My son got to see Sheila for his very first dental visit! She was amazing and patient with him! Front desk was so friendly welcoming him into the office as well! Great visit!

We normally see a pediatric Dentist but my 9 year old daughter had a locked jaw that the pediatric dentist didn’t know how to deal with. Our dentist referred us to a head and neck clinic that was booked out a month.I called Woodbury Dental Arts and they got my daughter in same day. Dr Kamel was extremely informative! From Jasmine and all the ladies at the front desk, to Andrea and all of the hygienists, plus Dr Kamel and Dr Jackson - just the most pleasant experience. Everyone was so kind and caring. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were given a treatment and options on how to proceed.I highly recommend this office!

I love my hygienist here and am so thankful for her patience with me. Dr. Jackson is also fantastic and Im looking forward to many more years of not being anxious about my dental appointments.

Im a new patient at Woodbury Dental Arts and had my first cleaning with Liz today. It was the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had in my life and Im 74. She used numbing gel in any tender places so I was comfortable. Everyone in the office was very friendly. My significant other, Randi Schmidt, has been going here for several years and hes been very happy, too.

Woodbury Dental Arts is the best dentists office Ive ever been to in my life! Aside from a very clean office they have all the newest equipment and technology. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctor himself are so incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice. I cant say enough about them but I can say with 100% certainty I will never go anywhere else!

Called to get help and they said they couldnt get me in even though it was a dental emergency. I went to a different dentist who said they should be doing this for free. Woodbury Dental Arts never called me again to follow up on their bad job. Take your money and runnnnnn.

Seemed like a great place to have my teeth needs taken care of. The first time there went well I wanted some implants put in, the price wasnt bad and I was told I could make monthly payments coming directly off a credit or debit card. 2 implants would cost around 7k for two teeth not including what my insurance would pay so payments wouldve been ideal. It took about a month and a half for my appointment for the implants in the mean time I ordered a flipper which I was told would be $130 and that it should take a few days to be finished. When I got there it was $300 and not the $130 I was quoted and they would call me when it was there. A week and a half went by and I never got that call. I had to go in to get my teeth cleaned still no one said anything about it until I asked them and they said oh yea its here. Today I went in for the implants and when I walked in they asked how I was gonna pay I explained that I was told I could make payments they pretty much told me that cant happen unless I apply for dental credit care not something I wanted to do since Im in the middle of trying to refinance my home at the moment so that wouldntwork for me. The money isnt the issue if I wouldve know I could of brought a check the issue is this the second time that I was misinformed and nobody took responsibility I was then charged $100 for a cancelation fee just not the way business should be handled complete waste of time and would not recommend . I would rather find a place that actually cares about their customers.

I never enjoy beenig at the dentist,But I do have to say, everything is excellent about Dental Arts in Woodberry.I don’t have dental insurance, so I had a few estimates for the work that needed to be done.Dental Arts retail prices were fair.I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am in the middle of completing my All-on-X with Dr. Kamel/WDA; I am about a week post-op and I have yet to meet or interact with a single staff member who isnt above and beyond kind, respectful, and professional. They have completely quashed a lifelong fear of dentistry and I could not be more grateful for their services and compassion.

Best technology and the dental assistance couldn’t have been nicer and make you very comfortable as they explain in English and give you plenty of opportunity to ask any questions which they always have the answers for. When I went in, the receptionist did not even open her mouth to talk to me, the first thing that she did was handing me a paper and then pointing to the cup that the pens were in. She didn’t even say one word, she was probably too tired at 10 am to talk to the customer!And then she handed me a paper and asked me to confirm my insurance and I let her know that the information is not correct and that I had already called 2 times to make an appointment and to make sure that my insurance is updated but after 2 times calling and confirming she still handed me the wrong information. Again after 2 times calling I didn’t think that I needed the website address to login and show them my insurance id again, if I had known that they were so incompetent I would have printed something to take in with me. It seems like they are absolutely unaware of how Dental insurance works. Not all dental insurances send you an id. Some you have to print it yourself. And some just use ssn for verification.While I sat down to find the website to login and show them my id, the technician comes out and yells at me that I am already late and that she can not wait. I wasn’t late at all I was just dealing with the staff to figure out why their colleague verified my updated insurance and read all my coverage to me on the phone but they were incapable of finding it!Instead of spreading out lies to manipulate people who haven’t been there start working on your problems. Answering to the reviews with lies is not the solution.Very unorganized, disrespectful and it seems like even the manager is incapable of doing her job correctly.I keep calling them to address my concerns but no one responded to my calls yet.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.You might want to read their Yelp reviews as well before going there!

The staff, especially the doctors there only care about their opinions on treatment and don’t acknowledge what you have to say. They care more about money then the outcome and results of a patients treatment and are very rude. Especially the manager that handles the finances, they have no regard at all and don’t care. I’ve had one too many rude encounters with the staff including Dr Marko and the other Dr that covered him while he was out.Obviously if I paid for the service, and I’m not satisfied, it’s my right to have it touched up and done at NO COST since I already paid. So the doctor redoing something that I paid “at no cost” isn’t you should mention since I paid for the service. I will continue to get my money’s worth till I am satisfied with it.

The Team at Woodbury Dental Arts really now how to make you feel comfortable while youre there. My having a great fear of the Dentist was put aside after arriving at their office. Only reason Im giving it four star is because the staff are still ironing out all the wrinkles in this new facility. Its going to take some time build a solid system and learn the new equipments. Mistakes will happen, but Im optimistic this team will grow with the continued support of its owners. I will update my review after a few months of service.UPDATE:Ive noticed a consistent lack of communication from many staff members. I recently had 4 wisdom tooth extracted and had a horrible experience. It is their job to educate patients and give options how to go about the procedure. For anyone thats new to oral procedures/extractions, I was expecting to be put asleep. Not the case as I was fully conscious. The assistant that placed the numbing gel prior to the numbing injection did a horrible job. The pain was nearly unbearable! I just had to tough it out. The assistant also kept forgetting the name of tools when Dr. Kamel needed parts. I saw him shaking his head in disbelief. During the healing process I bled for 2 days straight due to low platelet count. Thats another question they forgot to ask prior to the procedure. I did manage to get the bleeding to stop with the help of online information not given by dental arts. 2 weeks went by and I wasnt sure if my extraction stitches had to be manually removed or dissolve on its own. Never got a follow up so I had thought it was the preferred dissolveable stitches. Nope, I had to call the office to verify and made an appointment to have those removed. After getting my stitches removed, I noticed my wound holes had fully reopen which made more difficult to clean. I also felt something sharp in the surrounding extraction area. Turns out I still had stitches that were never fully removed. Frustrated, I just had my wife sterilized her tweezers and removed the remaining stitches. Overall Im really disappointed by my experiences despite the good reviews. I wont be coming back.My suggestions to dental arts:1) Due to the lack of communication, please direct your patients to an updated site containing detailed options and after care procedures.2) Have the owners create a mychart website so that your patients can have a summary of their visit. This will include options, after care, and prescriptions.

My TMJ therapist and this dentist work great together! They worked on getting me in on a earlier time to help my therapy process. I was able to get a detailed description with their new devices to show what I need done to improve my jaw/teeth.

My first time here. I worked with Danielle the head hygienist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring!! I went in for an implant consultation, and Danielle layed out a treatment plan for me. She was able to answer any questions I had from what to expect to finance options as well. I believe I saw Dr. Kamel for less than 5 minutes as he was looking through my exams and explained to me what was needed. I did appreciate that he didnt try to use jargon and explained in a simpler way that I can understand . He did seem nice, however it was a brief visit but Danielle was wonderful, friendly and very caring! So I have a future appt with them and will definitely update review!Update: Ive been to few different places that told me I either needed a root canal, a crown, crack in my tooth. I wasnt confident in their diagnosis so I went to Dr. Kamel. Basically, I didnt need a root canal at all, no crack in my tooth, and we did a filling. Dr. Kamel is highly knowledgeable and very efficient!The front desk has been hit and miss for me. Ive run into very friendly receptionist and my last one not so much, maybe shes not a morning person. However, my confidence in Dr. Kamel will keep me coming back. I still have future appts.

I recently had a dental implant and accompanying crown completed at Woodbury Dental Arts. Usually when you get a crown, for the next month your tongue keeps running over the crown because the crown is just a little bit different than your old tooth. Right? My new crown from Woodbury Dental Arts is exactly the same size as the old tooth. Within an hour of placement, I forgot that I had a new tooth. Looks great too – so glad because it is one of my top front teeth. Highly recommend.

Lot’s of dropped balls with communication. Promised phone calls and e-mails don’t get made. The dental work however, seems sound.

First time I went to Woodbury Dental Arts. I was impressed immediately. I chose to have 2 implants done with Dr Marko Kamel. I had the first part done with no problems or pain. Go back in Feb 2021. He is now my doctor. I am glad I found him, his staff is great too.Cont.my second implant is perfect too. I am so happy I changed to Woodbury Arts and highly recommend this dental office. Im kind of disappointed with the feel of the new office. Dr Kamels old office was so warm and inviting. Now I feel like a number instead of a patient. The check-in was robotic, no welcome, they rushed through my new insurance and was told to take a seat. No more friendly conversations, we felt like we were pushed through. I miss Ryans warm and inviting personality, along with her smiling face when we arrived. She made it feel like everyone there cared. I am so sad!Side note, the new office is beautiful!

Awesome staff and a really state-of-the-art office. Had an initial billing issue, but after speaking directly with Dr. Kamel, I realize it was very likely a miscommunication. Their willingness to look into it and ultimately figure out a solution gives me faith in their business practices. I actually did not expect anyone to be concerned about the issue I had, so it really changed my mind 100% about this place! Im extremely happy now, because I was (and still am) very much looking forward to having my work done at this place. I think it should also be noted that every member of this staff - be it the billing people, the secretary, the dental staff - all have a very high level of professionalism and kindness in their voices. No discrimination, anger, or attitudes with patients.

I usually dont write reviews unless I really want to share my experiences with people.I had to do at least 3 or 4, sometimes 5 and 6 numbers of fillings every single time after each check up! It has been about 3 years ago since the last time that I have decided to change my dentist, and since then my teeth only have needed 2 fillings!! My new dentist office is also facilitated with high quality x Ray technology, and he is caring about his patients obviously! So, how this could be possible?!!!The communication was very challenging, for instance, to refill an oral rinse, I had to contact them several times!!! They didnt help me with this simple request at all!!Unfortunately, I agree with others when they mentioned the most important thing that this dentist considers is money, not his patients.

It has been years since I had been to the dentist and I finally found one that makes me feel comfortable and at ease! The staff is incredible, the facilities are clean and well maintained! I will never switch dentists again!

Avoid this place. My husband was told that he has 4 cavities and need one crown. After the second opinion in the different clinic he was told that he doesnt have any cavities and doesnt need any crowns. He had a small tooth crack and just needed a new filling. All the work cost him $70. HE DOES NOT NEED A CROWN AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES!!!!!

I have MAJOR dental phobia. From bad experiences and medications I take making my mouth really dry, which have both led to really bad teeth and me avoiding the dentist at ALL costs. I just got married, so my insurance updated, and I figured it was time I finally go in and start getting my mouth back on track. My husband accompanied me, for moral support, and I was super happy to learn that the office was allowing him to come back with me (even my OBGYN won’t allow him to come back for checkups and ultrasounds because of COVID) I saw Dr. Jackson, and she was wonderful, she really put me at ease (as much as she could, without using an elephant tranquilizer) I didn’t want to see the images of my teeth (bad teeth leads to embarrassment, luckily the worst teeth are my back teeth) so she was happy to explain and show everything to my husband and what needed to be done. I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning later today, and I’m very excited to be getting back on track with my oral health and can’t wait to have my implants placed and have no more teeth issues. Highly recommend this beautiful office!

The dental facility itself was upscale and nice. Ladies at the front desk were nothing over casually friendly. The dental assistant I had was very friendly and nice. Made great conversation. The dentist himself was a half hour behind schedule. I originally went in for teeth whitening when the dentist came in he looked at my teeth and said I don’t think they can get any whiter which I found a little offensive because they are white but could be whiter. It was hard to tell because he had a mask on so you couldn’t tell if he was smiling but overall his demeanor was not that friendly, his tone was pretty straight forward didn’t make me feel comfortable at all as far as my concerns with epinephrine and previously not being able to get numb so therefor I have a tooth that may need a root canal now. Honestly I would not feel comfortable being I’m already anxious having to do dental work with a doctor with his demeanor.

I move a lot and generally avoid the dentist because I hate trying to find a new one whenever I moved. But decided to try here after my fiancé had some work done. The facility is amazing and the staff was very nice. I especially love that they have different pain management options beyond just the normal needle numbing. I’m normally nervous to get work done but I’m actually looking forward to future appointments because they seem to do everything in their power to make the patient comfortable! Highly recommend!

I went to this clinic many years ago after my ears, nose and throat specialist recommended me cause she told me I have tmj.this clinic wasnt able to help me with the pain in my upper back and shoulders, but they were able to make a mouth guard for me to help me sleep cause I grind my teeth. Also I had to pay out of my own pocket cause they didnt except my insurance. This place works for some I guess but not all.

Discovered them almost 4 years ago after my previous dentist retired.....Dr. Kamel and staff made me feel very welcome. They are nothing short of professional, friendly and courteous. Very impressed with how up to date they are on the latest advancements and procedures. New location and facility is state of the art. I highly recommend them!!

Visiting the dentist is never on the top of the list of favorite things to do.After check in,which went very well,I was directed to the dental procedure area, by a dental asst named Ashley.She was incredibly professional and pleasant.She assisted me in getting X-rays,and readied me to meet,Dr Kamel.Dr Kamel explained in detail,the procedure I needed,and was very professional in doing so.After the exam,I went over cost and available appts,with assistant Ashley.I think it’s important to give credit when credits do.She represented the Woodbury Dental Arts,very well.With that said,I highly recommend Woodbury Dental Clinic.Thank you.

I had both my upper and lower teeth done !! It was about an 8 month process from start to finish !! The end result is great. I feel confident to smile again ! Hard to put a price on that ! Everyone I dealt with at Woodbury Dental Arts was great !! And talking about price they were considerably lower than anybody else !! I highly recommend them !
