I have been coming to this dentist for many years. Always had good experiences with all of the staff from front desk to hygienists and of course the dentists too.I have noticed my overall oral health improved through the care provided here.Like many people the last few years has been difficult for me. So when I ripped an old filling out eating hard candy over the weekend I took it as just another round of bad luck.I called early Monday morning and was given an appointment for that afternoon. The fast response allowed for the filling to be replaced instead of accruing more damage which has lead to a root canal for me in the past.Although I was prepared to take yet another financial hit the Dr. surprised me with very much appreciated assistance on top of the speedy repair!I was already a happy and dedicated patient to this group of professionals. This experience has left me with an even bigger smile on my currently numb face.Thank you all very much for caring for me as a person and not just a patient.Truly the best overall care Ive received from any medical organization.

Been going to this office now for a few years, always feel comfortable there. Everybody is so nice, Harvie (sp?) was a wonderful hygienist and as always DrNick was great as well. They have all the latest technology to make you feel comfortable. I never used to like the fluoride treatments with those big goopy trays 🤢 they put in your mouth, it isnt like that anymore, now its painted on your teeth, nothing hot to drink for an hour and thats it. I highly recommend Family Gentle Dentists!!

I took my 8 yr old son here and he was really scared but the lady who took his x-ray was really nice and the dentist was amazing and super kind he really explained what was going on. This was the best experience Ive ever had taking my son to the dentist.

I took my 7 year old daughter here and they were all so kind and knowledgeable the hygienist T was so sweet we really enjoyed talking with her she was super patient and helped ease any anxiety my daughter had about going to the dentist. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past and she really helped my daughter forget all about it and even had her talking and she has selective mutism so that is beyond impressive on its own! I highly recommend them!

I went here for over 6 years and used to love it and everyone here. Then they got all new staff and a new office manager over a year ago and it has really gone down hill in every way. I paid $700 for a bite guard and the dental assistant grinded it down so much that she put a hole in it and then tried to hide the fact that she did that by putting the bite guard in the container and sending it home with me without having me try it on again after she adjusted it. They did end up making me a new bite guard when I brought it to their attention but that mistake should have never happened. When I got the new bite guard fitted a different dentist assistant told me that there was a warranty. When I called recently to find out what the warranty covered I was pretty much called a liar. If the dental assistant who told me about this was incorrect that is fine but the way that I was treated and talked to is unacceptable. The new office manager Felicia is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. I had to keep calling back because she would not call me back as she stated she would. She has a horrible and nasty attitude. Dr. Linda called me back and I attempted to tell her what happened but she also cut me off which was extremely rude. Ive never seen this type of behavior from her before. And everything is blamed on covid. I understand that covid caused a lot of problems with businesses but its been a year and that should have no bearing on the way that you speak to patients. I will never again come back here or refer my family or friends here as Ive done in the past.

Little disappointed for first visit at this dentist practice. I had a NP appointment at 4pm, took time off work(PTO) to get here on time. It is a little frustrating when you do that, and wait for more than an hour in the waiting room. I won’t right this place off completely, they might have an off day.I was under the impression I was getting a cleaning and getting something checkout in my mouth. Get everything done in one visit. That wasn’t the case. I had the dentist checkout my tooth/mouth issue and then have to schedule my cleaning for a later date. This is again frustrating when I took time off of work.

Excellent experiences every time. Karla has a big job as the hygienist. But, she is very efficient, effective, and personal. The Doctor is very kind and considerate in trying to make all things work, ie my mouth guard. 😳👍😃

Ive been going to FGD for over a year. The staff is awesome and always explains the procedures and how much they will cost before they do them. I recently had an appointment and they have you call when your in the parking lot, if their not ready for you they will call you back and meet you at the door. You fill out your paperwork and they lead you to the area where your getting your teeth cleaned. They have you wash your hands and gargle with mouthwash then get to work. I felt very safe and comfortable from the beginning to end of my appointment. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful office!I am new to the region and Finding a new dentist is always tough! Positive reviews led me to try them out. Complicating things is a Pandemic!I had a cleaning done. Things went smoothly and they seemed to listen to my input.So I proceeded with addressing a cavity. The Dr listened to my concerns, addressed them as we proceeded and checked in with me to make sure I was ok.Today I had a second filling reworked and the follow up questions from my previous visit was refreshing.

Dr. Nick is amazing. Kind and friendly and he loves what he does. I love this office. The assistants and front desk girls are always so nice and understanding and caring.

I got a few deeper fillings done on my lower right side. My appointment was monday January 18 and my jaw is still messed up. I cant chew still, and if i bit down just a little to hard i get a sharp pain going throughout that part of my jaw.

I had plenty of teeth pulled.Everyone there worked to help me feel comfortable. The room was clean and not cold.my pain is less than expected, that is a good surprise. Thanks😂

I don’t remember who the Dentist or the tech was bc I was in so much pain and anxiety but they actually listened to me and made sure I wasn’t in pain and went slow and if I felt pain or anything they stopped immediately and gave me more numbing medicine. They also talked their way thru telling me what I would expect and it really made me feel safe. They listened and I felt really cared which made the difference for me. I will be going here from now on. If anyone has huge dental anxiety please listen to me bc these guys will take care of you.

Great experience from the staff at the front desk to the Dentist. They don’t over book, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and somehow you can get any additional or future appointments relatively quickly. They are in a newer building that is extremely clean and they accept a long list of insurances.

Best dentist around!! All three dentists there are great! They took great care of my husband who was super afraid and also my daughter freaked out in the chair needing a filling and they were so patient with her until she was ready to do it! They are the best and I cant recommend them enough! And the receptionists are beyond friendly and welcoming, we feel like part of the family when we go there!
