Un professionally hispanic employees not helpfull unqualified disprofessionally

Hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone not even sure they listen to the answering machine, but going service was a lot better dont like bug the folks here but when I do things get resolved quickly.

The front desk employees are very nice and very helpful. This is by far the best DHS Ive been too

These employees are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I made sure to compliment them while there the other day but they honestly deserve to be publicly recognized. DHS in Clackamas County could take some professionalism as well as human interaction lessons from this office. I have always felt respected and cared about from the time I enter to the time I walk out.

Very helpful. I like that its in a nice building. But if you have your kids there is only one little bead mover toy. So its not kid friendly but they have a few tables and chairs. A homeless man was there keeping warm and they treated him with respect and were kind to him as well. Very nice employees.

They were very helpful gave lots of information willing to help right then and there Ive been to other states to get help no one has ever been so successful so helpful and getting my family started on help anyone that is looking for assistance of any sorts this is definitely the place to go they will have you started in no time receiving Medical and or food stamps Cash Aid

Being a,single mom with no child support and working full time at minimum wage is a hopeless situation because you take all the food stamps away and my family suffers as I am forced to juggle feeding my family over what bill wont be paid, and is a sad truth that a,single parent must live daily. Its wrong and unfair. Give us back out food stamps!!!!

Havent been able to get anyone on the phone for months. Then I have a caseworker come unannounced, pounding on my door asking why I never called to make an appointment. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Cycles between messages. Press option 1 for English, then Press 0 to speak with someone who can help. Then it rings three times and the first message comes back on. Such utter bullsh*t.

Incompetent employees. Had to do their job for them after waiting 2 hours in line. Constantly having errors on my case and spending my own time pursuing corrections.

The government needs to fire everyone there and rehire for people with better qualifications for this position. Their contact number will NEVER CONNECT YOU TO A PERSON like it says it will Please press 0. BULL. Just recycles the message and you will lose your mind trying to get ahold of someone. This is unacceptable coming from a government service. Now my services are about to be shut down because my paperwork has not been processed in yet and theyre claiming they have not yet received anything, and I cannot get a hold of them. Guess Ill have to take time away from work and go down to the office and of course I will be the B@$%^ being rude while they wonder why, smh.

Does nobody answer the phone. They just keep hitting the recycle message after one ring. Horrible service. When I do get a person all they say is idk call back later. Im about to lose it.

I like the staff and the location but their new system is terrible they have to enter any information you take to them into the computer and you have to wait there until they do. They dont have enough staff most of the time so make sure you have enough time to spare before you head that way.

Have made multiple attempts to contact the Woodburn DHS office in reference to a recent assistance application submitted with no return phone calls and its been almost a week

I have been there twice in the last 5 days and theres never a line and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Never answer the phone....

Receptionists are rude and look down at people trying to get help.

Helped me a lot.

All the time lose documents .

College, human services, community services, unemployment dept
