Was quoted 100 dollars for a cleaning with a free inspection. When technician arrived I was told that it would be a 500 dollar cleaning. Not what we had agreed upon. I called the company to ask the about the difference and they told me it was 100 for JUST the firebox! Anything taller then that was extra. When asked what the extra charge was the receptionist told me we dont have set charges after that its just what the technician decides what? Then after the cleaning was completed they wanted payment through cash app or Zelle. No card could be taken over the phone. Completely unreasonable and dishonest practice. The technician did a decent job but I will not be using this company again due to their not upfront prices and dishonesty. Didnt feel professional. Unfortunate.
