Adam came to my home to give me an estimate for new AC and heating system. I am very delighted with his skills and creative proposal to solve a few uncommon issues. Quite plainly, I dont think anyone else from other companies could be as shrewd and gifted as him, and I wont even try to find out!! So appreciative!

Adams Heating & Air Conditioning scheduled an appointment with me quickly and were at my house just a little over 24 hours from when I called. The company is easy to work with and friendly. They called and texted me plus sent me a picture of the AC technician. Mike the technician, called me 20 minutes before he arrived. Mike is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with my AC quickly. He replaced the part, showed me the old part and explained it to me.

I was extremely impressed with the service we received. From the initial friendly phone call to the time our technician left. Our boiler was not turning on and the tech went through a series of steps to diagnose and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Ayden came out to service my heater and did an amazing job. Hes very proficient hes up front courteous. Unfortunately, there are companies out there that come and just try to take you for everything and 888 heating and Josh just werent like that. Marco and his crew at Adams Heating & Air Conditioning were the best! They put in a zone system in our new home and it has been great. We have the ability to set certain areas of the house at different temperatures so each occupant is happy. The system is very efficient and we save money on our electric bill as a result. He was over within an hour and by close to sunset at 9pm had our AC up and running. Had Adams Heating & Air Conditioning come over to install an AC and they did a very professional job, left everything very clean and explained everything to us. Their technician even came out a couple months after install to check everything out and to answer any question that we may have on units! I called about my furnace not blowing out on a Monday. Adams Heating & Air Conditioning were was able to send out a technician that same day. Marco arrived and walked me through his process of diagnosing the problem, and then how he was able to fix it. He also gave me some advice on how to keep my unit working. I will be calling them for all of my future AC and heating needs.

Unfortunately, he gave me some bad news about my system needing complete replacement but, he presented economical options and did the best he could to get my system running in the meantime with a realistic expectation of how long that repair would last. The new unit installation was nothing but fabulous. My thermostat wire only had two leads and had been spliced multiple times. I called them technician to fix that problem, but ran into a different problem after installation with the heater. His team was able to provide a quick fix, getting my heater back online and saving me tons of time and frustration. I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Recommended!!

My furnace went out in the middle of February. I called Adams Heating & Air Conditioning the owner was able to send over a technician right away even though it was after 5. The technician was very polite and professional; he even had little shoe covers to make sure nothing was tracked in from outside. The technician was able to get my furnace up and running in under an hour and even did some maintenance on the furnace. A great experience and a great company.

Dont waste your time.We had an appointment set up for the morning (a 3 hour window) and when they didnt show up in that time I called to see what the status was. I was told someone would call me back. They did not. I called them 6 times and was always told someone would call back and they never did and never showed up.Just call someone else so you dont have to deal with the frustration and waste the day like we did.

Derrick recently came to do the annual maintenance on both my boiler. He arrived inside the agreed time window and called ahead with a more precise arrival time. I like that Derick was very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.
