I will start by saying do not listen to these negative reviews. Brad is beyond words helpful, professional, and his customer service is phenomenal, I’m a business owner my self and have a extremely busy schedule and so does Brad.However we have done and will continue to support his business as he gets our equipment up and running in no time and prices is really fair compared to others I would highly recommend you give him and his company a opportunity before you look somewhere else.

Seems to be very busy which is good but needs to stay more organized. I am waiting for parts for longer than expected and it appears they werent ordered until I made the 2nd trip in. Nice guy and Im sure the quality of work is good but Im disappointed in timeline/organization.

Sunstone is simply the best when it comes to lawnmower repair. We all but assumed our beloved Honda Crafstman lawnmower was dead, but we took it to them to see if it had any life left after it started making weird noises then eventually would not start. Brad put together a new tension cable and gave it a full tune up. This 13-year-old lawnmower is now running like it is brand new. Thanks, Brad!

❌ Hours are horrible both times I’ve tried to call now they have been closed. If you want business you need to be open like a normal business. I called Sure clean Northwest in Albany and they actually answered the phone and gave me amazing information.I wouldn’t recommend
