The price is reasonable for the self service bay IF the equipment works properly.The high pressure wand was not working correctly when on high pressure soap and I brought it to the attention of an attendant who couldn’t have cared less and said he didn’t know why it wasn’t working. I then switched the setting to high pressure rinse, which worked perfectly and the attendant looked at me and said this is the setting to use.I asked if I could get a partial refund or more time added to my wash session to which he replied he could not do.I stuck around awhile longer hoping that at least he would put an out of service sign on that wash bay but alas nothing was done.If you decide to give this establishment your business please be aware that the equipment may not be operating correctly and if so do not expect to receive a refund.

Owner and staff are extremely kind. Never had a bad experience here, my car comes out shining and clean in such a short amount of time. The membership for unlimited washes is definitely worth it.

Shoke to see a temporary closed sign on a good business unless is their brushing machines again. Went for a full service, we vacuumed and surprise, car wash part closed. Oh well. Half clean car.

Self bays have no soap in high pressure soap. No wax in high pressure wax. $2.75 to start. The employees and the boss know about these problems but will not fix them. High-pressure rinse obviously works. Its also bad because they sell tokens.

I went to the car wash and paid $2.50 for 5 min then after the coins for car wash not working on soap and waste a money on minute time, again I pay $2.50 for water shine done it. It is not good place at car wash service & machine, I never again come back to there. This is a man was witness and he paying me for give 2 minutes that not enough time of running time... he’s not friendly and give him star 1 of quality.

Only washed half of the car. I let them know immediately and instead of apologizing they told me my car was too dirty. Drivers side came clean just fine.

Great place to eas your car and affordable to. They all kinda of plans to fit your budget. I usually take my truck here twice a week to wash. The in out time is quick, usually with no waiting. Plenty of stalls all with vacuums. Staff very helpful..

The vacuum closest to the road does not work, now Im out 2 dollars and I still have a dirty car interior.

If I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. Came in here after a few days of sun to wash my minivan. It was dirty but no super dirty. I picked the #4 option which was the Amazing Plus. Nothing amazing or plus about it. Either they were low on chemicals or the brushes were not working because my minivan should have been ran twice to even get close to being clean. Now, that was the beginning. Since no one was really here to man the station due to social distancing, I tried using the vacuum to clean the carpets, bad idea. Ran some many quarters through there and the vacuum had no power at all. I think thats the whole idea so you will use 5 dollars worth of quarters to get one carper clean. Waste of time and money. Buyer beware!

I take good care of my cars, but Purdys carwash Auto detail make any car I bring them look better than the day they came off the showroom floor. I always drive away with the windows down and a smile on my face. Thank you!

The vacuums need to be replaced or fixed. They do not vacuum properly and I feel like it’s just taking my money. Also the machines are always broken and never take quarters.

I drive by this place everyday. I decided to try the $30 a month unlimited membership for a while. Decent drive through car wash. I get the truck washed about 3 times a week now! Worth the money!

Not a bad place to run through but my car wasnt super clean, and I still had bird poop spots on the side. Normally I wash my cars by hand but the convience is nice for the day. The other downside was that they use a brush to wash your tires, then use the same brush to scrub your body. Thats a huge cringe moment as it scratches the paint. Should take note if your a detailer! The employees need to roll out of bed and go to work. Or their schedule needs to be corrected. They always close at 5pm or even 15 min earlier at times. Then I try to get in there before work at 9:15 and still nobody around. Very frustrating but the wash is pretty nice.

High pressure soap none

This place is amazing!! The express wash is great and reasonably priced.I got a flat tire while using the vacuums(not their fault). The staff helped me change my tire! They were awesome!

This place is really run down as of late. The car wash doesnt even dry my car and I drive out of there with quite a bit of water all over my car. Some of the attendants need customer skills badly. Not coming back here. Its worth it to me to drive to Salem for a good car wash that actually dries your car off thoroughly.

First, we decided to try this car wash because we had purchased a rewards card to support the local football team and this business had a deal on it. When we showed up the attendant said that the advertised deal wasnt being accepted anymore and that we would have to purchase a more expensive wash. It is a shame that they cant honor the deal on the rewards card. The attendant was not aware of the surroundings causing him to not realize that my drivers side window was open and that I was trying to ask him a question. He then whipped soapy water through my open window inside of my car and in my eyes and my passengers eyes. Water got into shopping bags and ruined several Christmas presents. The attendant literally was upset with us that the window was open and an apology was not offered, nor was any attempt made to help us. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any business. Period. Will never go back. If there was a way to do less than 1 star I would. Would love to hear an apology from the owners or managers but am doubtful that that will ever happen.

Average do it yourself car wash

I paid over $100 to get my car detailed in the windows were all smeared when I was trying to drive it was hard to see. And the car still look dirty. Everywhere had green length on it I guess they used a green rag I dont know but there was still dirty spots by my stereo that wasnt even wiped because it was there when I dropped it off. I will never take anything back to them again it look like they rushed and did it in 5 minutes it was horrible

I had complained earlier about a poor wash job on my truck. They were nice enough to give me a complimentary $14 wash. I went back and ran my truck through again. It was a little better this time. However, the operator did a very quick wash on the the front and then sent it through. Again, there was no one behind me. He would have had time to wash the sides and tail gate but did not. At least they tried to improve their customer service by offering another wash.

Last week I went to go get a car wash and everyone there was really nice and the car wash made my car really clean

Went early in the morning, no soap in power wash wand as was advertised on panel. I put $7.00 in quarters in machine did not get what I paid for. Went to the car wash in Hubbard just down the road a few miles paid again got what I paid for there, much newer equipment cleaner also. Left 2 phone messages on Purdys recorder not a call back. I will not be using Purdys Car Wash again will just go up the road to Hubbard and wash my car from now on.

It used to be good, but after a couple of years I came back and now will be canceling my $25 a month unlimited car wash. Ive gone by to get car washed and 3 out of 5 times they had closed earlier than 5 p.m.Another three times Ive gone and they had problems with the automated car wash system and it was a no go. Im going out of my way to get there only to find it closed!Ive called several (4) times to complain and only got voicemail. So there is no way to call to see if its running by the time I get there! NO one EVER called me back to find out what I needed.Very frustrating to say the least!!A dissatisfied, disappointed customer

Vacuums have no suction, the diy portion blows. Your only moneys worth is to pay them to do it. Which is 75% automated. But when you have no other choice in town.

Amazing my cheap and accurate at self service, and the car wash that the employees work at is quip and gets the job done more effectively than most car washed.

The worst place to wash your car. The machine stole your money, I put a five dollar bill and I didnt get any purdy coins, I talk to one of the employee and he just ignored me. The other day I use my debit card to pay, the correct charge was supposed to be 7 dollar but they charge me 10 dollar. Worst place! I will NOT come back again!

I already considered this my favorite car wash in Woodburn but todays experience confirmed this. Midway through a self wash I realized my keys were locked in the vehicle. Of course time ran out but The (manager) was kind enough to not only let me finish washing my car But gaved me some extra credit. Then help me retrieve my keys within minutes saving me an enormous headache.

Only kid working there told shook his head No with a grimace as we pulled up to have my parents car washed. 45 minutes before the anointed 7pm closing time.

Purdys carwash is great car wash always leaves my truck clean. The staff are supper friendly. I would recommend this carwash to anyone they do a great job. Always go before they close at 6pm.

Best carwash I been to. They scrub your car..give u wipes before your car enters the wash, and the carwash itself does really good. They have a self serve carwash too. And an unlimited carwash package of like $20 a month or so
