Vanessa and Lisa were quick and meticulous in doing their jobs. Upon a final inspection I was extremely happy with the cleaning job they had done.

The only thing I could say about next time is just having the trash being taking out, the washer and dryer room being cleaned, and the pantry being cleaned. Other than that very professional, responsive, and nice.Thanks Clean Squad see you in a month!

We had painters, my husband working from home, and furniture everywhere and they were still able to come in and get the job done. It smelled amazing when I got home from work and everything looked so clean even though every room was tore up. Moving out of state is not fun. Thank you Clean Squad for taking that huge job off my to do list. You saved me.

I had a deep clean and they had 4 people show up (and a couple others half way through/the end) to speed up the cleaning and do a more thorough job. They did great, cleaned everything and amazing job. Highly recommend and plan to setup them to come back for recurring cleanings.

We started out by having them clean our commerical buildings and decided to get our home deep cleaned bi-weekly. I highly recommend to everyone. They come in and do everyting that would take me an entire Saturday so thank you for giving me my time back to enjoy my weekends! Best investment to date!

Kari and her team did a fantastic job with our first clean. They got areas that other cleaning professionals have missed, and I was shocked that they were able to get the rust spots out of my bathtub. Very personable and friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the ladies & gentleman that work at Clean Squad! My favorite days of the months are the days they come in and clean the house for me. 5 kids, 3 dogs as you can imagine can leave a mess but they have it looking & smelling amazing EVERYTIME! 😍 We have been using them bi-weekly for over a year and have never had any issues or concerns. We were very disappointed with the communication, or lack thereof, from Clean Squad. Text and calls were not returned in a timely manner. And after having had them come out twice, we then received a text message saying, “Hi we wanted to let you know that we no longer believe Clean Squad is a good fit for the cleaning of your home. As of today, we’ll remove you from our schedule.” When she finally answered my call, after several attempts, to find out why we were not a “good fit”, Kari said it was because 1) it was difficult to schedule us due to our toddler’s nap time 2) the cleaners could not work efficiently when we were in the house and sometimes in the same room as them and 3) due to a pricing misunderstanding, I asked them to clean a room after they had already moved on to another area of the house (When I previously asked about why an acquaintance’s pricing was less, I was told it was due to them having a room that they don’t have cleaned, so their total area to be cleaned was less. The second time Clean Squad came to our house, I sent a message to Kari asking if the price would be adjusted accordingly if I asked them to clean one less room. Especially with a tighter budget due to covid, even a small savings helps. I asked the two ladies to skip the room until I heard back. I didn’t get a response from Kari until over an hour later saying that the price would be the same even if the room wasn’t cleaned. Since we would be charged for it anyway, I then asked the ladies if they could go back and clean that last room as well.)My disappointment in how the situation was handled is because 1) when I asked if a particular time would be possible so as to not coincide with my daughter’s nap time, it never seemed like it would be an issue. I was actually told, “Yup, that works fine, we actually have a client who doesn’t care what time we come, so that’s not a problem.” 2) We were told that it was ok to be in the house while they were there and at no time did any of the cleaners say anything along the lines of “would you mind staying out of this room while we are cleaning?” Or give any indication that we were in the way. 3) Pricing was not explained clearly, my understanding was that price was determined by surface area cleaned, but that was not the case.After getting this feedback from Kari, I told her that I wished they had just communicated these things as they came up, because we could then have worked together to create a better working relationship. If you give us no indication that there is an issue, we don’t know that there is one, and we can’t fix the problem. I asked if they would be willing to try coming out one more time now that we had talked through the “issues”. I offered to take the kids elsewhere during the times they were available to clean. This would negate the issue of working around naptime, and also of having people “in the way“ while they were cleaning. I also now understood that pricing was fixed.Now on the same page, one would expect that there would be no problems moving forward. She said she would have to talk it over with Laci. After seven days, and two follow up texts later, I received another message from Kari saying, “Our final conclusion is just that we’re not a good fit.” And that was it.Regarding the actual cleaning, a few vents were missed, and though I asked both times for the use of shoe covers, since we have young kids frequently crawling around the floor, they did not have them. Otherwise, cleaning was fine. My biggest issue really was the poor communication and disappointment that they were not willing to work together to find a mutually beneficial solution.

Excellent company to work with. As a medical practice we take cleanliness very serious to protect ourselves and our patients and we needed a company that was going to be more than just emptying garbage cans and cleaning sinks. Clean Squad goes above and beyond to ensure that everything, from small things like a light switch and keyboard, to the floors and carpet, are cleaned with extreme care. When we walk in the office after their service it is never doubted that they really care about their clients and the work that they do. Everything feels and smells clean! Clean Squad is highly recommended by all of the providers and staff at PPOM and we appreciate their extra efforts.
