All of the guys seem to be very hard working. They make a really effective and efficient team with great communication. Joel assisted us and he was amazing, very patient and friendly.

I always recieve the best care here. Ive known some of the guys for a long time. Back when it used to be Oil Can Henrys.they never let me down and ALWAYS look out for me.

The staff is fairly friendly, but DO NOT waste your money on optional services... particularly their filters. I made the mistake of adding a cabin air filter to my service and was charged $50 for a filter that sells at every auto parts store for between $10 and $15. The filter takes at most 90 seconds to install and requires no tools, yet they apparently think its worth $35 in labor. Didnt know what was being charged until I got home to review my invoice which had been emailed to me (not printed). This is obviously where they make their big money. Dont fall prey like I did.

Ive been to multiple oil companys and none have been as professional and made us feel as comfortable as the Woodburn Valvoline. Very knowledgeable and kind workers. Will always use this store.

Drove my wifes car to work today, noticed that she was about due for an oil change--mostly because a maintenance light was on. I had no idea what type of oil it took, let alone where the hood release is. Miguel and Jose answered every question I had, no matter how embarrassing it was not to know. They were exceedingly professional, courteous, and performed a variety of checks on her car. Lucky for me, these guys took the time to explain what was going on, and how to take care of the issues in a cost effective way. Generally, were leery over vehicle issues, but after this experience at Valvoline Woodburn, were going to be loyal customers with each of our vehicles. Cant say enough about these guys--very, very grateful. Thanks Miguel and Jose!

Very polite and very thorough and the tell you what they are doing and did before you leave . Great place. And to make things even better the manager was not there and they were even doing their job just as good if not better.

Dean was outstanding in his approach to helping us get our Honda in good shape. These boys always do a great job; I trust them 100%. Used the email coupon and the value just cant be beat. Ill be back in 3000 miles....ish :) :)

I arrived around 3:42 p.m. in the first bay about 2 cars back, I was behind a 62 falcon that opted to get every single service possible and it took about an hour. The guys are always super nice to me as I get my oil changed every other month due to driving about 40k miles a year.I dont have a complaint about the team however I think it would have been wise to close that bay or offer to allow me to go to bay 2 because I was passed by multiple vehicles that arrive after I did due to Mr. Falcon getting everything under the sun done.

EVERYONE was so nice and very business like. They are a Well organized business. The young men know what is their responsibility.Congrats to making my day happy.

The staff was very above and beyond being helpful and insightful on my vehicles and the requests that I asked to be done were met to the letter appreciate everything they did.

I strongly advice, that if you chose to do the engine oil change here to this location, you make sure you will watch the entire process from A to Z . For their liability they may change only the filter (made by valvoline) with a recent date of manufacture on it ( REMEMBER filter is cheap ) . Make sure they will drain the oil entirely and pour fresh/ new one in, have them show it to you, and know the oil quantity should be poured in . Don’t just play your cell in the car or leave your car to them thinking they done it right, but like I said watch the entire process. I wish I did watch it every time . I will never go back to this shop, NEVER again !

Bad Services. Waiting for the line for about 2 hours. They told them to change lane so I have to drive backward and let other car change lane. I change my mind and leave this place. Never come back again.

Ever since I first started going here, the service has been amazing. They set themselves so far apart from every other oil change establishment that Ive ever been to that second place isnt even in sight. The fellows here are friendly, helpful, neat/clean and dont try to constantly (ever?) up-sell you. Special kudos this time to the manager (sorry, I didnt get his name) and Miguel. Next time, there may be different people, but I trust theyll be at least nearly as good. They always are. How they do it at this store, I have no idea. Im just extremely glad they do.

I received great customer service but the work done on my car was poor and could have caused serious problems, Came in for a quick oil change and left with a loose oil filter and oil leaking everywhere luckily I caught it in time. Will not be taking my car back to any instant auto shops because they care more about the numbers of cars they get in and out instead of the quality of work they do...

Been taking my truck here since 2002. No hassel. The guys are great (gals too if they worked there). They make the process so easy and there is no pressure to buy or add anything.

Awesome service!!!! These guys had us in in 2 minutes out in 15. Very respectful and Veteran friendly. Jose made sure that we wanted to flush our systems while Dean cleaned my car and aired up my tires. Manager even came out and helped.

I had taken my car into valvoline to get a belt changed. A mistake was made and the wrong bolt was loosened. Mistakes happen to the best of us and it’s all in the way we handle it. Needless to say I am/was VERY IMPRESSED with how Brody, the manager handled the situation! He was able to work with me and had my car fixed and while it was being fixed supplied me with a rental car for me and my family. I will from now on always be taking all of my vehicles into them for work that needs to be done. As well as many friends and family. I’ve worked in the service Industry for years and I am very happy to see there is still people/company’s who really care about their customers! 👍🏼👍🏼 I will be referring everyone I know over to valvoline in woodburn ! Wonderful jobs guys!!!

I just had my wifes Honda Element Serviced at the Woodburn Oregon Oil Can Henrys. I had the Basic Conventional Service, the Oil, Filter, top off Fluids. I paid for the Service and drove away. I then went to use my windshield spray fluid and nothing happened. I got home, checked the windshield wiper Fluid Reservoir and it was empty. I then checked the paperwork they gave me and it said, windshield wiper fluid added. No, they DID NOT add Fluid. I called them and was told that they had just fixed the windshield wiper fluid pump! I said-WHAT? So I paid for a service that they KNEW was not provided or they just made up this story. I waited for them to say something like-Come Back and we will take care of this.But, all I got was a-Sorry. So now I have to wonder if anything else was Missed. I think this is what Damages a Business and costs them Customers.Ok, on 08-16-18 at or near 1645hrs, I received a phone call from the Manager of the Woodburn Oilcan Henrys about this situation. He was Professional, attentive and apologetic for what happened and I greatly appreciated his phone call. This situation has been handled very fairly by them and I am very satisfied with the outcome. 5 Stars to the Manager and Customer Service Representative!!Now Everybody, Go Give them Your Business!!!
