Your staff there were excellent! I needed a big space to start because I had no idea exactly how much I needed to store. Then when I was able to downsize by going through some of it to give it away I was able to secure a smaller storage unit with the help of your staff person. In any case, I would use this storage again if ever I need it.

I’m not moving out I just rented the storage and haven’t moved anything in yet. It’s a great and secure unit and their is the coolest pair of eye glasses walking around the place, the guy wearing them is really cool!

This place is very rare and secure! The manager is one of the coolest guys l know! Been storing with them for years. I highly recommend them!

Gary the manager is a great guy. He takes a lot of pride in selling you exactly what you need. They have excellent security and they even have the climate controlled storage lockers which have an extra degree of security. Theyre offering 3 months at 50% off right now.

Since Terry has become manager my review has changed from a 3 to 5. Terry is very helpful and takes time listen and even help out with giving numbers for other businesses if needed.Always clean and constantly fixing issues.

New owners have done a lot of work. This location has one building that is temperature controlled. Reasonably priced. Can make payments on the website. Easy access. Locked controlled gate with key pad access from 6 am to 9 pm daily.

The guy/owner is rude and disrespectful. I can honestly say Ive never dealt with such poor customer service. He was rude from the time we walked in until the time we left. His view is everyone needs a storage unit so he doesnt need to be respectful in anyway nor does he need your business. As we left an elderly woman walked in and left just as quickly. She found him to be just as rude. I will never recommend his storage units to anyone.

Nov 2016 I WAS ROBBED HERE. I was away working for the military and put my stuff here in storage. Both my locks were drilled out and 11k worth of stuff was taken. The management was rude and not helpful claiming there was no video footage taken. GO elsewhere!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS I WAS 1 DAY LATE BECAUSE OF SNOWY WEATHER AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME $200.00 TO GET MY STORAGE OUT and STUFF WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY UNIT AND THEY CHARGED ME $188.00 BECAUSE THEY CHARGED A LOCKOUT FEE BECAUSE THEIR WEBSITE WAS NOT WORKING AND I COULD NOT MAKE MY PAYMENT I WAS 1 DAY LATE BECAUSE OF THE SNOW
