We had carpet installed in our main level and were very satisfied throughout the entire process. As a first time home owner we are still pretty new to many things, and Mallory went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was so patient as we changed our minds a million times and asked all the ridiculous questions you could, or could not think of. I never once felt sold to, and instead felt like I had a friend helping me think of all the things I hadnt considered, while finding me the best deal I could. The scheduling was simple and flexible, and all of the team who came to my home were friendly and happy to answer any further questions I had. Measuring was fast and easy and install was on time and well cleaned up after. We have already made plans for or next Luxury Vinyl tile addition and truly look forward to working with Erskine as we expand into further home renovations.** I wanted to take a moment to mention that, after reading some of the previous Google reviews, I was hesitant to work with Erskine. However, I found that the common thread amongst the negative reviews was that the home owners were all purchasing through Home Depot, who seem to have a separate install team contracted to Erskine. Turns out, when you work with Erskine directly, not only is your selection widely improved, but your customer service is as well. You will also be working with their own install team and not the contracted Home Depot crew. Which is where it sounds like most of the negative complaints originate, followed by poor customer service satisfaction through Home Depot in handling complaints. After my own personal experience, I am truly happy I was not dissuaded by those negative reviews, that I feel, (and I hope Erskines management team hears and corrects), should be reviewed separately and should not reflect Erskines overall awesome customer care.

Great pricing, customer service, and installation. Within a half a day, they installed new floors in a bathroom and laundry room. Wish I had more rooms for them to work on, because I would definitely hire them again.

We worked Jess Bibeau, our experience overall has been an enjoyable one. From the minute we walked in the door he listened to what we wanted/needed not what he thought we needed or could sell us on. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions immediately. He always helped us with amazing customer service. He was able to provide us with a detailed quote of what our project would look like and that layout of the costs and professionalism is what made us decide to go with Erskine floors for our renovation project. When it came time for our project to start the owner of our company came out to measure our home for us himself. He was polite and professional and we didnt even know he was the owner until after our project measurements were made. Both men we worked with made it a point to make a connection with us and make us feel like our home renovation mattered to them. Communication throughout the entire project was amazing. They followed up with us at every step of the project and any questions we had were answered within 24 hours via email or phone call. When it came to demo and installation, we were able to have 1,300 sq feet done at a short time span. The entire experience was so enjoyable it makes us want to do any further renovation projects with the same company. We highly recommend to our family, friends and anyone looking for new flooring for their homes.

Sales guy was rude. One of the first questions asked was what was i looking to spend i said $3 a sq ft max. He said our LVP starts at $3.50 and walked away. I had to chase him across the sales room to get more info on the products. He told me their products were the best and his for $3.50 was a deal because every other product was garbage the way they connect. He told me he wasted 50 percent of the flooring he installed for his grandma 😂 and told her to finish it herself. Sales guy also had his fly half down the whole time.😂Very professionalBy the way price would have been competitive being you apparently dont need a underlayment. But after this sales experience where i had to chase the sales guy down for info cause im not worth his time haha ill go somewhere else!

Update: From one star to four stars.Within an hour of posting here I received a call from Erskine and am thrilled to report that my fireplace tile has been redone and it is gorgeous.In all fairness, excluding the situation reported below, my experience with the folks at Erskine was a positive one. My salesperson, Jess, was helpful, consultative, and non-pressuring. I truly appreciate the time he spent with me, the knowledge he as about all the products, and how he was able to advise me in choosing the best options to fit within my vision and budget. I later found out that he was unexpectedly away and not aware that the issue with the fireplace had not been resolved. As soon as he was back in the office he reached out to me to assure that everything would be resolved. Thank you, Jess!My project was completed in phases that included hard floor, carpet, tile, and counter tops. All of the workmen that came to my home were courteous and professional. A special shout out to the guys that installed my carpet and did an amazing job on the steps.I would have given five stars but I do feel that there can be some improvement in the communication around scheduling and the handling of issues by the back office.-----------Previous Post----------------------As part of a larger project of new flooring throughout my house, new counter tops, and kitchen back splash, I also had the tile around my fireplace replaced. The grout is not the correct color - it doesnt match what appears on the bag. I hate it and it just does not look right. It looks like the fireplace was grouted with toothpaste.When I first reported this to Erskine, Heather was condescending and replied to me telling me the grout was what was ordered. After pressing the issue, she and Jess came to my house. They confirmed the grout did not match the sample of what I choose. I was assured that they would help me to get this resolved. They said it would take some time. Contrary to their promises to contact the manufacturer and work with me to resolve this issue, they have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I have been patient. This has been going on since July. I have attempted to contact Heather once a month to check in and no response.I just really want to come up with a plan and know what is is going to take to redo the fireplace but I cant get anyone to work with me to schedule anything, to concoct a plan, to advise what the manufacturers response it. When I made the purchase and signed the contracts Jess assured me that if anything went wrong they would work to make it right. That unfortunately is not the case.Erskine certainly knows your phone number when they want your money but once they have it, they dont seem to know who you are any more.

Initially, we only wanted to explore current floor treatments; however, one day we happened to be driving by Erskine Interiors and decided to stop. We were impressed with Brandon Scribner and other staff during subsequent visits. We knew this was the company that we would do business with if we did replace our flooring. This week, teams from Erskine installed new stair treads and risers in our home as well as new carpet. The teams did an excellent, professional job and were were friendly, efficient and careful. Going into this, my primary concern was the final fit/finish of the steps and risers with the existing molding. I must say that the fit is perfect and that the installation was very well done. All-in-all, we are very pleased with Erskine and give them our highest recommendation.

Never has a carpet layer that vacuumed the new carpet before they left from my home UNTIL Dave.Dave vacuumed and even used his own vacuum!It looks great.Kudos!

Love, love, love our new carpet. We knew exactly what we wanted because we have been limping our old carpet along for a few years now, but after the kitchen/dining room remodel was done, we were finally ready. Took about 1/2 an hour to pick out the perfect carpet, and best padding. Brandon was quick with his estimate and it was a done deal - 3 weeks later we had our new carpet installed and we are extremely happy with it. ...now to keep our plush white carpet clean with 3 dogs...so far, so good - hope I didnt just jinx myself...

Spent time picking the perfect wood floor we wanted and getting someone out there to measure and they did not even call us back with the price estimate... check out unique floors in Bloomington instead. So much better customer service. We got our measurements and price estimate done in two days and our floors done 5 days after getting the materials!EDIT: I saw the owner response and couldn’t reply but I am NOT an associate from Unique lol. Julian and I were going to get help from Jake from your store in Woodbury and he and everyone from your store stopped responding to us after the measurements. We called almost every day and left multiple voicemails. We have our floors done now through unique and got a call back from jake with an apology weeks later, AFTER our floors were already completed by a different company. Stop deleting bad reviews from customers. Step up your game when you get critiques from customers rather than playing a blame game.

I am very happy with the services and products we have received from this company! Mallory in Woodbury was such a delight to work with. She was very knowledgable and informative about flooring options. We love our new luxury vinyl in our bathroom! Also, Tim from Eden Prairie was great too. Very nice guy with a lot of experience. My dog also approved, which isn’t usually the case with strangers coming into the home. We will definitely be back for more flooring in the near future!

Subcontracted by Home Depot. The men showed up, I walked them through the rooms to be recarpeted and asked if they had questions. They did not. My friend came to sit at the house while I went to work. The guys left, without saying a word to her, and then I got a call that they could not do the job because we had 2 desks, which, by the way, were permanently attached to the walls and had the legs removed, because we had personal items and desks in the way. I assure you, we removed every personal item we could and removed the legs on the permanently attached desks. I hope Home Depot will NEVER subcontract with this company again. Now my install is delayed by what could be a week or two weeks. Living in chaos in the meantime does not sit well with me. I am livid and will tell everyone I know NOT to buy there carpet or flooring here. UNRELIABLE

I recently had three carpets installed by Erskine and am very happy. Brandon helped me choose the carpets and came to my home promptly to measure.I had to change my installation date twice due to some moving issues and Steve was great about it.The carpets were installed last week. The installers were friendly, professional and respectful. They quickly installed the carpets and cleaned up well.Steve responded promptly when I called about two small issues and resolved them.It was such a joy to work with Erskine staff on this project I had Brandon here today to measure for a fireplace stone project!

I had the opportunity to work with Jess at Erskine Interiors in Woodbury on two occasions this year. The first opportunity was to replace the wood flooring in the kitchen and the carpet in the living room and two bedrooms in a house in River Falls. Jess was very helpful in selecting the wood flooring and carpet. He also arranged for the installation. The installation was done quickly and professionally. The total cost of the project was very reasonable.Based on the excellent results on the first project, I naturally went back to Erskine to install new carpeting in a townhome that I had purchased. The selection process and installation was done quickly and timely. The quality of the carpet and installation was very good as was the cost of the carpeting and installation.

I had great service. From picking out my carpet to getting it laid-it all was a great experience. They arrived right on time on install day and did a great job cleaning up at the end. Would definitely go there again.

The showroom and samples are good, but the ordering process was not smooth, and the post-sale service was really bad. It took 2 weeks to deliver the flooring to their warehouse, and then you have to set up an appointment 1-2 days later to pick up from the warehouse in Hudson, WI. My sales associate was really rude to me after I picked up my products from the warehouse without an appointment (I was in the area and didnt think it would be such a big deal to stop by and pick it up since my order wasnt very big). He then sent me an email chewing me out for stopping by without an appointment.

From the moment I walked in till the job was completed, I knew I was in good hands. The salesman Jesse that spent several hours over several days was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. I did a complete remodel of all the flooring in my home. I was having a difficult time trying to select the colors, but Jesse was able to select the perfect combination, custom for my situation and desires. The installations were timely, professional, completed in the estimated timeframe, and turned out excellent. I have more work to do on the home. I will happily use Erskine Interiors again.

Wish i could give them less than a star. Bought my carpet through home depot and they were the supplier and installer. First time it was installed they botched it. Huge lumps and ripples everywhere. Second time they came to replace the padding underneath because it was installed incorrectly. Left us with huge black scuffs all over the carpet. Seams in door openings are done poorly and look awful. We still have ripples everywhere that the installer insisted he couldnt fix. The installers used the master bathroom without asking. My underwear was on the floor. We have two other bathrooms that they could have used if they had had the courtesy to ask. Feeling a little violated. After speaking with home depot i have been told that our entire carpet will most likely need to be replaced. Whole house. Another two months of off gassing. This has been an absolute nightmare. Please do not use this company. They are truly awful. Save yourself the headache.

I buy all my flooring at Erskine Flooring in Woodbury. The service is top notch and the prices are super. I’ve worked with several of their staff over the years and my experience with Jess Bibeau has been excellent. I would recommend if you need anything flooring that you talk to him and he will find you a great product for a great price.

We got new carpet throughout our entire home right around Thanksgiving, and Jess made the whole process from picking out the carpet to getting it installed an easy process. When we came into the showroom he helped us pick out the color and the brand of carpet. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and Heather were very professional. The installers were also professional and knew what they were doing, which made the whole process worth it. I would recommend erskine to anyone that needs new carpet. I have been shopping for flooring for two months and have brought home some 30 + flooring samples. Erskines Interiors has been the most helpful, kind and patient people to work with. They are the only flooring store that did not question or try to push me to make a sale. Last week our basement flooded when our sump pump failed. The carpet was soaked. We tried fans, dehumidifier, towels but everything was just too wet. The air quality was dropping fast with the smell of must and mildew. This worried my wife and I because we have a 7 month old baby. We stopped in to Erskine and talked with Jess. He moved so fast to get us a good deal on quality carpet and padding. His crew had the carpet out the next day so the concrete underneath could dry over the weekend. I am blown away at how responsive Jess, his team, and Erskine floors was able to move to help our family in a tough situation. 10/10 will definitely purchase from here again!

Excellent service! The office set the expectation that the carpet installers would be at our house sometime between 8a.m. and 10a.m. on the day of the install. The woman I spoke with apologetically explained that the installers would pick up the carpet at 7:30 in the morning and the reason for the variation in arrival time was to do with traffic between their location in Woodbury and ours in Albertville. I had no complaints about it. Its traffic. To my surprise and delight, the installer (Angel) called me the night before to ask if it would be okay if they started the job a little early, say 7 oclock in the morning. He already had the carpet loaded in his trailer and ready to go. I said that would work great. They arrived on time. With the size of the job, we thought they were getting an early start so they wouldnt risk needing to take an extra day. We were wrong. They were done with the whole install by 3p.m. and it looked fantastic. Were super happy with the results and with the professionalism we were treated with throughout the process.

I reached out to several flooring businesses in the area and chose Erskine to install flooring in two rooms of my home. Their pricing was great, and more importantly they were very easy to communicate with throughout the install. The installed everything on the date we chose. A few days after the install I noticed an area that needed to be fixed. I reached out to them to let them know I wanted them to come back and they responded immediately and sent someone out to check out this area of the floor I wanted fixed. A few days later they sent back a team of installers to correct the issue. I have dealt with other businesses that would not have stood by their work, but this is not the case with Erskine - they take a lot of pride in their work, and wanted me to be completely happy with the install job. And I am. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work, and I will use them again in the future when we finish our basement.

We had a rough start at first due to our floors in our home being In worse condition then we had thought. They came started to tear our floor out but it was glued down alot. Making it Im possible to just rip up without ruining the sub flooring. My husband decided to rip it up him self finding mold and rotting boards. Having to move our installation not just once but twice. But with the few hick ups between home depot where we purchased our flooring and erskine who installed the floors everything turned out great. Natalie from erskine and stephanie from home depot worked with us well to help us out and get the carpet put in as fast as possible. Originally suppose to be installed on a Thursday then we moved it to Friday but we just werent ready yet for the carpet erskine was able to get us In tuesday the following week.

Terrible service. They cancelled a tile installation the day BEFORE the work was to take place. They gave me an incorrect time was the workman was to arrive - I waited 8 additional hours, only to be told by the workman that I didnt want to pick up the phone. The people laying the rug told me they werent being paid enough to do the work. When the work was done, the employees stole leftover materials that I had purchased. And, to add injury to insult,they contacted me 3 weeks - after I had written multiple letters, and told me there would be a settlement payment. Guess what - Im still waiting to get that check. Liars.

I typically don’t write reviews but my experience was awesome mainly because Brandon went out of his way (literally) to provide excellent service. I needed a specific wood flooring to repair my living room floor. The product was shipped to the distributor in Egan to save me the shipping cost. Unfortunately, the distributor closes early every day and I would have needed to take off work to pick it up. Brandon picked it up for me and brought it to their Woodbury store where I could pick it up on my way home from work. Now that customer service you don’t see everyday! Bottom line... excellent store, excellent service!👍👍

Wife and I purchased a place about 2 years ago and always stated we wanted to get new flooring from the start. Finally we ventured out and after a few places we arrived at Erskine Floor Center. My head was spinning from all the different choices and prices. Jess approached us and helped us every step of the way. He went over different products and what you would be getting with every single one which made it easier to narrow down. What a JOKE - this company was hired by Home depot to put flooring in my home and it is going on a total of 4 weeks as of today 6/15/2019 and the job is still not complete. This person started the job and said he could do that work around the railing area and if we wanted that done we would have to pay him and extra 1K to get that done. This was already estimated in the total bill and he should not have been trying to charge that. They said they would be back to finish but never showed up and kept saying they were coming and would never show up - we finally called Home depot in Inver Grove Heights where we purchased the floor and they were not much help either - we have drove their to see them and spoke with the manager - PAUL and the assistant manager ASHLEY and they were doing their best to help up but ultimately - it has been a bunch of empty promises. They have sent a new crew out to finish the project and they have shown up at odd times and sometimes even drunk - one of the workers dropped a beer on my landing floor and there was beer everywhere. I wanted to send them home but ultimately I just want my floor down so that I can put my home back together and move on with life. It is still not done as of today and I am supposed to wait for workes to show up today between 1 and 4 and finish the job - but I dont know if they will actually show up -I feel stuck in this mess and dont know what to do - I hope people read and dont get stuck in my situation. Also in my opinion the work has been very shoddy but again I seem to be stuck!

Very bad experience. After our carpet finally arrived through Erskine, had to wait nearly three more weeks because of their busy schedule. When they eventually show up for installation with a crew that speaks zero or no english, sorry true story, couldnt speak to me in any way that helped the situation, had to call the office, was told they will not install because of more cutting than usual and unusual cabinets, a busy room, a lot of angles. This room has been carpeted before! Gave me no options and no English and most importantly no satisfaction. Shouldnt the person that did the measuring have raised any red flags at that time? Was told no problem.

In a nutshell, once they get your money, hope you dont have an issue, example, your installers show up frustrated because theyve been taken advantage of, used for theyre hard work and cheated out of some of theyre hard earned money, and when it happens again where they dont send enough materials (frequently) they dont remedy the situation the best, they are already WAY OVER CHARGING for materials, and still short change the installers, and when theres an issue? Its,, the material never showed up, its on a truck somewhere, or in the warehouse, but not. If you want good quality material sold by ex installers who treat you like family, go to Deluxe Flooring America, off Johnson Pkwy on 7th st, Saint Paul, over 50 years in business for 2 reasons, hard work, customer service

We had gone through the Home Depot in Woodbury and they contracted out the carpet installation to Erskine. I have to say this is the most unprofessional job I have ever seen done and the company is even worse to work with. I have included two of the pictures of the wall of our bedroom where the work was done, and this is what almost every wall looks like after the installation. We received a quote of $800 to patch and fill all of the gouges and scratches on our freshly installed dry wall, and Erskine was only willing to cover $200 of the damages stating that, “Some damage is to be expected.” Are $800 in damages considered some damage to you? Mind you it took over 2 weeks of us having to call them after numerous promises of call backs that were never done by Erskine. We were told by the representative at Home Depot that the Erskine rep added a not that they were not going to call us back. I would highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

Decided to try these folks when another place dropped the ball. Not only were they competitively priced, the customer service FAR exceeded expectations. All I had done was my office but they treated me as if I did a 5,000 sq foot home. Jess handled every part like a champ. Ill be back there as I finish the rest of my lower level. Recently purchased flooring (LVP and tile) as well as countertops and could not be happier with Erskine and particularly our specialist, Mallory. Outstanding service while keeping price competitive.

Wish I could write a review with 0 stars. This installation was a nightmare! Purchased flooring through Woodbury Home Depot and they contracted Erskine to do the work. Products were purchased/ordered the end of May. Measured on 5/31. They would not schedule installation until product was actually delivered to home and sitting for 3 days. Took a few weeks to finally get flooring installation scheduled. Installers installed floor on 7/3 and worked until 10:00 PM even though Fidel (manager) told installers they could leave 5:00/6:00. Installers worked diligently to get as much of the job completed before July 4 holiday. Installers were amazing!There was uneven floor that needed to be repaired that nobody was aware of as well as a bad piece of subflooring to be repaired. Fidel charged $600 for this repair which was EXCESSIVE! Our hands were tied with holiday the next day, they said if installers did not repair today, we would have to wait 10+ days until we could possibly get on the calendar to have job complete. While repair of subfloor was being completed and cement drying, installers worked to install flooring in rest of house.We wanted a breakdown of the flooring repair so went to Erskine location at 7930 Hudson Road, Woodbury MN. Apparently they are not located there...until we indicataed that we had a problem with an istallation. Wa-La! I guess Erskine IS at that location, located in the back room. We were connected w/ Fidel who said he could not help but gave us business card for Eathan who could help. After numberous phone calls and e-mails (7/23-8/26) to Ethan with no response, we contacted HD and then started to receive some answers.We asked for breakdown of the $600 repair bill, which Erskine was not able to provide. Involved HD and then Erskine started to respond. The broken down bill was different depending on who you talked to. Ethan gave us one break down and his boss Fidel gave another breakdown. Not even comparable.While tring to deal with the breakdown of the bill, we informed Ethan that the job was still not completed. Ethan said that he would have someone to finish the job at the house on 9/7-nobody showed to complete job, 9/9-nobody showed to complete job, 9/15 nobody showed to complete job because apparently, Fidel cancelled job but never contacted homeowner, 9/19 job finally complete. Ethan decided to refund the $600 charge after 3 no shows to complete the job.Do not let Erskine handle your flooring needs!
