The gentleman there made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I went in with a broken phone. The guy in charge of the phone section was a down right douche and I will not be back. Don’t make your customers sound stupid, educate them, don’t belittle them. I forgot his name but he was a shorter younger blonde gentleman, very unprofessional.

Getting an appointment was easy. The repair was done quickly and I left happy, it had been fast and easy. But I quickly had regrets. when I tried to use it, the color looked washed out and the lack of screen sensitivity is infuriating. It’s painfully obvious now that this replacement screen is not of the same quality as the original, I’m sure the fine print discloses this somewhere but it should have been made clear that they were installing a cheap imitation.

The guys did a great job swapping out the battery on my Samsung phone. I feel like I have a new phone for just the price of a battery exchange! I scheduled online and got a $10 off coupon, too

The service is good. When I got back home. The touch screen seems a bit unresponsive and slow. It’s 6s phone but it’s not been used for long. Prolly had about 8-10 months of use.It just could be because of my phone but I don’tKnow if it would be like this. Probably low quality screen replacement. I wouldn’t know. I’m not techy but I can feel it’s slow touch sensitivity.Also I was told I would get a call when the phone would be ready to be picked up. Nope. Never got the call.

Took the boyfriends phone 📱 and had the screen completely replaced! Looked brand new! Was done in a mannerly time as well. Only problem, first person who greeted us didn’t seem too welcoming.

Staff was very kind and professional. Repair was completed quickly but the phone doesnt quite function as well as it did originally. Im sure that has nothing to do with the technician but I wonder if the replacement screen was lower quality. The cost seems pretty ridiculous as well.
