Very nice friendly service.I switched out a TV box power cord and controller it took 30 seconds. I did troubleshoot over the phone for a half hour though first, then came here but no problems. Everything was waiting when I got here.

There expensive but it nice doesnt screw up as much as dish or direct tv does
