Wonderful and kind therapist. Great with my kid. As far as the 1 star review: There are multiple doctors who share an office at this practice, but there is not a receptionist to monitor the waiting area so I’m sure that’s why they declined to let a random stranger in the office. Not sure who the 1 star reviewer talked to but there are children in vulnerable emotional states that receive services here. I wouldn’t want her to let random strangers unsupervised in the office with pediatric mental health patients either. I highly recommend Penny without reservation.

Love this therapist! She is empathetic and really addresses the issues with sound advice. Recommend for all ages.

My child and I was waiting for our appointment the doctors wasnt open instead of waiting outside in the cold we asked can we sit in their office..The lady rudely told us no..dont like the fact she would let a lady and child sit in the cold before opening they door because we wasnt her patient...IAM furious..God kept the sun shining to keep us warm.. people have no heart...I rate this business -0
