ZERO STARS I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional. Person manning the phone promised a call back because she didnt remember making an appointment for me the day earlier. Then she didnt call back again. Staff doesnt have a clue what they are doing and therefore doesnt keep their word. Terrible service. I finally called the owner in frustration, he said he had to check with his employees and promised to call me back. Guess what.... he didnt call me back. Didnt show up on day scheduled and never called- just left me hanging and I had an septic inspection scheduled with Marion County, which I had to cancel and reschedule. Its no wonder they have a lousy rating. Save yourself the frustration and call anyone else.

Ace Septic is awesome Im staying in an RV for the next month and cant move it they came out when they said they would even though there was some mix-up with the paperwork they empty both my black water and grey water tank he even had a RV hookup totally professional grate ecustomer service and the driver was awesome and nice they where here and gone in 5 minutes and for an amazing price thank you so much Ace septic I really appreciate it
