They don’t do any estimates, wether you file your taxes with them or not you will be charged. Avoid if looking for an estimate. I’m paying a large amount of money this year and was hoping they could advice me/help me out when I went in, but I was told they don’t work like that.

My mother went to do her taxes here and they were incomplete(receipts she provided werent accounted for, things like that.) When she asked them to fix it they told her she needed to pay per hour so they could fix them even though they were the ones that made the mistake. Its really unfortunate since shes given them her business for years. We are currently submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
