We came in today to switch from AT&T to Verizon. Juneli was amazing! She helped get us set up with a plan that was perfect for what we need and didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt. She was very sweet and thorough on explaining all the details. Our experience was a 5 star for sure based on our experience with her.
Justin was such a big help. Very nice, knowledgeable and quick. This is our second time to this store. Both times we have been helped by great people. Kyle and Jessica were both extremely helpful with my new phone selection. Kyle was patient while he helped me choose the right model of phone for my lifestyle and basic needs. He showed me comparative costs analysis with the newest phones but also was straightforward and honest when speaking about features of phones that I would get the most use out of. Jessica was also very helpful in that she went above and beyond to see if I could possibly get a discount due to the circumstances of how my old phone died. The main thing was that they were both very patient, friendly, and happy to get me what I needed. Thanks yall! Would highly recommend.

Went in to upgrade my plan, the guys who were working offered to take $70 off the out the door price if we put good reviews since they have new management. They gave us the pricing and then when I got the email with my first bill they had pushed the $70 to my first bill without telling me this would happen. Now my first bill is going to be almost $300 which is due right at Christmas. I am not a happy customer!
Came in on a whim to see what new phones are out right now since I have an upgrade coming up. The sales associate Juan is amazing, super knowledgeable, and polite. Definitely going to come back if I have any issues. I feel prepared for when I make my decision when my upgrade comes! He also was able to go into my account and let me know how much is left on my payments so I could pay it off early. Thanks Juan!

I went in because I had phone problems. The guy was so helpful doing everything he could do to save it but it wasnt possible. He told me about the great promotions and got me a new phone with a tablet! They also took care of me with water and snacks. best Verizon Ive been to in a while.

Paid insurance for two years. there is no point in paying the insurance does not cover anything, verizon insurance no longer covers anything, only they earn. Asurian, nothing covers only the replacement completely, and then it will be repaired and someone else will be replaced as new))
Will not go back to this store. Got hum and free phone after paying 3 months $10.83. Wrong still paying 10.83 a month. Got phone didnt work kept saying out of service area. When back store next day was told you just dont know how work th phone after 2 hours in store they give me new phone.Have tried and tried get this resolved with Manny he wouldnt ever return our phone calls. Very bad management.Finally we have found out from Verizon the promotion was get hum and free phone with new line.Manny needs to sell people the right promotion, if make mistake fix it with the customer. This has caused us lot of time and money. I understand new store and new employees make mistakes cannot forgive him not trying to fix and not calling back.Verizon has now fixed the problem and credited on money back to bad had make complain to your store to get fixed.
This place is an absolute waste of your time. In there for almost 3 hrs to get 1 new phone. They didnt even know how to transfer data/contacts. I had to move over all my data in store while these guys look at social media. To top it all off they sold me a glass screen protector that they said they stand by 100% and just come in any time if it cracks for a new one at no charge. My screen protector cracked and when I went in they said they no longer replace them... ITS ONLY BEEN 3 WEEKS! They said I can get a new one myself on that companies web page. What do they actually do there that you cant do yourself online? Nothing...Im sorry but I have no time for a company that hires people that feel entiled to a pay check without doing any work.
I am so pleased with my visit to this Verizon store. Ive always shopped at the Verizon in Kaiser, but on my first visit to this store in Woodburn, they showed me that they go the extra mile to make everyone feel appreciated. I wish there was an option to leave no stars. They were a pain to work with. Ordered a phone and they sold it to someone else. 3 weeks later they order another one to replace my original order that they screwed up on. I go in 4 days after speaking with the manager and they have no phone. They didn’t seem to care and I will never be going back here after this situation gets corrected... if it ever does.
Went in to buy a phone cover because my last one broke. I thought the quote of $39.99 was high, but I didnt want to risk dropping phone and damaging it. So I reluctantly decided to purchase it. When he rang it up he charged $44.99. I said that is not right and I pointed to the sticker that clearly marked the price at $39.99. He said. Oh thats not our sticker. It came from another store. He would not refund the difference. So I cancelled the transaction and walked out of the store. If its got a stated price honor it. I cannot recommend this store.
Manny was super patient with myself and my daughter. My phone was totally damage however he was able to get me a new phone along with transferring all my contacts &pictures! Highly recommend this store!
Great survice for if you are trying to stay off your phone, whether Im at work or driving around the survice always fails to load making my free time pure stress and frustration as it fails to load the simplest things while having full bars, would recommend if you plan on throwing your phone in a river and forgetting about it :)

I dont even wanna give this place 1 star. It took 2 hours so sign up for prepaid phone then the sim card didnt even work spent over 6 hours trying to get this service to work. The people who work at Verizon in woodburn seriously dont know what they are doing

My 1st review was 5 stars.Today I am very disappointed.I am having severe problems with getting what I signed up for. Bill was supposed to be around 165, nope try more like 275. Verizon has investigated and come to find out they never filed a form. I have asked Manny to call me to help me solve this problem and I feel like they got my $ and dont care otherwise. I will be going over his head. If that doesnt work Verizon told me they will get ahold of the big dogs and they will take care of it.

*They wouldn’t sale us the phones unless we bought accessories*I went to add two new lines to my plan today. We were buying two brand new phones. We were looking to spend $2200 on these iPhones and the sales rep told me he would NOT sell me the phones unless I bought $200 worth of accessories for the new phones!!! How stupid is that!We drove fifteen minutes up the road to the Keizer Station Verizon and bought the same phones for the same price without being pushed into buying accessories.
Dont buy retail, just but straight from Verizon. Retail is there to make money and will tell you what you want to hear but charge you up the wazu. Our plan was supposed to decrease but doubled (which is already way too much) and all our lines cost wsy more than we were told. Plus we had to do everything ourself. Its like buying a car. They ware you down them ream you. Dont buy Verizon Retail!!

I really regret seeing gone to that Verizon store, when I went for the first time everything was fine, they treated me well and everything but everything was to fall into the trap I took the most expensive plan and took out the Samsung Note 20 ultra and already after paying All that was $ 370 with the protector, well after I had problems with the Internet, it ran very, very badly and I had to leave Verizon and get my money back but that was where the problem came, they return the money from the protector but what was going Given the phone number, no, they did not return it to me and 2 months will pass and I check that they said they were going to send me it never arrived and I have gone to claim 3 times and they always come up with the same thing, Im getting married, I dont know whether to call the Police to open an investigation because this is a robbery !!.
