Woodbury New Jersey is not answering my calls for the 12th time. Package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, dont use covid as an excuse that stuff is over. It is now friday and the tracking number says it never left the office.

Their ability to track a package is terrible. After it leaves the South Jersey Distribution Center it is lost in space. One time the package was received and I kept getting notices to go to the PO and pick up the package. Total incompetent. Also, they dont answer the phone and have turned off the answering machine.

I literally just left from inside this place. I walked in with a good attitude and now I have a bad one. Dorothy was so rude! I understand we’re in a pandemic, but that’s even more reason to be nice to people. She bashed my handwriting and spoke down to me like I was a child. Her whole demeanor was negative. I’ve been to this post office many times but I will not be returning.

This post office is not only convenient but can be a good location for a quick stop. Most other post offices I have gone to always have some wait time. This one is a lot easier to get in and out. The employees seem to know their stuff and are quick to get you in and out. Great location for a quick stop!

Rude employees DNT greet the customers look at u like u came out the sky and. Talk to u when u ask a question as if ur suppose to have the answer they say can I help u instead of may I halo u please just rude I think they need to wrk in the back of the post office not front!!

This post office is generally pretty quiet and you can get in and get out without too much of a wait. That said, plan for extra time in the winter months around the holidays as you will definitely be there longer as it seems there are only ever two people that work at this place and generally one at a time.

I came in with time to spare to ship out a prepaid postage envelope. I ship every day but had to come to this office because I needed to grab envelopes from the nearby Walmart. I was met with a horrible attitude by Dorothy, who, unable to scan my package snipped that “I can’t even scan your label! I can’t even read what you wrote here” (note this was a prepaid label so everything on my label was typed). I was surprised by her immediate choice to be nasty with me when she was nothing but pleasant with the man who she helped for 10 minutes while I waited my turn. Wonder why? Either way, I have never experienced such poor treatment from a usps worker. I will be sure to escalate this as needed to ensure Dorothy receives the training necessary to provide good customer service.

Dorothy was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at a Usps. I’ve been to many USPS around America and have been running a small business going 2 times a week to the post office for 4 years now. I was in the Woodbury area today and dropped my shipment off at this location instead and Dororthy was very rude to me stating that she ‘didn’t have time’ to scan all of my packages. She also had a nasty attitude and told me that I should go to a different office because *if* a customer came in (which no one did) she would be the only one behind the counter scanning these (10) packages that I had. Um, Im sorry but isn’t that your job lady? I will be speaking to higher up USPS about this nasty miserable woman. Hopefully her life turns around because you can just tell she leads a miserable one. Horribly incompetent, I was waiting for a delivery in my front living room with the door open to the screen door. The mail woman never knocked, never had a package in her hand, stuck two letters in my mailbox and ran off. The tracking status updates hours later to say my package was not left because no one answered the door and a note was left...both statements totally false. As I was standing in the doorway. Stupid woman probably had it in her truck the entire time, then lies about it. I have a security video of it dopey. I think Ill put that litty ditty up on YouTube for all to see your incompetence.
