The inside of my car was what I was looking for them to clean. They didn’t really do that… almost the same amount of crumbs. They promised a full interior vacuum and seat clean for the package I chose and paid for. Same amount of crumbs before and after wash. They did not do what the package promised. I did not get what I paid for AT ALL even before I tipped. Will NOT be going back.

I really want to like this place. I really want them to be successful in Woodbury. it’s so nice to have a full-service place but every time I’m disappointed in the outcome. I don’t want sound like I’m complaining. I appreciate they’re always willing to try to fix it. After asking for my cupholders to be cleaned out, which they did a nice job after the fact, I drove away and took some of these pictures. You can judge if this is full service. I’ve tried paying more and same result.

For $35, I would think the employees would at least wipe out the cup holders and do a better job at vacuuming. I’m only giving it one star because the employees were friendly; otherwise I wouldn’t have even given them that. You can definitely get more for your money someplace else.

I payed almost $50 for what??? They didn’t wipe the dash and did a terrible job wiping it down water spots everywhere and clearly we’re to busy to vacuum what needed to be. Save yourself some money and do not go here!!

First time going here. Staff was friendly but my wash needed more cleaning. Paid 19.99 plus tax. I have weather tech mats in the front they were not washed just vacuumed. They needed to be washed. My front windshield was not wiped clean still had marks and my door arm was not cleaned out..was not happy 😕 It was busy.. was running late.. didnt report it 😔

I have used Paradise Car wash for several years but they recently installed new technology for handling your order and basically their customer service went out the window. In the past I enjoyed the personal touch that they had. Also, as a senior citizen I enjoyed a discount that I used as a tip for the staff. All that is gone... and oh yes ...... you can’t use cash. If I would have wanted this kind of service...... I’d use the Speedway Car Wash. If this is process improvement...... it has sorely missed the mark!

I got a vehicle detailed and left it for over 6 hours. I purchased the highest package. There was a lot missed. I spoke with the manager and the issue was somewhat rectified as this was the back to new top package but the cleanliness was below par and the cealing of the car was not touched. What does back to new mean if the true meaning of detail is not really detail but a mediocre thorough cleaning anyone can do in half the time. Paradise, you need to step your detail game up.

I really wanted to love this Woodbury location as has a convenient location :) Each visit I bought packages that included interior clean up. My car’s interior looked untouched…center console dusty, minor vacuuming. Bring a lint removal roller & towel to touch up for what they missed. I could have done better myself with a hand held vacuum & a gas station car wash. Staff is friendly & located near lots of shops. Waste of money for that actual work performed. This is just for the Woodbury location :)

I’m about to cancel my $56 a month membership, They really never clean inside the car probably, it’s always disappointing

I hate to do a negative review. And I so much want this to be a great place to take my car for a wash.Each of the last number of times there has been something with the wash that just isnt right. This time the back window was missed.Kind of a bummer.

Ive been coming here since it opened. It used to be a great place to have our vehicles washed, up until the last several months. Each time I come in, theres another problem. My radio is tuned to one of the helps station and blares with rock or rap music. Today my entire blue tooth was eliminated and my phone was no longer synced with the car. had to re-install it when I got home. My phone was with me and not in the vehicle, but appeared someone had plugged into my adapter with their phone as I had a completely different phone in my equipment when I drove off. The new auto pay is also not user friendly for senior citizens, difficult to reach and not easy to operate.

Definitely not one to write bad reviews or reviews at all for that matter but i Literally paid 40 dollars to get the outside of my car washed and my floor mats vacuumed.. windows are still dirty. My leather seats are still dirty and full of sand. Dash is still dusty. Center counsel is still dirty.. i bring my car to get detailed so i don’t have to do it.. lazy of me? Yes! But if I’m paying someone 40 plus dollars to detail my car i expect it to be clean.. definitely not satisfied. The outside looks great. Inside, not so much.

Made a appointment to go in for a detail on my Toyota Sienna 2014 and paid $192.82 this is what they left for me to clean up. First time customer and last.

I would NOT recommend. Paid $250 for the Complete Package just to get home, crack open my windows to let the carpets dry like they told me to do, and notice they didn’t even roll down my windows to clean them. So it’s still dirty on the top 1/2”-1” of my windows. The entire point was to get a really nice deep clean on my vehicle because I have 3 dogs and just made a road trip and they couldn’t even clean the windows correctly. There’s still a healthy amount of dog hair in the car as well. Plus they threw away some of my items in my car …. they said everything was in the glove compartment and it absolutely was not, it’s just missing. It’s something I *could have* done at home, myself, and done a much better job for much much cheaper.

It could be great...but it just never was and still isnt even after their recent upgrade (finally) with bar code scanning.They still keep 2 of 3 lanes closed (why??) and still require you to get out of the car (why??) Even with your receipt from the scanner as if youre trying to steal a wash?¿? I dont get it.The wash and dry itself is just fine but the inconvenience is getting old now after 2 decades. Mr. Car Wash is way better and STILL cheaper by far. Im stuck with this wash since having to move to this area where Mr Car Wash is too far but if this inconvenience keeps up, Im going to start making the drive out to one.

Ive used this company/location over 20 times now, during the past couple of years or so. While Ive had plenty of experiences, theres been about HALF that were not.....I usually get the admiral or supreme wash, which are both at the top of the list when it comes to full service washes here. Ill admit, theres MULTIPLE times the inside of the vehicle isnt cleaned properly, like in the nooks and crannies, which ARE part of the vehicle, and thus should also be cleaned fully/properly like everything else, right?Ill also admit theres been MULTIPLE times after the hand drying per end of wash, Ill find various grease/wax spots, which I end up having to remove by hand myself when I get back home.Ultimately, theres no excuse for so many issues with inside/outside outcome of these admiral/supreme washes, or any wash option they have for that matter. People working here need to be far more patient, and have a greater attention to detail ability to ensure they clean EVERYTHING inside and out! Otherwise, the BUSINESS suffers in ways such as online reviews.My suggestion to ownership/leadership, please ensure your workers are well aware they should be more patient with ensuring the job/work is done right the FIRST time, as we all know that not everyone will inform the business of these issues they face, as many people just dont like conflict. The solution IMHO is increased training/education/reminders to all staff to ensure their attention to detail needs to be tip-top, that way the wash is completed right the FIRST time! Its more cost efficient to be patient and get it done the first time, rather than rushing through each vehicle/job and hoping the outcome is simply good enough, as that approach has obviously resulted in a TON of complaints, and now hurt your businesss reputation per online reviews and whatever other forms of feedback your customers use.-Norm

The new auto pay system is slower than when a person provided this service. If a change does not keep the same level of service or improve it, it should not implemented or kept in place. Thumbs dumb on the new auto pay. Also, the wiping down/drying by towel quality has dwindled over the past few months. I like to tip but am inclined to inspect the vehicle first now, which would not be good for other customers waiting. On Aug. 13th, I had to ask for the hood to be wiped more dry. The hood, windows and mirrors should never be left with water on them. I also want to continue being a customer but with a price increase, auto pay and diminished quality, a gas station car wash seems to be a better deal and more viable option going forward.

Just passing through this place was recommended by family. I wish I had a place this good near me. The crew did an awesome job.

They useto wipe the dash and cup holders and now for some reason they no longer do that. At this point I dont understand the point in bringing my suv there because I can just wash it through the holiday gas station car wash and clean the inside because they really dont do anything else and for the price Id be saving money! Not to mention the exterior was not very clean either 😕

Great exterior wash. I have a pickup crew cab they missed half my back seat missed some of my carpet on my driver side and missed my whole middle counsel cup holder area. I know they would of fixed it but I did not want to sit in line for another 15 minutes. Ive been there a couple times in the last 2 years and I feel they always miss something. I know they are minor but when your paying 40 bucks for the best wash and interior clean you expect it to be done well.I still recommend it but watch them.

I purchased the interior detailing package. Not the most timely experience, but overall they did a good job. The outside of my car looked great. For the interior, a few small areas were noticeably missed in between the passenger seat and the center counsel... But the rest of my car was done well.

I use this car wash for two things. I have two of my vehicles go through the car wash. There is this woman name Marlene who is great at drying off my vehicle she pays attention to detail she does not rush but takes her time.The detail department John gets it done. This guy has my vehicles looking like they just came off the showroom floor.Also there is an employee who is Latino he knows his stuff as well,

They did an amazing job on my car. Very detailed and done in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite and even asked me to check my car over before I left. They wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my car.

This was my first visit to Paradise and quite possibly my last. I had to ask the attendant to clean the bugs off my windshield. Bugs were still on my hood, the seats were not wiped down and there was dust on the dash as well as crumbs and dust on the center console. Really disappointed.

I paid $40 and my seats, floor and in between my console and seats were the exact same. They didn’t wipe down my dash. Won’t be coming back

Best Interior cleaning

Horrible service. Ive. Even coming to this place for quiet a while now and seems that they cleaning service is just getting worse. They dont even wipe ANYTHING INSIDE OF MY CAR!! Paying all that full service for nothing.

Great job. Very friendly and some of the best prices in town and they dont skimp on the work either. Love this place.

First time here won’t be back. For the same price at mister car wash in cottage grove you get a much better interior clean and attention to detail for your $ From the looks of it just the front mats were vacuumed, front seats got half a wipe down, and inside of windows were wiped.

Went in for an interior detail and wash on my truck. Total cost was $170 and got home and realized they never sprayed out my truck bed (the dirtiest part of the vehicle). Was also told my vehicle would be done around 12-1 and wasn’t done until 2:35. My car was there from 8:30-5 and when I came to pick it up they said my weather-tech mats were still wet so they were drying in the back seat. 1) wet floor mats shouldn’t be drying in the back seat and 2) they won’t dry when it’s 20 degrees out, these should’ve been towel dried and put back before I picked up my car. Staff were friendly and the inside paneling looked nice but definitely not worth $170 given the lack of detail.

The coffee and popcorn can’t make up for the rushed dry and wipe down process that will certainly leave your car filthy in spaces in the interior and exterior. They used to do a quality job to rival Hepners, but the quality has fallen dramatically. Just brought my SUV through, and I can honestly say a gas station car is superior. Go to Qwik Trip and pocket the $20, or buy yourself a nice lunch.

Had a very dirty trucked washed at the Woodbury location. When I got home I noticed scratches on the door. I went back and met with manager Larry. He examined the scratches. After his review and explanation I was convinced it didn’t happen there. He offered to re -wash my truck and have a detailer try to buffet it out. I accepted his offer and stated I wasn’t expecting that. He said he appreciated me as loyal customer. Can’t do much better for customer service than that.

Just paid $36 for the works on my car, and this is what I ended up with. Outside, great! Because a machine did it. The inside, not so much.They werent even going to wipe down the backs of my seats (dirty from a kid getting in and out) until I asked them to. As you can see they did very little. They HAVE mat washer machines and they didnt even use them. No mat spray down, nothing. Just hit them on the ground. Just not a good job. Im not asking for a detail. I just want blatant dirt cleaned. If I just wanted the outside washed I wouldnt be here, Id go to a gas station. 3rd time like this so I felt compelled to post, and will now just always go to Mr. Car Wash I guess.

Bought a brand new Jeep a month ago. Its a Manual and they drove it through with the brake on! You could smell it! Talked to a manager Tim, he says yeah I can smell it. He said it won’t hurt nothing, nothing I can do!

I brought my car here on saturday. The employee thought itd be funny to rev the engine as he drove it into the drying area. when i talked to the manager he said it had happened twice this morning with other customers cars. its obvious the employee dont respect customer cars here. will not be back

I needed my truck to look good for a parade. Got a wash and wax done. They did a wonderful job and in a timely fashion. The inside was as clean as a new truck. I will definitely go back. Awesome job, thank you Paradise.

Not pleased with the ‘skipper wash’. Paid over $30 for the detail/wash and to have my 2 front weather tech mats cleaned. The mats were put back into my car soaking wet and the carpet underneath is now soaking. They definitely didn’t vacuum ANY of my seats either and the center console wasn’t wiped down whatsoever. Wont ever be back to this location.

I want to like this place and have spent a ton of money here but the interior cleaning included with a $40+ car wash is just not up to par.On the latest trip it’s almost like they didn’t even vacuum or wipe down. Frustrating!UPDATE: I certainly appreciate you taking the time to write a response, but I pay a premium to save time. If I had to bring the car back and talk to a manager after every poor cleaning, it really defeats the purpose!

I dont know why I bother going to any paradise. Paid $30 and they didnt even vacuum the back seat or clean the cup holders. The door jams are still filthy, paid to have mats washed and theres still salt on them... wow. PERFECT 10 in Blaine would have done a way better job for less money.

Everyone was fantastic car on the outside was great and the service was fast... that might be the problem it was a little too fast as the interior wasnt vacuumed as well as it should have been for the price. Other than that one area it was a great overall experience and I would still recommend getting your car washed there.

These photos were taken immediatley after a $37 full service car wash. I have had negative experiences in the past and thought Id give it another try. Nope! Still a bad experience.

Love this place! We have the monthly plan for unlimited washes on two of our cars. Its awesome! Especially during winter!

Inside was not cleaned well at all. Middle console wasnt cleaned, Dashboard still had dust, back seats not wiped down the list goes on. Mentioned to the attendant about the console he apologized and wiped out but I was very disappointed when I paid extra to have a better clean than basic

Downgrading... After spending $28 for their admiral wash they didnt touch my dash or anything inside the vehicle except vacuuming. Was later told it was due to the hazards being turned on by accident which signifies not to touch the inside...Why would anyone pay for a full service wash and not expect the inside to be cleaned ?I could go to Holiday and get a $7 wash and my car would be this clean.Ill time your entry guy 5 stars for at least coming to see if it was ok I just dont have the time to drive back through when the cleaners already look demotivated as is...Lesson learned will be taking business to Mister carwash in St Paul.Also the vacuum job which they did do... I paid over $18 for a simple wash to include the underbody. That TINY little metal thing is the underbody wash. I watched it and they look like nothing more than a Mist coming out. I want the underbody cleaned. Wash the stinking Salt off.

I have come to the car wash multiple times and every time I am extremely underwhelmed. I pay an absurd amount for a very poor job. I always pay for an extra vacuuming for pet hair and every time there are obvious crumbs and hair left. The wash from the machine is good, but the work the employees do is terrible for the price you pay.

The car wash left a lot of scratches on my fresh paint job I dont recommend taking your custom ride to them#management stinks

Got the Supreme (most expensive version that doesn’t require car to get dropped off for a few hours), but really disappointed about their interior work, i.e., not even basic wiping of leather seats, console, etc.

They left large scratches in the wood trim of my interior. I called them to report this and was told Id receive a call back from the manager, but its been a week and I have not heard a thing. Their exterior cleaning is decent, but do NOT let them clean your interior....

Do a better job and get more workers who actually work

I rarely never write reviews, but I want to save the next person a huge mistake by getting your car washed here. Not only is it expensive, but the job they provide was undesirable. They rush to only wipe it down and windows were not completely clean. When asked to scrape off the sap from the car they reluctantly only removed the sap from the window and not the body of the car. I paid for a full service car wash and they were done in about ten minutes and I have a suburban suv! Please be aware

This was by far the worst wash Ive ever had. I paid $40 and I still had to wipe down most of the car surfaces since they either missed it or left it SOAKING wet with chemicals. They also somehow found a way to completely strip the paint to the metal underneath in one area.Absolutely do not come here.

Got a detailing done on our Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015. All initial inspections looked great. Upon further inspection, sloppy work. Missed spots around under doors, around weather stripping on hatchback opening. For upwards of $280.00 ... Expected better job

The Paradise clean has gotten progressively worse over the last few visits. $34.00 and my windows are worse than when I drove in. Paid for the paint Sealant on one of my cars last week and spent 20 minutes cleaning overspray off my windows later on. Im generally in every two weeks, looks like Im going to have to increase my drive and go elsewhere again.

I like the finished product. You may pay a bit more than a gas station car wash, but the quality if the finished job is so much better. I hate driving my car after, it looks so nice.

Absolutely fantastic service!Had my seats shampooed and my car looks amazing! They did an amazing job on my seats and carpet! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. Really great management. Cars come out clean every time, and yes people. In order to have your cup holders clean you have to put your car in the detail portion of the car wash. Without detail cleaning (which cleans cup holders, middle console, vacuums and removed stains from seats, etc) your car gets vacuumed out, exterior washed, and interior and mirrors wiped down and cleaned. Overall Larry, John, and Jason run a fantastic store!

I used to love coming here all the time to the point I bought a monthly package. Recently they installed new technology that they put a sticker on the inside of your windshield that is supposed to make ques move along more expeditiously. I have yet to actually have this technology work. Since its been installed, Ive had to use the help button each time and then listen to a different excuse as to why it isnt working.Lastly the kids who drive the vehicles off of the wash line have been enjoying racing the vehicles from the wash line to the drying station.As far as Im concerned, Paradise has one more month to pull it together or Im done.You had something great going Paradise and turned it completely around and have now created trash results.

Great car wash, attention to details

After leaving and driving out into the sunlight I found that the interior of my car had not been wiped down or vacuumed. For a $30 wash plus $3 for floor mats, the only thing done on the interior were the front mats and windows. The dashboard, steering wheel, vents, cup holders, side panels, door handles, floor were not touched. $10 Holiday wash is better than this (at least I get a wet wipe there).

Paid $35 for the supreme wash and my back seat wasn’t even vacuumed. I had to go too the car wash co and vacuum it myself. The outside wash was alright as well. I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately

First time at Paradise. Friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Basic ext. wash and car looked amazing and I was in and out! Coco(the bird) was nice too!

I would rate absolutely no stars! Terrible job done cleaning my car! Spots were missed, and worst of all my car was damaged in the process!! The passengerside of my car was scratched badly!! Would not recommend to anyone! And I will continue to spread how terrible they are!!

Basic wash was great, but you can pay a lot more for detailed interior cleaning.

I was very satisfied with my paint sealant application looking forward to have my reapplication done in 6 months!

Paradise did a wonderful job on our car with detailing. They had cleaned some seat covers from the back seats. Because they were not completely dry, they could not put them back on the seats. A few weeks later, we still did not have the seat covers back on. I went back to Paradise and asked if they would put them back on. The manager for that day very willingly and patiently put them back on.I felt treated very well there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this wash for about 2 years now. I was actual google searching to see if their are any similar car washes around and figure I would write a review. I had the 6 month supreme package at one point (Regret buying now, they just never did that good of a job and they dont do anything to make you feel valued for buying it.) Being it is so close to me it isnt a problem to run over on lunch. Now I stop in once a month maybe, more in the winter.The outside of the car looks great (their supreme wash basically does that), but where they lack is in the inside.... EVERY TIME. For starters the girls have scratched my window tint in about 6 different spots from their nails. (Ive brought it up before and nothing happened, just a whoops).They never seem to fully vacuum the car out. Yes the big spaces are good, but under the seat or in the hidden places they miss. I understand they get busy or that they cant spend 5 minutes on every car that comes in, but when I open the door and I can see it right away that says something. They never seem to get the dash all the way. they do a few swipes but then once I drive away and the sun hits it you can clearly see the missed spots. Same with the front dash and behind the steering wheel. We are talking about what would take a extra 10-15 seconds to make sure its all good.For the supreme was you spend $33 I always come back to get it touched up, because I have the 3 days.. But when they dont give me my receipt how can I come back for my touch up?? I cant.I know this place can do better, They just simply dont.

I went for a car wash 2 weeks ago, 6/6/20, worst wash even. I wanted to make sure that the car was vacuumed & windows washed and was told they would be. Apparently no one told the people with the vacuum because under the mat on the drivers side was more sand than I came in with. As for my windows, the film that was on the windows is still there & I dont think the outside windows were wiped down, spots all over. I work with 3 strikes & you are out, this is #3 and will never go back.

Purchased Skipper package. Multiple pet nose prints on 3 of the passenger windows. Gear shift counsel left untouched. Hair still covering back seat. Touch pad radio screen full of finger prints. Asked if interior window cleaning was part of the package and could they do it again. Still smudged and foggy. Will not return nor recommend. Heppners gave far better attention to detail.

Stopped in for a quote on my 2000 Nissan Frontier in gr8 shape. It is needing to have the oxidation of the paint buffed out. The man that did the walk around was knowledgeable, but their quote was $$$ & should have caused him to offer me a seat before the actual expected cost of nearly $800. was given to me🤯 ! All I wanted was to get her buffed out (it was meant to be her 20th birthday gift😜), I didnt ask for and was not expecting it to be Classic Truck Show ready. My guess ... this would have been a 5⭐+ job & review if I could have afforded the work. So disappointed I couldnt just have them do what I asked for.

Did not clean the back window again. I have to tell him to clean the back window every time I go there.

Not at all good service.

Another okay wash. I was rushed through as always. They do not take the time to spray off your vehicle completely before it goes through the wash no matter how busy they are. This leaves grit, grime and road film on your vehicle and that can damage the paint. I have mentioned this before to them but they dont seem to care. And if they are busy, you will get an even poorer job done. I dont even bother to get the inside done because for the extra charge all you get is your carpet vacuumed, which is a lousy job, and your windows cleaned, which end up smeared and streaked. They dont even wipe off your dash and console or your door sills. And on top of that they are raising their prices which is ridiculous for the job that you get. They have a bunch of kids there that dont care and do a lousy job with no effort or care for your vehicle. This falls on the owners for their lack of proper training and the poor standards that they set. And if you want your floor mats cleaned and dash they charge you extra. This place doesnt even compare to the Downtowner car wash which unfortunately has changed owners. I dont know if I will go there any more. Its a lot of money for a little service and a car wash that is not even average. You can get the same car wash at a gas station for less than half the price. This place has a lot to learn and could offer so much more for what they are charging. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money for something and being dissatisfied and disappointed.

This was my first time to this location and it did not disappoint! My truck gets very dirty inside and out due to my job and they did an excellent job making sure every part got clean! All the employees were nice and helpful and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here!

Disappointed by the lack of customer responsiveness by “Ryan.” I complained due to the oil slick on mats and in trunk that remained after interior detail. My husband literally had to pour out excess of armor all-type product and sop up with paper towels. I explained I didn’t need it redone (because with two small children I don’t have time for that).
