Have multiple different options for your oil change, and answer all of your questions honestly and so helpful. Will definitely be our families new go to spot for their services! Truly a great experience & will return because I was so impressed with the new management. My credit card didnt work & I was trusted enough to run home to get a new form of payment. My fear came to light no cash on me and a damaged ATM card but I will forever be appreciative to Redford Oil for their trust and belief in me as a paying customer & free bottle of water to all patrons. Redford Auto does a great job! They gave me cold water when I arrived, walked me through every choice, gave good recommendations without being pushy, and even have my daughter some Halloween candy before we left. Awesome job! I would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The owner is incredibly respectful and I trust him taking care of me and my car. After one visit, they remembered me and know I get synthetic oil, which makes me feel like a valued customer. They *actually* do an inspection (tire pressure, grease doors hinges, show me oil before/after, show me the air filter, reset oil light, clean windshield, etc) and I get a bottle of water while I wait. They’ve even offered me candy for my daughter in the back seat. I trust that the owner is very genuine with me and never tries to sell me something I don’t need. Best oil change place in Woodhaven !

Fast and very friendly service. I was surprised when we were offered water and chips. After a few minutes the man realized our kids were in the back seat (tinted windows) so he apologized and ran to get them something also. Beyond that they showed me everything they checked and recommend we have some things changed and others that could wait for next time. Overall very pleased and will be back.

Awesome place. I told them I wanted an oil change with regular oil and a filter and not to touch anything else. No problem. No hard sell. No BS. I love this place! They were so cheap I had them throw a wiper on my car too and they were still cheaper than the other guys who do the hard sell nonsense and try and sell you things you dont need. Will never go anywhere else!

$35 for an oil change and they constantly try to nab you with possible fixes they can provide. Scumbags who prey on people who dont know better.

I went in here to have my oil changed. The workers were very nice and the establishment was clean. Now, usually I goto the dealer but the place is new and very close my house.When I pulled in they guided me onto the ramps over the pit. They checked the tires, air filter and the began changing the oil. I informed them I was about to sell the car soon so I just wanted the oil changed.At the end of the experience the price seemed very reasonable.The cost was 34.99 minus 5.00 off as a first time customer. My car required half a quart extra over 5 quarts so they charged me an extra 2.50. Total bill was around 32.49. Not bad.So, the next day I drove work... no issues.Then, after work I went on the expressway... my car was making a funny noise. My wife and I determined it sounded as if it was sucking air and it the air filter probably wasnt reinstalled properly.So... I took the car back to them. We looked it over and thats exactly what was wrong. The tech didnt install the air filter cover back on correctly. And lost bolts that held the air filter cover on.So, I told them since we had the air filter apart again lets change the filter. That charge was another 29.99.After the huge inconvenience and difficulty you would think they would have offered me some kind of discount or refund for services... nope, not today. Good luck and beware here.The manager did apologize for the screw up but seriously. My time is worth something to correct their screw up.

This has to literally be downrivers BEST KNOWN secret! It starts out like any other business transaction. You go somewhere you pay for a service then your on your way. Thats it. Or is there more? Yes there is more alot more. Do you want a fast oil change or anything else done to your car? You come here. Do you want them to take their time and be professional and give your car attention as if its theirs? You come here. With me everytime I have been here 5 times there is 3 guys at one time who evaluate my vehicle and provide the services I have asked for. Yes you heard it right 3 people! If it wasnt for this place I wouldve been without a vehicle for a week or two. I had some work done on my truck at a shop they said everything else was good to go. I come here for an oil change. They inform me that I have an oil gasket leak! Something the other shop never noticed! When I go to this shop Im greeted with nothing but smiles and hellos and they remember everytime! But more importantly Im greeted with MORE THAN AVERAGE care for my vehicle! These guys know what they are doing and put it this way... If you go in your first time in January and you dont come back till June the guys says hello hows the truck doing? Did they fix that oil gasket leak? That tells me something.... These people are PROFESSIONALS WHO CARE. Because of this I have friends along with family as well as myself who will not take their vehicle anywhere else! And I can happily say about all of them they never will go anywhere else! If you want service done professional you come here these guys are the real professionals.

Be careful with these guys and scams, I went here for an oil change on my truck and they tried to get me. What they didnt know, was I am a mechanic. Guy came up after the oil change with an oil plug in hand. Said my transfer case oil was low and needed to be serviced @$60. Plus my front and rear differentials need service @ $60 each. $180 scam. I told them no. I just checked to be sure and all 3 are full and no signs of leaks. Never coming back.

Came for an oil change because I didn’t have time to stop at the dealer. About a week after getting my oil changed I got a check engine light. Took it in for service and they said it looks like the oil was overfilled causing a sensor to go bad. Had to get the sensor replaced and another oil change
