I was very hesitant to get a Brazilian but after I pushed myself to book this appointment, man ill never stop. This morning I had Dani P and she is absolutely amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and we had a great conversation while I was receiving my wax. Made me distracted from the pain. Overall amazing experience, I’ll always go to her and the front desk lady is awesome as well. Gained a happy customer!

MOLLY IS AMAZING! She is super informative, calming and great for anybody that wants to try waxing out! Very personable and just a great atmosphere over all! Great service from the desk lady’s, especially the one with the cute headband!

I’ve been getting Brazilians for the past year and have always gone to the Maple Grove location since it is closer to me. Now that I have relocated I came to the Woodbury location and I was so worried because I’ve been going to the same person for a year! Andra wiped away all that anxiety and did and amazing and quick job! One of the best services I’ve had! 10/10 recommend Andra (:

Response to manager/owner:I’m very surprised to read “4 times” because I don’t recall going to that place that many times at all. I certainly wouldn’t lie about something so trivial though so if you say so, I’ll trust your records. It was literally going on a decade ago! I honestly can’t remember...like I told the person on the phone. I wasn’t trying to get something for free that wasnt warranted, but I can understand when you say that people try to do that. But I wasn’t! My point was that it had been literally years and years since I’d stepped foot into ANY waxing salon and I’d never ever been to YOUR salon, and your front desk girl treated me like I was some sort of criminal. I don’t think it was a stretch at all that I’d be considered a new customer. To tell me I might want to see if someone is impersonating me is very condescending and further speaks to how you and your team choose to communicate with people. What an odd and disappointing experience.I don’t usually write negative reviews but I guess that’s how taken back I am about this. I Googled “waxing salon Woodbury” and this location came up. I called thinking they’d be booked out a couple days but they were able to get me in right away. I rearranged my schedule and arrived a few minutes early. When I made the appointment the lady asked if I had been there before, to which I replied “No”. I’m new to the east metro. I told her I’d been waxed once in my life back in 2011 at a salon in Plymouth, but I couldn’t remember the name of it. (Letting her know I was familiar with the waxing process). She checked the system and said I wasn’t in there and so she collected my information. As I was waiting to be taken back I checked their website and saw a coupon that said “First wax is on us”, so I said to the girl at the counter, “Will the type of wax I’m getting qualify?” She replied, “You told the scheduler that you might have been seen once in Plymouth, so you don’t qualify”. I went on to reiterate that I don’t know where I got waxed over 10 years ago and furthermore, the lady on the phone couldn’t find me in the system, so there’s a good chance it wasn’t even a European Wax. Long story short, she refused to honor the coupon, to the tune of $44. I left without getting my wax because I was so put off that she’d treat a new (or any) customer like this. I understand that negative reviews can be detrimental to a business and perhaps that one employee made a poor decision; but I will also say that it’s up to the owners to hire people who are kind, competent, and who can look at a situation and be reasonable. This was absolutely ridiculous and actually kind of mean to do to someone.

I was excited to try a new place to get my eyebrows done, and European Wax Center looked great at first. Unfortunately, this excitement soon turned to disappointment after the employee accidentally took a large portion of my eyebrow off by mistake. I understand we’re all human and mistakes happen, but instead of admitting the mistake and making it right, she claimed nothing happened. Another employee tried to correct the mistake, but the damage was done. I am disappointed by the quality of service and the lack of care.

I was a bit apprehensive to get a Brazilian done, but Jaylee B. made me feel so welcomed and calm and made the whole experience great. She kept the conversation going and was extremely polite. She did a thorough job and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Safe to say I’ve found my go to girl.

Finally convinced myself I would follow through with getting my first Brazilian wax done. Dani P is truly such a gem. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and sure knows how to carry on a good conversation, which helped get me get distracted and not think of the pain. Dani went over the do’s and don’ts post wax and even helped me purchase some exfoliating pads, which work wonders. Overall, I can now check this off my list and European Wax, you gained a happy customer! Highly recommend this place. Front desk ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. You go ladies!

I absolutely love EWC Woodbury I will never go to another place! Their waxers are amazing and go Above and beyond to make you feel so comfortable and give you results you’ll be feeling great with! All of their products are great I have not found one yet that I have not loved and for having sensitive skin all of their products are 100% natural! What more could you ask for! And their manager is so kind and welcoming! She gives the greatest customer experience! If you have not booked your service yet ask them about a free or 1/2 off first time wax! You’ll love it and never go anywhere else again!

Dani P. is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for my waxes since day one, which now has been 3 or 4 years. She is so thorough, clean, knowledgeable, kind, caring, she makes you feel so comfortable throughout the entire wax(no matter what you are having done), she is just the best - I could go on and on about her but you really should just see how amazing she is for yourself and book yourself an appointment with her, you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a Brazilian Wax Pass and have been going consistently every 4-5 weeks. I was so lucky that by chance they scheduled me with Jaylee for my first time there (I have had waxing done at other salons). She is incredibly professional, quick (which is incredibly important), and she always gives honest advice and answers about my waxing needs. Ive been waxing for over 15 years on and off and I will never see anyone else for my waxing services. European Wax Center is incredibly lucky to have her, and if you are looking for that perfect specialist she is who you want to see.

I have been to several waxing salons, and I have to say that this is the best one around!! They are so professional and the rooms are clean and bright. And they have very reasonable prices. I took someone there for their birthday because they hadnt had an eyebrow wax for over two to three years. At EWC they were professional, explained everything thoroughly, and the first wax was free!! A plus! They went over the amounts for the club prices, it was clean, and the person waxing was very gentle.

Ive only been here twice, but both times were great experiences in comparison to previous experiences with other salons. Quick, efficient, fast, and due to their method of waxing/hair removal, its much less painful than other methods of wax hair removal. Would recommend!

I have gotten my eyebrows and neck waxed by Miki a couple of times and it has been a very pleasant experience both times, I will be going back.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got the confirmation email as well as a call. Great. I drove 1 hour 15 minutes to get there for an 11 appointment and was 5 minutes early. I was then told my appointment was moved to 6:15 pm. NO CALL / NO EMAIL! Seriously!! And no apology! Not impressed!!

Ive been getting waxed here almost since they opened. Ive seen a few different girls and have had a consistently awesome experience. Years ago I went somewhere else and the pain was so unbearable I vowed to never get waxed again. An extended beach vacation got me to try European Wax Center for a Brazilian. Ive been in regularly ever since! The wax isnt nearly as painful as Ive experienced in the past. Everyone is very nice and professional, and the place is super clean! Ive also been to a few other locations when I couldnt get in to Woodbury and have had the same experience. Great place!

And am not selfish because it was only right I purchased the serum the asthetician suggested because she did a good job selling it so well and after I purchased the serum, she still boldly asked for tips. Did I appear rich? But later that day, I developed white heads on the waxed area. Never happened before. Not coming back thats for sure(Pray these white heads dont leave scars :(()!!!
