I’ve been coming here for months! Pack your patience because the wait is worth the quality of work. My best advice is to have an appointment or call ahead to see if they are busy. They always create exactly what I ask and are so professional. Hands down the best place I’ve been locally.

I just had my nails done by Jennie and she did a great job. She was patient and kind and is a perfectionist if you’re looking for a detailed nail tech.Will be back again.

Visited twice, had same nail tech both times. Pedicure looks good but the next day, the skin all around toes was dry and white. Waited 30-40 minutes both visits. Second visit, the tech began doing my nails during my pedicure, which was physically uncomfortable. The polish began chipping off manicure the next day and nail beds were dry again. Communication was difficult both times I went. The younger employees are pleasant, everyone else has some weird attitude like theyre annoyed youre there.

Best nail salon. The staff is so professional but fun too. Anything you want, they can and will do. Make appt if you can, very busy. Goes to show just how good this salon really is. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

Jenny was great! She was very nice and professional. I came it with a chipped nail and she filled it in so natural. She massaged my feet and I wanted to fall asleep. She was great and my toes look great! I definitely recommend them! Great job

I came here for the first time with my full bridal party the day before my wedding! The staff was so friendly, accommodating & the salon is beautiful & relaxing! They also gave me a bridal certificate for a free pedicure on my next visit! I highly recommend this salon!

Would NOT recommend! Walked in at 5pm, walked out at 527pm after I asked how much longer of a wait time I had. Was told another 15/20 min!? Absolutely no communication when I walked in to even let me know this wait could be almost 50 min. I would have preferred to not waste my time. Blank stares and no apology when I asked why the lack of communication. Will not be back and will advise others to steer clear.

Ive been going tot his salon since it opened and today I see why theyve received gotten some 1 start reviews. I got to the salon at 1:45 to receive a pedicure and fill in. Another lady walked in at the same time. Jenni greeted me and said she had an appointment soon so she would get some one else to do my nails. She instructed me to pick out a a color and she took me to the back so I could soak my feet. I told them I had shellac on my toes and I was told I would need to soak it off. I waited in the pedicure chair for FOURTY MINUTES soaking off shellac while the lady that walked in after me was basically finishing up her pedicure. Finally a man came to do my nails and I explained how annoyed I was waiting for 40 minutes while I watched other people who arrived after me finish up. He apologized and rushed through my pedicure. I even had to tell him to slow down because he was being extremely rough. He sped through the pedicure so much that he didnt even lotion my legs. He started to polish while he still had the hot towels on my legs. This experience was horrible. When he finished the pedicure he told me to sit in his chair so he could do my nails, I told him I was going to run to the bathroom. When I came out of the restroom he was moving my stuff to the waiting area because someone arrived for their appointment with him. He said Jenni is finishing up her client yo can wait for her. I told him I would like to pay. I have NEVER had an experience like this at this salon. I will never go back. If you are in the area I would try some of the neighboring salons because they dont have any customer service or communication skills at this salon. Best of luck to them.

Went for a pedicure and soakoff for my acrylic overlay. Kathy did a very nice job, salon is really clean. Didnt feel rushed or over charged.

I’m wondering how this business has 5 stars. I went to get a pedicure and I was treated so poorly. The lady asked what I wanted 3 times, I told her a French and picked my colors. She left me at the chair doe a half hour before she started. She kept getting up to talk to other employees and answer phones. She also had an attitude the WHOLE time and acted like she was annoyed with me the whole time. She was very rude. She also forgot to do the whole line for the French manicure and I told her and she said why didn’t I tell her when I told her 3 times when I got there. I will never come to this business again and I do not recommend.

Have given this salon several chances. My daughter and I have both had to go back multiple times to correct polish issues, broken nails after a few days, and theres always a long wait with no communication on how long it will actually be. Whats worse is when you go back for an issue, they are so RUDE. I never leave reviews but I was so mad that I paid over $100 for two fills and had to go somewhere else after 5 days to get them redone. Wont be back!

Jenny was awesome! A different nail place damaged my nails badly attempting to put on acrylics and Jenny was patient and worked gently on my nails. My nails are perfect and gorgeous! Thank you Jenny!This nail salon is really clean and nice and the nail techs deliver high-quality work.

After the last nail shop left me with fungus I went to go see Jenny and she went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel comfortable! She was so gentle taking my old nails off & made sure she didn’t hurt me!!! I got a dip powder mani. I absolutely love this salon and will be back!!!!

CLEAN,CLEAN,CLEAN.... when you walk in its very welcoming, and greeted immediately which was also inviting. My pedicure was done the correct with proper practice used. Will definitely be back.

I came here yesterday looking for a quick pedi, and I’m so glad I came! After trying SO many nail salons downriver, this has is by far my favorite! Amazing employees, extremely clean salon and very chic on the inside. This is my new go to place go show them some support! These lady bosses areDoing great things. I went for the first time today. I had a full set of coffin ombré nails. John did a beautiful job. He took his time and made sure my nail were perfect. The salon also has a very relaxing spa vibe to it. I highly recommend. Best nails in woodhaven . 5 star

This was my very first visit and it went great. My manicurist Cindy took her time and paid attention to detail. I came out feeling relaxed and looking great from my deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure. I will definitely be back in two weeks and my daughter will also.

Jenny was great very friendly professional, cleanliness is a plus. I would’ve given 5 stars but my daughter got her nails done on Friday by Wednesday she started losing nails literally popping right off, if she had glue she could’ve glued it back on lol. But she will give Bellagio another chance. Hopefully the issue will be corrected.
