It is always a pleasant experience at Mid-Valley Dental. The hygienist is very thorough and pleasant, as are all his staff. Dr. Horn is very cordial and explains what needs to be done for future visits. The very best part though, is the huge oak tree that I can look at behind their building. It steals the show!

Dr. Horn and his staff are so friendly, attentive, caring, gentle, etc. I could honestly go on and on about how amazing they are. I had not been to the dentist in over 10 years. I am very anxious when it comes to dentists and have had horrible experiences. I was so nervous even calling to schedule an appointment. But even from the very beginning I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff are just as welcoming and friendly as Dr. Horn. They never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I am so happy I have found this place as my new dentist. Thank you Dr. Horn and staff for welcoming me and making me feel comfortable!

The Doctor, his support techs and staff were very professional and accommodating. I am not too pleased that the quote I received on my last vidit for the work that was done was increased during check-out without any prior indication that it was going to be higher then indicated when scheduled. Otherwise all seemed to go as planned and scheduled.... Rick

The staff are friendly. The dentist seems like a real person not a medical robot like some other places I have been.They have a really gorgeous view in the back rooms of this huge tree. It has to be almost a hundred years old. It is massive and each season is just perfectly demonstrated through the large windows.

Love these guys. Dr. Horn and staff are fun, efficient and good at their jobs. My husband and I have been going to them for seven years now. Hubby has lots of dental issues and Im basically just a maintenance patient.

You guys always have done a great job for me. I havent been able to keep up my visits like i should, That is because of increased job responsibilitys.Hope i can get back on track, Again you do a great job.

Was able to get a next-day appt for a broken crown. Ive been with Dr. Horn for many years, and I always appreciate his expertise and professionalism, not to mention his sense of humor. His staff are great to work with, too. I highly recommend this dental office.

I brought my children here at 4 and 5 years old and although this is not a traditional childrens dentist office my boys loved it! They are wonderful with my kids and us. The boys enjoy going to the dentist office. Dr. Horn and his staff treats you like family and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Great place. I really love Ana Maria one of the dental hygienists. She is friendly, warm, and leaves my mouth so fresh and clean! Dr. Horn is also as friendly as can be. His wife has lovely decor skills so I love visiting the office and seeing what shes done to the place.

The appointment I had today was too complete tooth crown work. I was amazed how quickly the team worked. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes with a new crown that fit perfectly. All in all this dental visit was a pleasant experience. Thanks to all the staff.

I have been going to this dental clinic for 4 years now and have always found them to be friendly and helpful with a positive attitude for the client. I just recently went through a painful dental process and the staff and their wonderful attitude made it less painful, both mentally and physically. I found Dr. Horn to be very informative and good at what he does.

I was very impressed and happy with the office staff, Anna Maria, the hygienist, and Dr. Horn. All are very friendly, professional, and helpful.The feeling as you walk in is very relaxed and comfortable.This was my first visit to the office and I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the exam Dr. Horn gave me. He and Anna Maria are great. So glad I was steered in their direction by a friend.

Having a new crown prepared was done yesterday and the experience was calm, thoughtful, and lots of good humor. I received a telephone call that evening from Dr. Horn to see how I was doing with the soreness or level of pain. I had neither so we both were pleased. I had never had a dentist follow up after any procedure before so that was a nice surprise. Looking forward to the next appointment to get the crown installed and another nice visit with all the great staff and Mid Valley Family Dental!

Dr. Horn is very thorough and concerned for his patients. His staff is great and know what they are doing. And I love the hygienist!
