I was looking to replace a mature Styrax japonica fragrant fountain which had been severed at the base when a truck backed over it. I spent most of September last year calling every nursery I could find looking for one and Rick at Youngs at Three Rivers was the only person who said he could get me one - at the time the only ones available were in Oregon but we decided to wait for a spring delivery. I secured a tree with a deposit and come spring due to COVID shortages none were available. It took until August for Rick to locate one but he never gave up the search and updated me along the way. I was able to accompany him to the wholesaler to see the tree in person and it was just planted this morning by 3 very capable employees of Youngs who knew what they were doing It is wonderful having a Styrax occupying that location again and I owe it all to Rick and the staff at Youngs. Cannot say enough good words about the experience - Thank you so very much!
