This place is awesome! The friendliest people I have ever met! Lets start at the beginning. I was shopping for a remote start for an old Cadillac DeVille, because I needed key fobs because I am to lazy to unlock the doors with a key and the dealership wanted to charge me a kidney and my left arm to sell me one. So I decided to shop around for another alternative and this was the first place I called. The lady that answered the phone was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked, I didnt bother calling anywhere else. Which is odd because I research everything I buy and always shop around trying to get the best deals, I am not rich, so I have to be cheap. Anyways I didnt even care about price at this point, I figured you cant put a price on peace of mind. I went later that day and met with them and went over the details and price and scheduled my appointment! The price was great by the way and I found out they do a ton of stuff! If you need any kind of customization for your car, this is the place to go! I seriously could have hung out there all day talking to these guys. Seriously, check this place out! You wont be disappointed! And it is a family business, not some big box store! Always buy local!

Custom Factory is a one-of-kind team. I recently had a remote start and a complete stereo upgrade installed in my wifes GMC Acadia. Their planning and installation was executed with surgical precision, and the finish work was flawless. During my entire encounter I was made to feel as if their entire business revolved around me, and I was beyond comfortable with their pricing. Their knowledge and experience is unmatched. I will return and I highly recommend them. As long as theyre in business there is absolutely no reason to look anywhere else.

This place was very great and great customer service. I was stressed not being able to use my backup cam on my CX9 and went to many other shops and no one could figure out the situation and I was told to try Custom Factory and he got it working and did a great job with the wiring 👍🏼 I definitely will recommend this place

What an awesome place. I got my car windows tinted from here and they did an amazing job at a great cost. Theyre friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and do excellent work. Ill definitely will be going back soon to get more work from them. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent place to fit any after the maket accessories. People are very friendly and prices are very competitive. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to fit anything after the OEM this is the place you can have in your checklist. I installed my parking sensors and blind-spot sensors here for my BMW and my Mercedes.

Went there for an estimate on a windshield eyebrow tint showed women to my car and was told “I could do it for 65” that’s extremely high especially after you said you wanted to see the car and noticed I had a small 2 door civic. I only wanted it done because my windshield had cracked I had it done prior for 25$
