Truck rental places tend to be awkward little spots run by equally awkward people, but i foind the experience here to be good. The folks running it were prompt, friendly, and super helpful. The truck I rented was clean and ran well, but I wasnt thrilled by the hotel style approach of the hand truck and furniture pads. These items are zip tied inside. If you need them, simply break the seal and youll be charged for each. Since I didnt need them, they were simply taking up much needed space in the truck.

My experience at this location was OMG so exceptionally GREAT!!!!!! It matters a lot when people are oh so helpful, it makes you wanna always go back regardless the distance. Kathleen, and Kathy are two young ladys that does have great customer service skills. Once again Id like to say, Thank you for all your help from START to FINISH. Just closed on my house Oct.26th, 2016 wont be needing U- haul services for a long time, but Id recommend this location in a ❤ beat.
