Needed to get rid of a van to free up space but Pick a part was too busy to do so so I tried these guys out.While most wrecking yards will cut you a check when you sign the title over the driver there said that they would call me when it got back in their yard after the fact, even though they had no problem charging my card in the field for the pick up.I waited a month for them to contact me and only after I called them did they attempt to pay me. They only offered me a hundred dollars for a mini van that has an average scrap price triple that amount.So after paying 100 bucks to have them pick it up I pretty much got nothing back from the vehicle. I felt completely ripped off but can’t really do much since I signed the title over already. Meanwhile they’ll sell all those parts and make a huge profit.Lesson learned I guess.

Was not a fan of this place, tried calling for a week every day. Never answered the phone. I left messages but no one ever returned my call. I believe this is a primarily a tow and scrap yard. So I would keep my expectations low.

Its a good business that does help the not so rich people get good prices on used auto parts and also gives local people a good place to sell their scrap metal too! And they have a great towing business that does help the county and state people and they have saved and helped me more than a few times... Really 🙂💕

This place needs to be ran out of town I wonder how they go to work feeling good about them selves when all they do to there customers is theiving, lieing no good business ethics, lieing pieces of $&_ t, they are the worst people ever and deserve nothing but bad upon them. I will be thankful when the state shuts them down.

Very rude customer service, the secretarys or whatever they are extremely rude and dont like helping people at all. Asked a simple question and they didnt wanna help us out.

I went to this place for a transmission for a 99 honda accord I was promised by an employee they would give me the transmission out of a red accord I was told to come back the following monday to pick transmission up i called that monday and was told they needed more time to get transmission out. Finally git teans mission a week later after paying for it. Put transmission in went down the road and heard a bang as it shifted to second car then would not move called and advised them they told me to bring it back and i did so . got second one in and the same identical sittuation happend but this time a tow bill i encounterd to get vehicle back home. I have done over ten transmission swaps and am in school to be ase certified plus work for a mechanic shop in keizer this is the worst money costing sittuation i have ever encountered im out over 40 hours labor 400 dollars in misc parts a vehicle and they refuse to at least refund my money For transmission and give the old one back and come to find out they never pulled the transmission they promised in first place they sold me a transmission for a honda oddsey with missing vin tag something shady is going on with this place i recomend to keep all your bussiness away and as fir them im taking them to court.

Owner and Cindy were amazing help! Super understanding to our situation and very friendly I was expecting another hell of an experience after dealing with the people who totaled my vehicle causing problems but cindy and the owner got me taken care of and I am so grateful for their understanding and professionalism.

This mom and pop group works hard and they try to make it as easy as possible under the circumstances.

You walk in and you feel very uncomfortable. We called from 2 hours away to pick up a axle and they wouldnt send pictures or anything just to double check on if it is in good condition. We finally got there and they are cussing to their customers, horrible customer service and at the end they ended up not even having it so dont take your time going here.

This place is the worst place i have ever gotten a tow from this guy mickey showed up and he was the most unprofessional driver i have ever met he triedcto get me to go out with him he kept licking his lips and winking at me telling all kids of nasty things he liked to do dont ever get a tow or anything else from this company

Horrible experience ever with any towing company. To start off items were stolen from my vehicle & when I called to let them know they only blamed all thieves in town and how their security cameras have been stolen as well. Didnt even bother locking my car, who knows what they did since I have been having problems with the car from that day. Very poor customer service.

BEWARE!!! My experience with this shady towing company was horrible.We called to have our truck pulled out when the front tires went into a ditch.The owner, Micky Hinson, showed up to pull us out and did a fine job. Took him 30 mins to drive to us, 20 mins to pull us out, and it would have been 30 mins back to his shop, but he charged us $450!I told him I thought it was a lot of money and thats where things went bad.I said, I will pay the $450, but thought that it was unreasonable to charge so much.He started yelling and cussing at me. Telling me he can more than double the charge if he wanted to! Threatening to take my truck and charge me thousands if I didnt give him cash on the spot.I gave him my CC number and he must have wrote it down wrong, because the following Monday he called threatening to come find me, threatening to kill me! All because he had written down the wrong expiration date. I corrected his error. He got paid. Before anyone does business with this very unstable person they should google M&M towing in the news and Mickey D Hinson. Know who your doing business with and dont risk your safety, let alone your money.

M&M went above and beyond to get the part I was looking for. When the shipping got messed up, they drove to Portland and picked up the part for me free of charge. They also offered to deliver the part to my home. I will continue to use them for all my auto part and towing needs. Thank you M&M!!!
