This place is 10/10. I mean the quality of the photos they take is amazing. I had my passport photos taken here and the quality was awesome. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to have my photos taken and printed. The customer service is exceptional!!! Chris is amazing!! Highly recommend it. Will definitely come back!!

Dropped off a roll of 35mm film and purchased an additional cd copy. The due date past so I had to call myself only to be told my film came out blank. Was very odd because I use the same camera all the time and my films come out perfectly from CVS. Used another roll in the same camera to test it and it works fine. This place seems unreliable and untrustworthy. They also had an employee named W*s who shares private details of the pictures that they developed. Would not recommend, better to go to the Cvs thats about 5 minutes awayResponse:Clearly you have privacy issues if you dont even know your employee or former eployee Wes was sharing private information. Again, I asked for a CD and was told it could be scanned onto one for an additional cost (which was not even refunded when the film came out Blank). I am aware it is usually sent through dropbox. I always get them sent from your email, Mr. Aria. It only takes 1 bad review or experience to ruin a 20 year reputation, especially when you provide such a poor response as you do. Ah yes, user error will be the scape goat on this one. I went into Photo 60 today in order to get some Canadian Passport Photos taken. The staff working at Photo 60 were very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the requirements needed for a Canadian Passport Photo. They took and printed my photos quickly which was very convenient. I intend on doing more business with Photo 60 in the near future.

Film will be processed every Friday, drop off in the morning and have it back right in the afternoon. Friendly staff and good price! Also they return negative.

Chris recently prepared a slideshow for my sons memorial, I became Ill and was unable to give him very much input. He did a superior job. He understood how important the job was to me and produced a beautiful professional presentationI will always be grateful.

Dropped off 2 pictures to be made into 3 copies each 4x6 on a Monday. Was told they would be ready Friday. I show up Friday there not done. Told to come back in 10 minutes, and they would be done. Came back back 10 minutes later and they were done...

Had two 8mm reels to digitize for a Christmas gift. No problem for Photo-60! Mailed the reels 2-day Priority and they were done and ready to download the day after they got them. Videos came out perfect. Highly recommended!!

I took a wedding photo of my parents (1953) to Photo 60 to get restored. This is the only photo I have of their wedding, and since they are both gone now, I wanted to frame it and give it to my brothers for Christmas. I worked with Chris Ariasaif, who was very professional and helpful. I also had some photos from our childhood that I wanted scanned. Everything turned out great, and I was just stunned at how beautiful the restored photo turned out and how it looked in the frames I selected. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or product, and I definitely plan to return!

I had 46 old rolls of film, 110, 35mm, instant camera, etc. They processed all and I was pleasantly surprised that the film came out so well as old as it was. They did a great job putting them on memory sticks for me to share. I would use them again for sure. They were quick to contact me and help get the process going and even gave me a followup email after delivery.

As a professional photographer, my standards of processing quality and print making are significantly more demanding than the average media processor. I have been using Photo-60 going on 20 years. I commend the staff for giving me professional results in a professional atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend bringing any media project to Photo-60. Passport photos. Hard to get worked up about those in general, until you need Canadian passport photos, which have specific requirements. Not only does Chris do these, he does them RIGHT. And even better, he does them with the same professionalism and attention to his customer as he might give someone having a major portrait done. Chris even went an extra mile when I got home and discovered that one photo had an ink smudge on it. He reprinted the photos and mailed them to me at no extra charge. If you get this kind of service for passport photos, I can only imagine that Chris does a superb job on bigger projects. This is service that I truly can recommend.

8mm Video Transfer. Filmy was terribly overexposed...couldnt even make out facial features in most scenes. I originally chalked it up to the quality of the original 8mm film since it had been in storage for decades. However, I just happened to still have a working projector so I hooked it up. Lo and behold, the original film was still in pretty good shape; most scenes had a reddish tint, but quality out of a 20-year old projector was tons better than the Photo60 capture. Thankfully, I only gave them 2 rolls as a test so I was only out $20. Took the same film to Mr. Video in Springfield and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! They ran a test roll for me and the quality was as good or better than viewing through my own projector. Sorry Photo60, I just cant recommend you...suggest you have your technicians actually monitor the film as its being transferred so you dont overexpose. Giving 2 stars only because the staff was helpful and agreed to waive their standard $40 encoding fee on my 2 test rolls.

Had a really old 1940s photograph of my grandfather that was torn up pretty bad due to old age and decided to repair it for my father as a gift. Brought it in and Chris and Drew gave me a quick rundown on what it would cost and what the process was gonna be like ie turnaround time, price, options. Took about a week or two and when i came back you could not tell the photo was torn. They did an amazing job and since the I have been shuffling through old photos trying to see what needs to be repaired. Great service and i would highly recommend them to everyone. You just simply cant put memories like that in just any ole photo lab.
