Extremely nice, conscientious people working there! I came in not completely sure of what I wanted and not only 1, but 2 employees patiently worked with me to find the right highlights! Very pleasant atmosphere and good job on hair.

I have mixed texture in my hair. I was going to different stylist looking for someone who could bring out the best for me. Abel made that happen. He made my hair shiny and bouncy. He also educated me on techniques of taking care of my hair. He’s the only stylist I will go to as long as I live in Oregon. Thank you Abel❣️

Horrible waxing by Tilda today. will be calling Christina(manager) on Tuesday to enlighten her on her employees lack of skill. Either drop the price because she is clearly still learning or tell people upfront that she is still learning. $12 and I still have wax and hair on my brows...no tweezing or shaping done yet she slathered oil all over my forehead/eyes after. I have a picture that Ill post as well.

Unfortunately I dont remember her name but I went in on may 9th around 5:30pm and I got a haircut from a woman with colored hair (pink or purple) she was AMAZING. My hair cut IS AMAZING. Im just absolutely pleased and I will be coming here again!

James is great! He takes his time cutting your hair and makes sure to give you the exact length you want. I highly recommend him!

Terrible. The lady was racist she gave my brother a very embarrassing haircut NOTHING like we asked for it. She finished in 5 minutes while my other brother got a nice gentleman that knew what he was doing and took his time. The lady just sat there watching the man cut my other brothers hair nicely while she saw my brother put his hoodie on embarrassed of his uneven hair. We didn’t tell the lady anything to avoid conflict but I know that she noticed. Aside from that she didn’t even say hi when we came in. She just took their names rudely and then she walked alone to the the chair he was going to be sitting in and just waited for us to notice with a rude stare. She didn’t even tell him to sit there or anything she said NOTHING. She is terrible and she was giving my family and I rude stares. The darker skinned gentlemen that cut my other brothers hair was awesome, he was giving some attitude but he really knew what he was doing and took his good time with it. it was about 20- 30 minutes and the lady finished in 5 or less. I didn’t get her name but she wears glasses and she’s on the chunkier side and white. This was really disappointing now I need to take my brother to fix his hair elsewhere because he won’t go to school with it so uneven and choppy he’s embarrassed.

Christina was available to do our hair. She did a good job cutting my grandmas hair but I wish we waited on the guy to come back next week. I asked her simple bob hair cut, leave my hair longer in the front angled, straight line. Because I can’t see without my glasses, my hair gets messed a lot at hair cuts. She just kept cutting, didn’t do anything in the front, I felt like she was cutting my hair too short. Until she started cutting around my ears, she asked me how I liked my hair so far. She let me put on my glasses and grabbed the mirror. My hair was not touched in the front and too Short in the back. She put layers in, choppy, did not blend the layers. That’s when she told me she cut the hair around my ears so that I can put my hair behind me ears.i never said that I wanted that!!!! Why the hell would someone just cut around the ears and not ask the client, hey I have a good idea, let’s do this. My hair is too short, it’s layered on the top which made it extra poofy. I was mortified, too embarrassed to leave my own house. I do not want her touching my hair anymore, she is liable to mess it up more or cut it shorter than it is .Not going back there if Christina on the floor cutting hair. Bob does not require layers.

Asked for light layers. My hair is about 2 feet long and has taken me years to get it here. She divided my hair in half and now the top half of my hair is only 4 inches. Absolutely horrible made me pay around $35. Then she messed up my sisters bangs. She was a older lady with short blondish hair. Should not be allowed around a pair of scissors ever its like she was on acid when she cut mine. Cant even wear my hair down it looks so awful. And even tho i payed full price and asked for her to dry it i left with dripping wet hair she held the dryer over it for not even 14 seconds.

Abel is amazing ! Best haircuts Ive ever had service like this is hard to find. Staff are helpful and professional.

I just thought they wanted too much money for a buzz cut for a man at Walmart with some time to kill..

I made an appointment, Barbara told me $45 for a perm for long hair. When I showed up there were a lot of walk ins and she kept putting me off with two walk ins who came in after me. Finally she said shed have to charge me $65. Ive never been treated so rudely, and I definitely will NEVER be back, although Ive been a customer for years!

Is it possible to give less than a star, so sad it is not. I purchased product from the Walmart store in Bend on vacation, the mouse lasted a week before it was gone and I dont use much guessing it had been used before they sold it to me and when I reached out to the company they would not exchange! I was not eve seeking a refund just an exchange :(

Dont waste your time. They are rude and misandrous.I waited several minutes for someone to acknowledge me and they ignored me and helped the woman who came in after. They told her they could cut her hair in 10 min. I told them Ive been waiting and they said the male barber would help me next. Then he ignored me too and I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come help me. She proceeded to tell me it would be 1.5 HOURS! What a joke. Apparently they dont like men.I ended up going to Supercuts, much better experience.

They were very quick and courteous. i was in and out in a matter of minutes with the haircut i wanted and it was well priced as well. highly recommend this place.

I called and asked if they did flat tops on men the girl said we can, so I then said you have someone who knows how to do them ? She said yes! My husband went in and as the girl was cutting his hair says ive never done one of these well it showed, she did a BAD job. He now has to go find a second person to fix his hair. Dont use this place.

The hairstylist Greg does magic ! He is a great stylist BUT u do NOT want him to touch your hair with color as its never going to be correct ! And when he is in charge of opening the store, you do NOT want to be first for the day. I arrived ten minutes early BEFORE the sunday store hour of 10am opened. I had made an appt the day before for 10am. I SAT and WAITED till 10:15am no lights on, gate locked, and he did not answer the ringing telephone for 30 rings. I got home, he foned me to reschedule. BUT told me i was NOT there ! HOW DARE HE ! i talked to a clerk even and i waited long enuff and it was NOT MY FAULT as he made it out to be! Hes LOST my business !

The people who work there are great

Way over priced. $107 for two colors and a hair trim. And my bangs were cut uneven. Sign said free conditioning included, yet I was charged $7...Stylist had husband and daughter waiting for her to get off in the salon, very unprofessional.

Nice location and affordable.

Long wait and rude customer service was very displeased with service.

Just missed them.
