Tyler Jennings visited about two weeks ago to give me a quote. I’ve had several window guys from several different companies come out. Tyler was professional, easy going, and kept the appointment fun for not only me, but my kids as well. They were on his shoulders helping to measure the windows with him, and they still talk about it. We didn’t end up making the purchase, but we will be updating our windows in phases starting in the Spring of next year, undoubtedly with Pella. Pella was also the most expensive, but Tyler’s expertise and quick followups makes me feel confident in my decision.

We highly recommend Pella windows. We replaced some of our windows last fall and were happily surprised by the quality of the replacement windows. Our sales representative, Dan Kashner, represented the product in a professional, low pressure way. The installers worked quickly and cleaned-up after themselves. They did such a good job, we recently bought another round of replacements for our less severely deteriorated windows.

I have had a problem getting a double-pane fixed bay window in the Designer Series to open for a long time. I called Pella today and was transferred to the service department,Service tech Jennie Peabody sent me a link so she could see me as I followed her directions. We still couldn’t get it to open after trying for quite a while.So she arranged for a service person to come to my home and help me, using a special tool. I will follow up after this appointment to let readers know how it goes, but I am extremely pleased with Jennie’s help and professionalism. She is a good ambassador for Pella Windows.

Top quality product. Interior wood was stained perfectly and matched our existing oak trim. Windows were delivered on the date promised. The two young men (Marcus and McKinley) who installed our windows were fantastic. (Even my Chief Procurement Officer was impressed!) They were professional and respectful to us, they showed up on time, they worked hard and cared about doing a quality job. They took care not to stomp on the landscaping. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and respectfully.

He was super knowledgeable about the window options, friendly and he didn’t give us a pushy sales pitch or pressure us into buying. He simply gave us our options and his recommendations. We just had a consultation for a new patio door and front entry door. We were blown away with the help and knowledge of Dan Kaschner. He helped us design our new front entry door, he recommended the best patio door for us and walked us through the whole process. We cant wait to get them installed.

Zero stars!! This March we had an in home visit from a Pella representative to discuss replacing some windows and a door in our home. We discussed the desire to have the new windows match the (already replaced) existing windows and trim. We spent a few hours going over the details and writing up the estimate. When window install date finally arrived, three of the windows were the correct size, as was the door. The rest were not. The trim was not correct either. The installers did what they could, promised someone would be in touch with us, and left. The installer gave me the project coordinator phone number, which she doesnt answer. We cannot even leave a message because her mailbox is full. We are left with a paid for but incomplete job! Disgusted!

Received a quote from Pella Windows with their salesperson. Now awaiting installation. The salesperson was very thorough and positive., looking forward to our new windows installation.

The installation crew worked very hard for three full days. They were pleasant and did very good work. Our sales person provided prompt service. They all did a great job.

The contractor was nice. But there were SEVERAL cosmetic issues on some really expensive windows after installation. Chipped paint on the handles and screens, along really bad grease smudges. The caulking job inside the house was pretty much non existent. Had to do it myself. At that price, thats unacceptable. I called and emailed. Nothing. Called back, finally got someone, they told me their would be a recovery team reaching out to work with me on getting the issues resolved. Nothing. Called back after waiting several weeks. Crickets. This is definitely one of those businesses that is done with you once they have your money. The windows work fine. But they are EXPENSIVE - for that price this process should have been flawless. Very dissapointed.

Jeff Hanson from Pella came out today and did a fabulous job replacing a slightly dented new slider to complete the installation. I would never have seen the slight dents in the moulding had the initial installers not caught it. Serena Rebechini, of Pella, came to measure for a replacement of an existing Pella window from 1985. Once Serena arrived, she realized it would be cheaper and easier, for us, to just replace the pane -vs- the whole window. Even though there was “nothing in it for her”, she contacted customer service to submit paperwork to receive the replacement pane.Pella was lucky to have hired Serena. Gene was excellent. He was able to come 45 days before our appointment(security concerns) and after analyzing the problem set about correcting it. He was done in about 15 minutes and we were very pleased. He was extremely agreeable and pleasant.

Initial installation went well. Caulking around the Windows was very poor/looked dirty and discolored after a very short period of time. Pella was slow to provide a resolution at first. But eventually sent a service tech/installer, Mckinley, who quickly replaced the bad caulking. Fingers crossed the new caulk holds up.

Dan was prompt clear and straightforward in explaining costs/process for replacement of our patio door. He also addressed several issues we had with internal blinds on our other Pella products. Highly recommend!

We chose Pella not only for the quality products but they where more flexible. We wanted new windows to replace our 41 year old windows and wanted to give our home a face lift while doing so.They allowed us the home owners to do some reframing and changes to front of our home. I am a carpenter but it wasnt enough for the competitor companys who would allow it.Also, we saved money by doing the finished interior trim work ourselves when the competitor window company wouldnt allow it.We now have had the new windows for one month and we are impressed and very happy with the windows. The installers where great and did a great job. The cleaned up inside and out of the house and used drop cloths inside and out. I just had my first contact with Pella today. My house sustained heavy damage from the aug 5 hail storm. (New roof, siding, gutters, garage door, concrete driveway, and a car got totaled) However, my insurance company inspected and said I don’t need new windows only glazing bead. My entire experience with Pella Windows of Plymouth was wonderful. First Corey Ryan, retail sales consultant, answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice. One week later Corey returned with another person (who introduced himself but I can’t remember his name) to double check the measurements. It was done very thoroughly. Corey quickly scheduled the installation. Amy called to confirm the date and time and reviewed what would happen. Today the team of 3 installers led by Vadim arrived on time at 7:30 a.m. and completed the work by 3:00 p.m. They worked very hard with only a 10 minute break for lunch. I have never before seen such a hard working group. They all knew what to do and worked so well together! The windows are perfect! Vadim’s team cleaned off all the stickers and vacuumed up my floors as well as cleaned up the outside. I highly recommend everyone from Pella of Plymouth. Thank you so much!

I purchased Pella windows for three rooms of my house in October 2019. I first contacted Pella in August at their booth at the MN State Fair. I really enjoyed working with my sales rep, Matthew Centner, who came to my home to take measurements, demonstrate different models, provide a quote, and process info for the sale. He was very clear and direct about the products offered by Pella, and took the time to explain all the relevant features of the windows and the financing. He left behind documentation about Pella products that included technical information, which I really appreciated. I felt like I knew exactly what I was buying and that I trusted the person I was buying them from, which is important given the high cost of windows. The installation was scheduled for three weeks after the purchase. I didnt see the two-man crew much, except for a final walkthrough. I pointed out that one of the handles had been damaged, but the crew had already ordered replacement parts. Im not an expert in the details of window installation, but the city inspector who reviewed their work said it was of very high quality. My only complaint is the cost - about $1200 per window. That said, I would buy from Pella again and recommend them to anyone because I have confidence in the product and its installation.

I was visited today by outstanding Pella rep, Matthew Centner, who provided consult on window replacement at my owner-occupied duplex. While Pella’s reputation preceded him - I already knew Pella is the “Cadillac” of windows - Matthew cemented my impression of Pella’s superior rank and philosophy, in so many words...not good, better, best - rather, offering only the best across all product lines because that is the right thing to do. I expected price to be higher than competitors but clearly justified, especially given Pella’s real wood, true- divided light construction and higher density argon gas between panes, etc. so there is “no question for me - either - on the right thing to do” at such time I go forward with the project.

Chad was extremely patient, knowledgable and helpful with the process of ordering and redesign of my homes window replacement process.

Brian is there to answer questions and assist with the purchase. I hope the installation gies as well.
