On the spot Interviews as promised. They tell drivers that you will most likely be a relief driver to begin. Which makes no sense. They should advertise that instead. Relief drivers needed to cover drivers on Vacation. 2ndly they let you know in advance that as a relief driver you will have to travel to other terminals to cover others using your own vehicle to get there. Not a company truck. 3rd if you complete an application for 1 department. You will need to complete another app for a different department. That part is odd. Especially since its 1 company in the same.

Staff and all of the associates are great people, clean and well organized establishment.

Cant get there more than an hour-ish early. Takes 5 hours to get 20 pallets unloaded. Charged $358. Avoid this receiver if you can.

It is my third time in US delivery, always long wait time around 4-6 hours and my last visit at check in office lady Very rude.

They dont respect the communities where they deliver food. Their truck drivers use residential streets, where the are no businesses, on streets where re tractor trailer trucks are not supposed to use, according to PBOT. Avoiding the arterial street in my neighborhood because the streets theyre supposed to use have speed bumps. And often they speed down our street. Ive spoken to the company and they say theyll deal with it but it still happens regularly.

I had about five pilots got there at 9:30 and they didnt get me out of there until 12:30 the checkered did not want to unload me until late

Offloading / Lumper people people were super nice nice ; despite they have ample space don’t park in their drive way Guard will kick You out near mid night. He didn’t know how to deal with drivers I am afraid of dose he has heart ?Lack of Courtesy first time here & that’s my last visit. Never going to deliver this place 2nd time just due the bad behavior by Guard this warehouse is going to loose lot of business opportunities due to his bad behavior. The company should build a strong iron gate with a Code for trucker’s not allowing anyone to enter this premisses permanently Show some Respect to the Drivers thanks for giving the respect & God bless the Guard man too.

Dont let the fake positive reviews fool you,today is 9-4-20 and receiving opens at 4 am its now 5:36 am and not one truck has been let in,they have plenty of room for on site parking but make leave,its a small rural town with rude people working here.

This was my first time to deliver here. I was treated very well. I had 5 different PO#s from 2 shippers on 15 pallets. I arrived 45 minutes early an was given a door immediately. Out in 2 1/2 hrs. Very pleased.

If you work For DOT Foods it a great place they get us in and out.

Talked to US Foods in Woodburn today about there trucks using SW Bany RD. as a short cut to get to 185th and Farmington. Ask them very nicely to use a street that was built for trucks Farmington Rd. Aloha which there location was on. Right away they stated Customers are the most important and my neighborhood piece of mind alone with safety was very important to there company, they would stop using Bany Rd. This is a good company and they CARE about neighborhoods they drive thru.

Terrible terrible terrible. 454 dollars to unload a less than half loaded trailer. There is simply no excuse for that. Complete scam.

1st time coming here, I see nothing wrong with their service. I had a full load on arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time 1 hour and 45 mins later driving out the gate. Everyone very respectful. There is a small truck stop next to it.

Update: They must have seen the reviews as they took much less time to unload, the security guy was awesome, was in the door immediately. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is due to the concrete barriers of doom are still there.Got into a door relatively quickly. The west dock has crooked concrete barriers that look like quite a few have hit given how they jut out so be careful. Debris from peoples busted headlights & bumpers from these barriers scattered in front of them. The lumpers here will not unload you until you have a comchek code. After that they take very long and act as they no longer understand english. Plan on being here for a few hours.

The guy at the gate can be a prick have your seal number and your license ready to go

I was expecting Good start of day But he ruined,, I said I apologize I’m first time here nd 2 trucks was already there so I also parked for 2.5 hours.Then very rudely he ask me to fill paper, I did Nd while talking I never use one single bad word or on high volume,, It’s ok he is old Nd lose his practice, don’t know what kind of problems he faced in life Nd still working,,God bless everyone

The guys at the back dock appear not to be busy. I am the only truck in the dock and they required me to stay in here while they unload me but are completely ignoring me. It is an hour past my appointment time and when I asked when they are going to unload me they said they dont know. They refused to cut my seal and said I can sit here all day unless I cut it. It is a havy braided seal. Must be the dock foreman down talked me.I have been here before and was never treated this way....and it totally pisses me off because he is a foreigner!!

Guy at security gate was very nice. Got a couple milk bones for my copilot. Dock personnel were very polite and instructional.

I had amazing experience nick at the receiving really helped me out. This was supposed to be my second stop since I got late for my first stop due to wild fire my first stop wouldnt take me in till the evening. So these guys unloaded the whole load and then reloaded back for my 1st stop or else I would be stuck here till the next available appointment which was after 4 days.

Not impressed with facility at all. Do not show up earlier then an hour they will send you away. If you have multiple stops make sure you have a lock on your trailer when you arrive or they’ll do an inspection. Waiting to see how long I sit here waiting to be unloaded.

I had one pallet which I unloaded myself. The receiver went to lunch as I was unloading. Had to wait for him to get back. Then they couldnt find my paperwork that was left on the desk. TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO BE RECEIVED FOR ONE PALLET!!! Terrible service. Totally lost money on delivery!!!

Guard and lumpers have very poor communication skills leaving you to try and guess what you are suppose to do. Also, contrary to other reviews THEY DO NOT ALLOW OVER NIGHT PARKING!!! So dont plan your day on that happening then get screwed like I did.

This place is really a joke... if you will see this plant on confirmation thinck twice to get load for them.... waiting time 5 hours and people very rude... and also they put me demade of 2 cases and couldn’t show me any pictures and any proof that I did it !Just wrote on papers and told me to go to leave facility . Dont bother trying to arrive early plenty of parking on their property but not allowed to park on their property even for early morning delivery guard said there is plenty of parking on the street HA where?!? Too poor lumber service and waste many many time of Driver and no listen anybody in warehouse and waste too much time of Driver .This warehouse is not fair for Driver for shipping and receiving.They have unload in 15minute but they give me receipt and bill of lading after 2.15hours and green light also.I go inside many times and they also one word you go in truck and wait again wait.First I took receipt and than say to me you wait for bill of lading and green light.After empty I wait 2.15 and before unloading gate guard also took 20 minuets.I have bad experience and specially not good for who have eld and do long hauling Drivers and one thing more lumper person write wrong time, He have unload done at 07:45am on 01/25/18 but he written on receipt unload start time is 07:44am,unloading done Time is 9:00am and check out time is 9:16am and when I ask for bill of lading than he ask me you wait in truck... I return back ... when he was not came than I go inside and self pic the signed bill of lading paper and get out after 10am.I come on gate 06:45 or 6:50am.

Worst service and company I have ever dealt with in my entire career as a Chef. Certain Items that take 2 plus months to receive and invoices that come 2-3 months after a delivery are completely ridiculous. Every order we placed we almost always had a item out of stock or a broken or damaged item that we had to wait on the next available delivery for, even if the delivery guy dropped and broke it which always happened. Asking for a rushed delivery or rushed delivery due to fsa sending damaged product will not happen. We also never receive any updates or heads up emails from the sales rep. Customer service is also no help at all, they cant talk about financials on the phone but will call you and leave you messages about payment issues and how you need to call them back and then cant discuss them with you on the phone or even tell you what the issue is. Dont make the mistake we did and choose FSA go with Sysco, it was the best decision I ever made.

Delivered here several times. Receive a door immediately, trailer unloaded in fifteen minutes, wait four plus hours for paperwork. Home time is after this delivery and I always end up an hour from the yard. Resulting in having to take another ten hour break because they cut too deep into my fourteen with their lethargic work ethic. FSA should be ashamed at the level of incompetence involved with their company, I certainly would be mortified. Lumper companies should offer basic math courses to your employees or require a mathematic compression test for job applicants. Maybe with this, ability to count product will get paperwork returned in a timely manner. Try and show an ounce of respect/courtesy to the people who make sure they are on time for you, standing in coolers, ensuring quality control, and making sure you’re getting what you paid for.
