Worst place ever. Avoid at all cost. Customer service is TERRIBLE. When I walked into the office, the employee failed to greet me. New worker accused me of smoking in the car and I have never smoked a day in my life. I called the manager because there was only one employee at the office and despite spending thousands of dollars in rentals with the company over the past 2 years with no complications, she refused to hear that this charge was bogus and stated she believe her employee. There goes my business. Hertz wonder why they are going bankrupt. Maybe if you put customers first, they will keep coming back. For now on, I’m going to Enterprise down the street. I ignored the many one star reviews against my better judgement and ended up with the WORST rental experience ever. Trust in this case the customer is always right. Close this location down! I
Grate service good selection of cars and SUVs to choose from if they are all not booked so try to plan at least 3 days in advance also I would recommend this place David was the Man of the hour with a can do work ethic to solve your rental concerns and issues.
My son reserved a car here online, once we got here a deposit was required that the website said would not be necessary. I went in to assist and the agent was not helpful and only said what she couldnt do, never offering a solution or alternative option. I was willing to pay the deposit or even put the reservation in my name, but again her only response was I cant, we dont. No customer service at all. We went to the airport much cheaper and better service.
Its hard to get excited over a car rental agency, but they were helpful, especially since it has been about 30 years since Ive had to use one. I was in a bind and they came through. It was also very convenient that they happened to be in the same parking lot as the body shop I used.
I have rented from this location multiple times. Its usually worry-free, but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes once for a rental to arrive. There is secure customer parking on site, which is a valuable plus, if you are driving your own car in.
Do Not ever rent from this place. nightmare and I understand the owner also owns the one in Cherry Hill. They cant be trusted. I had a one week rental that added up to $143 that they never gave me a recite, said they would call me and 3 months later there was a $700 charge on my bill from them. Allstate assured me i would have a car similar in size th what I was driving. I drive a 4 door pick up. When I got there someone who couldnt speak or understand much English gave me the only car on the lot. A ford focus. I was furious i barely got in and my head hit the roof once I did. Im 62 260lb. and it went down hill from there . I could go on because the nightmare is on going since 2/1/17. I will never rent from any Hertz Ever.
When I got home I realized they gave me a vehicle that had no cruise control (I will be traveling and wanted it) and it has no keyless entry. These are items we have on our old mini van and I am shocked that a rental would be like this. They also had clearly not washed the car beforehand. The car has over 32,000 miles on it.This rental was not touted as being cheaper because it was of inferior quality..
The only car rental company I use. Always helpful and cars are always newer and clean!
I booked an online reservation for a full size car with on-site pickup. Paperwork stated location would call me if any questions. I called location 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup to confirm that someone was on the way. Jen answered and told me that they didnt have a full size car and I am outside their pick-up area (the website says 15 minutes, which is where I am). She was very condescending and didnt even offer an apology. I asked why she hadnt called me since I had a reservation, she responded that she figured I would call her. Whats the point in an online reservation?
The lady there should not get even 1 start. Nothing wrong with the company just her customer service sucks, its very horrible Im person and on the phone. He seems like she do not want to be at work at all. She is very rude all 3 occasions I have had. I dont want anyone to lose their job buy he need help some training or some sort in customer service. Sat at desk the whole time and told me to look around and was no help at all. Stay away from this location.
Call the locations for a reservation already made they told me since i was over the phone and not in person she need to close because it was 5 o clock so she can’t waisted time with me worst customer service ever
I would give ZERO if possible. They sprayed some sort of disinfectant spray all over the car (inside and out) right before I got in. It smelled so horrible that I was concerned about my health. This was also the only place that didnt give me a car with a full tank. It was only quarter full. I ended up exchanging the car with another location because it was so awful.
I was difficult but the associate never treated me bad I was frustrated with my car but she was awesome
