in the beginning when we exchanged a few texts and than we planned to do effective on saturday (she never mention that saturday is her day off). By 1:00pm I called her as we had planned (before call, I canceled my current one) and than, she asked me about my boat? (?) well, I figure it out could be a wrong person/quote and we re-did all the process again (vin numbers, miles at each car, and I gave the bank information - card is now canceled already- ).It was about 2:00pm and she did not sent yet the temporary cards so I called more 2..3 times and always she was asking more 15 min.. by 3:30pm she started to mix English and portuguese, being very agressive in terms of saying that Me, as client was causing her anxiety and she is not payed to work on saturday! (I had explained since all the begining that I was not comfortable cause never took so long to have my insurance done and I could not drive without the temporary card and if it was already “done” as she was mentioning, I was willing to be over the phone until email arrives cause it was already 4hrs. By this time she asked my Vin number again and if I want the full coverage (what?).I got very frustrated, cause when I double asked why she told me to go and do my insurance in another business (screaming). I did call PEMCO, explained I what happened and in 7 min I got all my policy renewed and could do all I have planned. The worst scenario is that She posted on whatzapp groups some audios and videos (mentioned my first name) and exposed “how tired she is”.I dont know what kind of training State Farm does. I was at a point feeling I was being Scamed but, never in my entire life I had so poor quality in a services like I had today.
