This is our first experience with this company, and the first cleaning from them. The two ladies arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window, and worked efficiently for over three hours. I cant remember the last time the house was this clean. Assuming today is representative of the service in general, I have no problem recommending.

As a mom of three busy kids and a full time nurse, my house needs some help. They are fast, efficient, update the app when they are here and when they are done. My house looks great! I look forward to them coming all week. It makes a huge difference.

Rescheduling has never been an issue. We have had a few teams in the past year, but Bri has been a constant & we adore her! Good quality for the price - the only way to get this level of clean for less is to do it yourself (assuming you’re good at cleaning)

Monse and Megan did a very good job for us. Due to medical issues it has been very difficult for us to do more than light cleaning. They came in with a very cheerful, positive attitude and got right to work. Hope to see them both again.

Using TCA was the first time I’ve ever had help cleaning my home. I’m over the moon with joy - the cleaning authorities were professional, personable, and understanding (of my chaos)! Aaahhhhhh the smell of cleanliness!!! I’ve become a loyal customer!

Have been using this service for a few years now. With my hectic schedule its nice to have someone to do the tedious stuff (toilets, showers, etc.). After all this time I have only had ONE item broken which happened during my last service. It was a wine glass that got bumped off the rack. Things happen.What I appreciated most was (1) all the chards were cleaned up!!!!!....; (2) the remainder of the glass was left with an apology note so I knew who my casualty was; (3) after the cleaners reported to the manager I immediately received a call of apology and asked what they could do to replace or make it right. Happily it was a glass that had no sentimental value so I truly was not concerned about it. Was just nice to know they stepped up. And....cleaning day is tomorrow for me again! Wahoo for the stress relief!

The cleaning authority is a lifesaver. Alma and Jeni get everything... even the toothbrush holder. We have kids and its such a treat to have someone handle not just the basics, but all of the detail work that we never have time for. Im not exaggerating, they brought out the toothbrush for our first clean and I was immediately hooked.

Cleaners were on time, pleasant, went right to work, did a very thorough job of cleaning throughout the house, got all the spots clean we don’t have the energy to tackle!

We have used The Cleaning Authority for many years. Recently we replaced the flooring in our entire main level and had to stop our cleaning for a couple of months. The Cleaning Authority was fabulous with checking in and making sure when we were done with the floors, we would not have to wait to get the house cleaned. They were here cleaning quickly and asked questions in just what I specifically wanted them to work on. Communication, happy cleaners, and a great clean are all what you will get when you use them!

The girls are always on time, friendly and get our house sparkling! I love that they leave a detailed description of what was done and what will be done on the next rotation!

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and we’ve always been satisfied. They were upfront about their pricing, they’ve always been on time and they accomplish the job they agreed to. In the few minor instances where discrepancies occurred a quick conversation handled it and was surprisingly followed up by management.Today we had Bri and Daisy. (Depending on your service the company cycles cleaners). They were exceptional. Again we are always satisfied with the service but they exceeded our expectations. They were kind, responsive and detail oriented. While I’d always recommend The Cleaning Authority I think Daisy and Bri represent the best The Cleaning Authority has to offer.

The cleaning authority has been a big help to my husband and I who both have full-time jobs. The employees are kind and detailed. They go the extra step by leaving notes after each cleaning. They are always on time and the communication is excellent with the office. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in a house cleaning service.

Weve been happy customers of The Cleaning Authority for over 6 months. Every clean has been meticulous, careful, and complete. One thing I love is that although there can be different people on the team that shows up each time, at least one of them has been here before so they are familiar with the house and which areas I need cleaned. Yesterday it was Esther and Candy but every team has been great. They enter the house and do the entire clean wearing masks and gloves. The communication with Kristi for scheduling and reminders is awesome. I couldnt recommend them more!

The only thing I didn’t like is during the deep cleaning, a bunch of stuff was moved, not put back where it was moved from, and now there is stuff I can’t find.
