Truck worked well. Stayed on hold for over 25 minutes just to hang up and call back and get an answer.Here is the issue. They charged me for a safe move that I did not ask for. They also gave me the truck with 25 miles to empty and I returned the truck with 47 miles to empty. They charged me for the fuel because they said I was supposed to return the truck with 1/4 tank of gas in it. Meanwhile they charged me per mile for the move. How in the heck could they expect me to give them back more fuel than they gave me?

The General Manager Dana Russell is rude and unprofessional. When I entered the location it was 5 people behind the cash wrap, one person was on the phone and another female rep was standing next to her. There were two other gentlemen behind the register as well holding a conversation. The GM then comes out and proceeds to indulge in conversation as well. It took for the lady on the phone helping a customer to inform the GM and associates there is a customer who needs assistance. It was then I was helped but by that point my satisfaction was tainted. The GM behind my transaction and because I’m visibly short in my responses so to hurry my transaction up because I have little time to play. She then tells one of the guys you help her and I said yes please. She walked off. Shortly after doing so I asked the rep what was her name and position, she then came from the back with more of an unprofessional attitude to ask her associates what’s the problem. I took the opportunity to tell her what I just mentioned above and very professional. I mentioned I didn’t like how it took for someone on the phone to tell you all you had a customer and you’re the manager! She then let’s me know she has the right to refuse the rental and I asked her how she wanted to deal with it sense she was upset by my feedback. Needless to say she abused her power and canceled my reservation for pointing out the unprofessionalism. One of the workers outside became belligerent because as I calling to state my claim to customer service and he sees me on the phone became upset when i did t say hello and began talking by aggressive and being disrespectful, despite me being on the phone and my attention diverted. He stood there and said more explicits but my headsets were on and I did not make out what was said. This individual looked grungy, invasive and derogatory in nature. Not to mention the items I purchased I returned because that location was not getting a penny from me after handling my transaction the way they did. Corporate needs to look at the leadership and the quality of people at this location because apparently the 3 star rating tells it all; there is room for improvement.
The costumer service was great. Mr.Moore was very helpful and nice. He even checked the Van for my ID I thought I had lost.
Always works out but usually with an odd hiccup. This time was running late and they cancelled reservation within an hour... Rebooked it while driving there and was fine. I get they would cancel, but was odd to do it so quickly without a call, esp since the trailer was still there.

Very convenient location if you can get a truck. Pretty standard for U-Haul however the employees that work at this location are beyond rude. Seemed more excited about proving you wrong then actually providing customer service.
I did not go to the U-Haul place I went to the Big Lots across the parking lot was a little rush because it was almost closing time but always a great experience stores very clean and organized well kept
Used this place with success in the past, but I tried to return a vehicle at 1920 and had to use my phone. It wasnt advanced enough to use your software I guess (galaxy a-10) and I had to have my wife come with her nicer phone to return the vehicle.
Diana, was extremely helpful with me returning my trailer from a cross county move. I always kept her informed of my delays. Her customer service is top notch as with all employees at this Uhaul. You all rock!!!
Mrs. Waltman was awesome. She helped me set up my move perfectly. Even when there was an issue with available equipment she explained everything perfectly taking her time to go over options.

Very unprofessional- employees just felt like a group of friends hanging out. They were busy with personal conversations, could barely find my online order, didnt have anything ready for me, and didnt offer to help.
They were great in helping me get a U-Haul truck to move. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with.
Employees here need customer service training. I’m sure they are overwhelmed by demanding customers and that would explain why they act like they don’t want to be there but serious training is needed to provide basic customer service assistance like picking up the phone, answering questions politely and apologizing for mistakes. Try another location.
We reserved a truck for 10am. Showed up at 1015, and they’d given away our truck! Had to wait an additional 45 mins for service and another truck. Not impressed.

Before I even parked I was nearly pulled over by a man asking if I needed movers/helpers. Not sure if I liked it or not bc even though he offered up a business card, how do you know theyre legit? Ok, anyways, I went inside to sign up for my truck and dolly that I reserved the day before and was informed they did not have a dolly. Not getting started well. Then the lady that helped me was basically there to take an order, there was no rapport building at all. She at least warned me that it was going to look like an extra 100$ but if Im paying by cc it wont charge that much. However, it may have held that much on the card, I dont know. At least the truck was ready and mostly clean, there was mud on the passenger side step that I didnt see until after Id signed for the vehicle being undamaged. There could have been some information about the tow light that kept coming on automatically at start. They didnt tell me I should turn it off.

Do not hire the guys waiting outside to help you move, they will ask for double their rate right before youre about to load/unload at whatever destination. Besides that the store seemed pretty busy. Employee opened a separate lane for me since I was the only one there that wasnt waiting for a truck.
Apathy ridden establishment. Employees are disgruntled with one another and bicker back and forth over work that needs to be done. Senior Employees leave new employees alone to figure it out instead of actually train people. The customer service here is ridiculous.

Go somewhere else to get your moving needs. Waited in line for 20 minutes and they wouldnt even sell me boxes because thier system was down. Like you see me in line with boxes, but dont feel the need to tell me that your system was down? And the people were extremely rude about it, they basically told me to F myself.

This place is nearly impossible to get in and out of, as theres only a narrow drive in front of the office and idiots and selfish jerks always park in it, often completely blocking it and causing a line going out onto the street. Its their fault for not managing traffic better. Ill drive to a farther location just to avoid dealing with this mess.

Online app was good, and staff was extremely helpful. Truck was clean and Covid safeguards were in place.
I have to say, these people are some of the nicest bunch Ive come across in a while. We walk in, and without a delay, we were greeted and asked to wait a moment. Quick service, really nice representation of the company, and all around good humor. The only downside I see, is the location. Its a bit tough to get out of, but who doesnt enjoy a little challenge?

Easy rental of vans when I need to move items that dont fit in my personal vehicle.
I had a pick up reservation for 6:30. I was unable to get there until almost 7:30. They say they hold your reservation for 1 hour. When I got there, they were closed, of course. Thats why I did mobile reservation. They never sent me a code. I was unable to pick up by truck. Wasted an hour tonight lose 5 hours tomorrow waiting for them to open. Uhaul sucks!
I reserved online. I still had to do every step I did online to get the trailer (online, Im asked to input information to speed up check out process, this place didnt get the memo). Anyways. I returned early. It went too easy. Marcus said he would check me in and that I was good. Well. He did not. So I got charged as if I still had the trailer the next day. I called to ask to fix my situation and double check that I had been checked in. The employee transferred me to an offsite customer service (I was confused, as I needed him to check that the trailer was there and to check me in at the time I returned it the day before). The offsite customer service couldnt help me as I was shown as having the trailer with the open account. My account could not be closed. I call the UHaul rental place again. I explained that I was not checked in as promised and Im being charged for another day and it will continue until fixed (per offsite customer support). The lady at the store said she didnt know how to help me. I explained again that she could go to the back and see the trailer parked by herself and provably check he security footage if she didnt believe me that I had returned it at the mentioned time the day before. She said she would transfer me to the off site customer support so they can help me. I explained to her that this is my second call to the store and that I need her to close my account and check me in. She told that she didnt know how to help me. And that she guessed I would have to go there to see her and figure it out. I asked her, what are we going to do different if I show up in person to resolve it instead of figuring it out over the phone. She said she couldnt help me and that I could be transferred to the off site customer service for help. I dont think she understood the situation nor she thought anyone else there could help me when I asked and insisted I talked to the offsite customer support. So I told her that its a waste of my time and theirs as I had already talked to the off site support and the ball was back on her field. Thats when I lost it. And told her, fine. Ill go there hunt for the trailer, show them they have it (good thing I also had video with time stamp that I took when I dropped it off. I always watch my back when renting). 2 hours of my life wasted due to incompetent employees. Funny how once I arrived in person ready with my drop off video if needed plus having checked the side of the building for the trailer; Destiny took some time to easily check me out as I requested by my word only. Took but 10mins for Destiny to get me out with a receipt. Truly and ordeal. I dont think Ill be back to UHaul for some time. I do not like getting my time wasted like that.

Clean, easy to access and relatively efficient. Not a whole lot of vehicle size selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. My advice for those renting anything, do it during regular business hours. The self check in on the mobile app absolutely sucks and does not work well. I wasted an hour trying to check in and pick up my truck from 6am til they opened and could get some live help. The staff member checked me in and marked the damage I saw on the truck that did not show on the app, nor did it allow you upload pics. Be sure to have 2 forms of ID. Even if you have an account and do all the pre-work online, the app still requires you to enter your payment information again and wants you to promise your first born child before you take the vehicle off the lot. Dont be in a hurry. Vehicle return was easy and convenient. The bathroom was clean too!

Though very helpful, make sure you check everything personally before you leave. I ordered 2 dozen blackets with my 5x9 trailer. One pack was open and only had 8 in it. So Im sure Ill be charged for the other 4 that are missing.

Do NOT use the 24/7 pick up here! My reservation was for a specific time, I went through the process of checking a key out after locating a vehicle and ... The wrong key for the truck reserved was in the combination lock box! How does this happen? So I spent 1 hour on the phone with the 24/7 call center and all they could do was attempt to contact this store manager (that did not respond to them) and tell me to come back the next day?! I drove 5 hours to get here and they charged me the full amount and are now inconveniencing me as if this was my fault. What good is a 24/7 service if it doesnt work and the store manager is unavailable for corporate to reach?
No frills here. They are helpful but the cashiers are pretty dry. There are laborers who hang out front. So if you need last minute help, you will not have a problem finding that helping hand. The location is off the beaten path, but still easy to get to from I95.

Very helpful people and a good selection of moving supplies. The line can get long as they put together customers rental contracts. The day workers loitering and soliciting on the public sidewalks out front are annoying and concerning to some people. Overall, they are good place for moving equipment and supplies.

U-hual car did not reach two miles and broke down in the middle of traffic, I lost the day completely waiting for the company to send the crane to move it, I also had to pay one more day for the people who were helping me move my things. Please uhua see and ensure 100% that your units are at 100% before renting as they can cause a big accident to the community.

I lived only about 20 minutes away from this U-Haul for years. Ive rented both trucks and trailers and had them install a trailer hitch. Every time has been a good experience. There has never been a problem with the rental. Plus I really like the ability to make rental arrangements online.

I had a need for a pick up to move some items and found this location near me online. I had no problems it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the process was very smooth. The guy who brought the truck up from the back was quick and efficient and gave me a 30-second explanation on seat adjustments etc. Same thing when I returned the vehicle, no hassles, quick and efficient, in and out. The person at the counter was especially friendly. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I used them mid-week so there was no wait. Im a federal employee and move frequently and this place had great service! I woud recommend to friends.

It was easy enough to get a truck, even at last minute. I would have given more stars except for 2 reasons. 1. I know they really cant help it, but you are almost attacked pulling into the parking lot! Its ridiculous. I complained about it. They said that the police said as long as they are on the sidewalk, they cant stop them. 2. Parking is non existent, they had their trucks and vans in customer parking, and people just stopped everywhere, and left their cars. I had to turn around twice, and even wait for a truck to be inspected!

The establishment seems fine a little tight on space but ok. This one star is for some “stellar” customer service rep I believe named “Terry”, that answered my call after my 10th try and waiting for more than 10 minutes on hold. This person talked to me like I was some type of animal and not a paying customer, even after I initiated the conversation with proper manners. Treated me like I was supposed to know where to properly returned the equipment I rented. Terry whatever your name is, the phone options guided me in order to get help, I’m a paying customer that contributes to your salary, I didn’t call to be talked to like I was a buddy or something related to you. Anyways this awesome gentleman Francis came to me as I was frustrated talking in my phone and provided me with clear directions and well needed guidance, thank you Sir you are a gentleman and you truly understand how it’s supposed to be done, to you my friend 5 stars. Terry... too bad negative stars are not an option.

Over charged me way more then iv ever paid for a uhaul even tho I used it for half the time I said I needed it for. I was also charged way more then the contract price at the time of rental. I had it set up for 24hrs and I returned it the same day. I was charged almost double the original price on paper. Never coming back here again.
Peggy is always super, going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Found me a truck that better met my needs at no additional cost despite the web site saying nothing was available.

This location is very poorly managed and it takes absolutely too long to get through the line, prompting a wait time of nearly an hour just to purchase 3 boxes. They need more staffing. Take your patience pill prior to coming because you have a very long wait. There was only one representative at the register but there were several employees back and forth but offered no assistance to reduce the line and wait time.

There are always so many cars around the establishment I have no idea where to park. In addition, there are always (presumably) undocumented workers just standing around outside. This REALLY has a negative impact on potential customers as well as curb appeal

They only get 2 stars because the manager saved the day after dealing with horrible customer service. Ive used this location at least 4 times in the last two years. The girl is very rude. Her and the African gentlemen sent me away saying they had no trailers for rent. Even though my phone was saying that I could make a reservation, which i did. Had to wait in line twice but the manager compensated me for the hard time his employees gave me.
