I cant say enough good things about this company, they really came through in the clutch for us when we were in need of a back window and no one else could do it. They did it in 1 day AND found the EXACT same back window with the privacy tint that the car had. I highly recommend these guys!!! :) Oh and Doug is the best!!!

Did more than expected, at a great price. I needed new weatherstripping done on both rear doors. Was quoted a much as $360 from another shop. Doug did it in less time than expected and came it at half. Will refer anyone I know to his shop.

The event started in early summer 2017 when Woodburn Radiator and Glass was working across the street from my home. I walked over to ask the technician to come over when finished to measure 3 insulated windows that had lost their seal, he did not follow-up. Approx 2 weeks ago Woodburn Glass was again working across the street, I called the office to ask if one of the 2 techs working could measure my glass for a quote to replace them. The tech come over toward the end of the day, Friday, took the measurements and said someone would call with the price. More than a week elapsed and I did not hear from them. At the beginning of the second week after measuring was done I called, no one knew anything about it, however the office lady said she would send someone right over, that was July 31, 2018. The measurements were taken and we were told the glass would be in their shop at the end of the week. We we given a price for the glass and 2 hours of labor @,$75 per hour. During the measuring process the tech removed the screen ftom one of the windows, I had to remind him to replace it as he was lleaving without doing so. He said he would call to let us know when the glass arrived, we agreed on Monday, August 6 for installation. We never received a call that the glass was in, but after we called them the day of the scheduled installation we were told the glass was in, but they were waiting for parts. After checking further, at my request, it was determined that they had our order confused with someone elses. I expressed some concern about taking the windows out in the afternoon because of the extreme heat we are having, I was assured that it would take about 15 minutes per each of the 3 units to be installed, 45 minutes per their calculation. I inquired about a price reduction based on the 2 hours of labor that was quoted vs their assertion of less than an hour of timeto complete the job. The explanation for the 2 hour labor charge was they pay the tech $23 per hour with time starting from when he leaves the shop to my doorstep. It is 5 minutes from their shop to my home. The tech arrived at 1:25PM, was driving away at 2:05PM on his way, per his report to another job. Prior to leaving the tech pushed the bed, which we had to pull out for him to access the window, back so hard that he almost pulled my CPAP machine off the table and rolled the wheel of the bedframe onto the tubing of my CPAP.As a former business owner I appreciate the difficulty of finding conscientious employees who treat the customers possessions with regard and always stressed leave things as good or better than you found them.After calling Woodburn Radiator and Glass to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of professionalism of their staff and again inquire as to why I was still being charged 2 hours of labor @$75 per hour I was told that they charge for a service call as well as the other charges. The office lady did say she would speak with the tech about being more careful in the future. During my many years of working with the public I never charged to bid a job, that was one of the costs of doing business.I must accept some responsibility for this debacle as I kept calling to get them to do the work, perhaps I worked too hard to do bussiness with them. I should have read between the lines when they failed to show up at my first request.I cannot recommend Woodburn Radiator and Glass under any circumstances.
