Staff are top notch, professional, very efficient and kind. Phone operators answer in a timely manner and are accommodating. So glad Salud Medical Clinic was recommended to me. My friends have been impressed as well.

I have never had such LONG wait times on hold and Ive been coming to this office for almost 5 years now. The past 2 days I have been trying to get a hold of my Dr to Ok an X ray and I have received no help and no call backs. I was on hold for 20 min before a girl answered the phone. ( a girl that sounded like she hated her job) I had to take it upon myself to make yet another appointment just get my knee looked at again. I work in healthcare and I would be so upset if I knew my front office staff treated a patient this way.. Very disappointed. Then put back on hold..

No one wants to visit the hospital for health related emergencies, however, all my thoughts about this hospital are very positive. They have a very organized system in place for the emergency room. They provide the utmost detailed care. They have an excellent heart surgery team and staff. And last but not least, they have excellent food! It costs a little bit ($17.00 lunch for sandwich, fruit and veggie snack tray, sweet treat, and water), but they provide excellent healthy choices, including vegan options. The campus is beautiful, and provides an excellent place to walk during very difficult times!

Today I witnessed an extreme case of Discrimination take place by Salud Staff Members. They called several Police Officers in an attempt to cause a scene and have a Male Hispanic Nanny arrested. Like they couldnt fathom the idea of a Male Hispanic Nanny, and they automatically assumed the child must have been kidnapped. That poor child looked so terrified being taken away and placed in a patrol car.

Received vaccinations at Salud. The medical facility was nice, the staff was competent and polite, and the vaccination process was well organized and efficient. Highly recommend.

It is so angering how they treated today. 2-12-2021. They closed the clinic without any notice to its patients that it was closed. No email, phone call, message I even have the app that supposedly keeps you up to date and it kept saying the appointment was open. Even on the app they don’t message back it took me 4 days to hear from them. I drove 30 minutes to come to the woodburn clinic just to find it close. The roads are bad and I risk driving all the way here, the least they could’ve done is update people. And no rescheduling on their part the patients who lost their appojntment now have to make another appointment on their own and wait another month to even get it. It is not angering that the clinic closed the weather can’t be control but their handling of it is disgusting.

I have one of the best doctors that salude Medical Center and I always get the best help there the pharmacy is great everyone there is really friendly I do not have any problems at all getting the service that I need I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs Health Care if you need a great doctor friendly nurses and a great Pharmacy a great Laboratory and all around smiles from everyone this is a great place to go they have a WIC program their women infant children and from what I understand theyre great I know my daughter-in-law goes there and uses them and I really dont know anyone that has any problems with this Medical Center

Great staff and doctors

Recently received a follow-up phone call regarding a pregnancy appointment for a close friend. When she told the receptionist about the decision to abort, the receptionist rudely and unprofessionally responded with a judgmental response with her opinion that was never asked for.

Cant get a hold of billing after approving my insurance and getting billed for work requirements!#!#

I love this wic office they are friendly and courteous. They will call you to remind you your child is due for a checkup or they send you a note in the mail. They go above and beyond to schedule your apps. when its convenient for you.

Its a small clinic that offers basic care and assistance for low income familiesThe wait times are pretty long compared to other clinics.Definitely lacking in customer service.Many complaints in regards to staff and medical services. Although Ive yet to personally experience any.This place is good for when youre broke, uninsured, and need some medical/dental attention. Their scale makes it so that youre charged accordingly based on your income. They even offer payment plan options.

The reception or call center is extremely rude pushy and definitely do not make u feel welcome. I should talk with a Spanish accent they’d probably be nicer

Dr.Mullenbock, is the best dentist I have ever been to, bar none! He is very professional and highly skilled in his craft ! Carlos and Laura are equally good at their chosen professions.

Great doctors, the wait time for some of the doctor can be a few months out. They play movies in the waiting room and have free wifi but do keep in mind it is slow 2mbps download and 2mbps upload so could be a little slow.

Worst customer service ever. The call center is no help. Urgent matters and they cant do anything but send a msg. Whats the point of calling. You go inside and they schedule you a month out. Unbelievable.

Staff here are terrible, I have had to tell the clueless assistants here how to do their job and remind them WHAT we were there for. They are more than willing to write you off instead of fixing any issues. This is not a place I would recommend coming to if you want a family oriented place with bedside manners. Needless to say I am switching services.

I went to this place in search of help for whooping cough. I explained I was from out of town and was in town due to having a new baby. I explained my child was 5 days old and I need Medical treatment. They refused to see me and sent me away to infect my child. STAY AWAY! Very unprofessional and has no compassion for others. If I could rate negative starts I would!!!!

Although the front office is 90% useless if you are in need of anything other than scheduling appointments, they were always professional with me.The way this clinic is ran is a joke. I filed multiple complaints on multiple levels against Dr. Volchok for her absolute neglect of care. I pray for that woman, directly, daily.Please be warned. If you want a great all-in-one clinic, go to Sunnyside Health. Same insurances are accepted and you dont wait days for a call back or WEEKS for an appointment (which can result in permanent injury or death. They just simply do not care.)I hope some day, a provider will give her the same care she has provided.

The receptionis never spoke English to even tho I asked them to. They never had my info in the system (I was going there for 10+yrs) so I always had to give them it ans they were always booked and never had time. And when I left they kept calling 5x a day everyday!

They Are Horrible.. When My 3 month baby was sick they didn’t want to see him . They said they were too booked . They Also take forever to answer calls.

For a public clinic salud always treated every single one of their patients with the most respect and always made sure any health issue regardless of ability to pay would be addressed. Salud also has a WIC office right in their building they schedule wic Appts around the same time as a doctor appt ...

Went to wic in woodburn throughout pregnancy and first 6 months of babys life. It was clean and not crowded and quick. Moved to salem and tried wic over here. Its horrible, dirty office, crowded and they make you take parenting classes to get your vouchers. For sure will go back to woodburn. It is a nice wic office

Call the clinic. Because I felt bad. And he had barely begun treatment for them. They told me they were going to call me back. I waited for two hours and never got a reply. I called again. As long as I read about the prescription drug side effects and many of those symptoms I had them. I told him I am not going to take this medicine. !!! Besides, my liver hurts under my rib on the right side. HE TOLD ME THE LIVER IS ON THE LEFT SIDE ... Look for information and indeed there is also part of it on the left side. But the liver starts right side and not like she tell me. Besides, he said that is the gallbladder. And I told him I dont have a gallbladder, I already had surgery. I dont know how they can give us such erroneous information or for what? My symptoms are cloudy vision. Very sore throat. And pain on the right side ...

Terrible Clinic my partner went to an appointment for a very serious surgery, it turns out that they only gave it. I would confirm that I would take her to speak and it turns out that she was not even on the list if there is someone else who has done it, let them know the patient deserves the best
