Recently bought a truck at the Sacramento store, but yet still mangened to find out the owner of the whole operation here. We had to work with the western miller rep so that they can build a lcg 12 carrier correclty. Basicly had to hold their fabricators hand the entire way becuause nothing was built right on the truck.We were suppose to have a conversation with the owner jim, when the truck got back for warranty service. It only happened because the Miller Rep made him call me. If that was not the case I would of never heard of Jim ever again witch was his original plan.Worst customer experience ever, they never return calls and make mistakes on the simplest of all task. We completely regret giving them any bussiness at all. These people do not care about your companys or drivers safety. We had various loose bolts on the truck including one for the air tanks of the service brakes. Complete excuse for professionals, any other welder/fabricators could of done a better job. Their work shows it, they have no pride in what they do.

I was just in town so I stopped by. They were closed for the day, but before I was getting ready to leave a employee who was working late came out to talk to me. He wasnt able to sell anything but was able to help me out. Im going to go back Monday morning some time. They have everything that you need for your truck and then some

Dose this look right to you? On a brand new truck? Apperantly they do this all the time according to Jim, Beckey and the shop mangeger Tony. Do not bring your hard earned cash here, they will disrespect it and your truck.

Fleet Sales West has always been helpful for when purchasing a tow truck. The staff are always respectful and very friendly. The workers and other employees Rite JD Reed from Grease Monkey detailing, are well trained and very good at what they do. I recommend that if you are looking to purchase a carrier or a wrecker. Then Fleet Sales in Woodburn Oregon is the place to go.

I contacted this company a few weeks ago and was approved for two separate trucks and made down payments for each truck to hold them until i could make my decision. Then when I decided one the one I wanted they sold one of the trucks out from under neath me! Then Brad called atlas financial service and spoke to Ryan Bodine and told him to not approve me anywhere else or they would not use their company. After all of this Brad told me that he would have his boss contact me. This was three weeks ago with no phone call.

BEWARE! We purchased a used wrecker with a rebuilt engine. We purchased it in good faith. We then discovered we drove through 3 states with no brake pads, very bad rotors and leaking calipers. The valve cover gaskets leaked over one gallon of oil and now the engine is dead and will not work due to a dead cylinder!Further we discovered it had a “SALVAGED TITLE” and our bank would not loan the money. The frame has damage and much more!They refuse to work with us and are very disrespectful! You would think they would be worried about legal actions, but they are not. We have purchased trucks in the past and will never do this again!We strongly recommend to BEWARE when purchasing trucks from this company!

Bought a truck in December, by February put $30k into motor and accessories

My first Time to Fleet Sales West was a great experience. Its nice to see women who actually know what and how to save thier customers money and get your moneys worth. Sherry Zimmerman was my sales rep. Extreamly helpful and did everything and anything she could to save cash. Thank you soo much Sherry Zimmerman for getting me set up with New straps and skates not to mention the new J hooks and lock out kit!!!! I will definitely return and send other tow drivers your way ! Last year I purchased our first new truck from Fleet sales west. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was misc. chips in the paint in random places (remember this is a BRAND NEW TRUCK) I mentioned it and pointed it out to Brad the sales manager to which he just shrugged it off! Once I drove it home and beginning outfitting it I began noticing more & more abnormal things that one wouldnt expect with a brand new truck, under coat overspray, hinges that werent aligned, loose bolts & even an augered out oblong hole drilled inside the tunnel box that whoever there tried to mount God knows what but just left it that way! Hard to see unless your on your knees looking into the tunnel box which I guess I need to do when buying a BRAND NEW TRUCK? the first time I ran the wheel lift the bolts literally fell out of the end where the wear pad bolts in, upon inspection it seems the holes were drilled bigger than the bolts and they literally just fell out! Fast forward a few months (& after repeated conversations and photos sent to which nothing was ever done (ABSOLUTELY ZERO follow through or concern) after several months more the paint is blistering and flaking off, the sealer under the paint in the corners of the deck is bubbling and blistering & even with pictures never once a call back from anyone to address the issue! 60 days after taking delivery of the first truck I had ordered a second truck, after months of reasons and excuses the truck is ready about 3 months late. (Mind you if I had experienced all the problems I have had prior to ordering the the second truck I would probably have never done so) through the process I had hoped someone would eventually have an answer (that never came) and because I ordered it, and I need it as well as hoping that eventually those problems would be remedied I flew to Oregon check in hand to pick up the second truck. .......upon arrival & unbelievably the second truck has even more defects than the first truck, chips in the paint, horrifically Mis-aligned panels, body gaps, the tunnel box isnt even on straight. Really really really poor quality, fit & finish reflecting a complete lack of ability, capability or care! dumbfounded I walked away and flew home, the owner was supposed to call me which also never happened! Ive been taught incompetence is from the top down Jim ...so this ones directed to you! turning out a low quality product makes you a cancer to your profession/industry good luck to you sir however we will never buy anything from fleet ever again as well I will be sharing this directly with Miller Industries ... ..Ive never left a google review in my life but Jason, Brad & Jim.........you guys earned this one!
