Honestly I started working with Barry back in April he was very patient with me and I finally bought my bike on 29 September and I absolutely love it. The staff is very well knowledge very helpful and very pleasant to work with once I got there to be able to meet them.
I gave them 4 for several reasons. 1 you said my 2020 Slingshot would be clean but I found spyder webs on both fender wells and a spyder on a web in front of the headlight. 2 missing a screw on roll cage driver side now it will rattle. 3. Half of the roll cage screw inserts that covers the bolts are missing from the roll cage. Coleman does good work but inspect your bike before you leave. I have pics.
Greg in the service dept went over and above to make sure my 2018 Seadoo RXTX was repaired quickly and in a very cost effective manner. I have had a not so good experience from sales dept in the past, but that guy James Wells is no longer there. So to have this kind of treatment from the service dept changed my sour thoughts about Coleman Powersports in Woodbridge, VA. Go see Greg in service!!
Bought a brand-new 2017 Slingshot SLR here at Colemans for $35K back in 2017, have always brought it here to get it serviced, and have always dealt with respectable customer service on the service end of this company. I drive my slingshot short distances, to the store and back, around locally, and have only put 11,000 miles on it since then.A few weeks ago, I brought my SLR here to this location. Ronaldo was my salesman and offered $15,500 for the appraisal. They still had my paperwork from my previous visit and said that the offer still stood, but then totally flipped the script when they found out what my payoff was, because of the on-duty manager, Tricia. (They also told me they do not give paperwork out which does not make sense because I am in the same line of work and when someone comes to our dealership we make them an offer and write it up without any information on the payoff amount.)TRICIA --right off the bat, had no ounce of professionalism in her because the way she addressed me and this situation was intolerable, I am really keen on feeling the vibe of people in my experience with working in this business for 16 years and she made me feel discriminated, and I do not usually say that. She is a manager and represents the company and is unworthy of her position. She was in no way trying to negotiate with me and told Ronaldo to get the payoff amount and spoke in a tone that was very demeaning-- she was absolutely abusing her position of power by trying to demand that if the payoff was lower than 1 cent from the previous offer of $15K she will not offer what she said she would agree to, without any regard of how well maintained this vehicle is or finding a different way to conduct this business transaction in a properly manner. The way she carries herself is just a shame. It is embarrassing to have someone so vile working for such a reputable company --Coleman Powersports Woodbridge.We are ALL hard-working people and just want the respect we deserve and not have people working for highly regarded companies only to shatter the very standards of professionalism and conduct just to SCAM others based on their authoritative role in this business.Overall, it will be justified that she is not deemed fit for this company. I have never dealt with anyone with this type of execution in customer service.
Nelson, Gregory and their staff have been very helpful. They didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want. They were very down to earth. My friend referred me to them and to the Woodbridge location. I will be going back for service and bike repairs. I cant thank them enough. They look out for your pockets more than you do and I appreciate them for that. Great business oriented atmosphere and they are very knowledgeable.Thank you all very much!
Service visit for initial break in period. First come, first serve, so get there at 945 on a Saturday morning to get a good spot. No issues working on the bike, even though its a brand they dont deal. Clean facility, some apparel and gear to look at, but not enough bikes on the floor to really keep entertained while you wait, best to go run some errands. Price was a touch over $400 for the initial service, including $275 for labor, which I think is high but probably in line with everything else being expensive in the DMV. No issues with work quality. Pickup was quick. Would recommend.
Nathan had extensive knowledge that gave me the right direction for my bike, both now and also for future upgrades. He gave me confidence in Coleman Power Sports, to do all things necessary for my bike. The receptionist was easy going and they both were very down to Earth and genuine as well. What a great sales experience and what a great sales team! Barry and Byron made the whole event seamless, and got me out the door in record time, on what looked like a very busy sales day. Darin fitted me out with all the right accessories, to include the sickest helmet Ive seen in a while! Cap that off with Johnny Hoang sealing the deal in the business department. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and not intimidating to a new rider. They also made no attempt to sell me any bike, but instead to take my questions and steer me toward what I wanted. I have purchased multiple vehicles from here and have had them all serviced here as well. The experience was mostly pleasant. Ive had long waits dealing with the sales department, but they always have good attitudes when they finally get around to assisting and completing the sale.But without a doubt, my recent experience with Darwin was everything that a person could expect in customer service. Over the course of time my vehicle was at their shop, he continuously updated me on the process and even went the extra mile to assist me in making what I believe was a better choice than I was going to originally go with. This experience put a blast of positivity in my heart for Coleman Powersports following a less then desirable sales experience summer of 2020. Great experience purchasing our jet ski! Dalis Wilson was an absolute pro from start to finish — walking us through the product options, helping us secure one, and delivering in time for Memorial Day weekend! She handled all the paperwork details, kept in close touch via text re all the details, and helped me navigate a bunch of problems i encountered with my tow hitch i had installed somewhere else. She stayed through a pouring rainstorm and past closing hours to ensure i was all hooked up properly and could take delivery! Even checked in next day to make sure I’d arrived safely!

Very polite and respectful staff. They do good work, but by checking my chain it seems that they didn’t even adjust it. I was very disappointed when I saw it was pretty much the same as when I handed it to them. Again, very nice staff and they keep you updated and work with you on pretty much anything you need.

I purchased and ATV and a UTV within a two week time frame. Why? Because the sales staff was prompt and attentive, worked with me on any requests I had, and were upfront from a pricing perspective. She answered all of my questions, and was patient throughout the entire process. Put a deposit first week, purchased second week, picked up bike on third week; after completing the Powerride Course. It’s great that the place will hold your bike until you are ready to pickup.

I brought a 2020 v4s from this dealership for 36k out the door with the full system and i haven’t been able to enjoy this bike for 1 full 24 hour period with out have a issue. I brought the bike on June 2 the bike was brought to my house on June 4 since than i have had nothing but problems. The bike has been at the shop more than it has been with me the bike left me on the side of the road 2 times. The first time my phone was dead and i was standing on the side of the road for 2 hour and had to pay a guy 250 dollars to bring me and the bike home. Most recently i was riding and down shifted into 2nd gear and the bike had turn off so once I released the clutch the back tire locked up causing me to almost be thrown off the bike. This has been the worst experience i have ever had in my life with buying ANYTHING

If your Motorcycle needed to be serviced for the upcoming riding season they would come pick your unit up and drop it off if the services met a particular set of requirements. Greg was the Representative I dealt with and he was great. He was very personable, professional and he made my experience with the company satisfying. It was very quick turn around and I’m oh so grateful.

I bit a 2011 HD Sportster and my salesman was awesome, was able to get me the price I wanted. However, I took the bike out that afternoon and the battery died. Luckily I was at a lot meeting some friends. I called the dealership and the promptly came out picked up the bike. The next day it was recharged, got some excellent advise from the service department to make sure it didn’t happen again. The delivered the bike back to my home for me. I would recommend them to friends.

Terrible. These people will bring multiple gas tanks to Costco gas station on a business truck that has their names on it during rush hour. These people dont care how many cars are waiting behind and filled all gas tanks all the way up with selfishness. Dont trust with people with this kind of mindset. Terrible. Fill up the your business gas tanks somewhere else or when its not rush hour.
Byron in sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through my whole Pwc buying process, and Johnny in finance made the first time buying experience smooth and comfortable. Also, although I do not remember his name, the gentleman who loaded the ski onto my trailer was extremely great and deserves a lot of credit for attention to detail. He made sure my trailer was perfectly adjusted to fit the new ski safely and communicatd his professional opinion and the options clearly throughout the entire adjustment and loading process.

Went the other day and bought a 2021 Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro. Sales assoc Daniel helped me out with fantastic deal. Daniel is a no bs kinda dude. He will straight up tell you what he can and cannot do however he did his utmost best to give me a out of door deal. Ive bought many vehicles in my life and this was by far the best sales experience Ive ever had. He spoke to me like a human and not just another customer which I genuinely appreciate.Johnny Hoang the financial advisor did a grand job with extra services, explaining everything and all the numbers. Let me tell you something Im a pretty dumb dude but he explained everything so well I understood 70% of what he said. Which in my case is fantastic.If you are dealing with these 2 individuals you are in good hands. Deal with confidence. I will def be coming back to this shop for all my needs.
No one would even get on the phone and talk to me over a 30-minute hold and then they just hang up on you

Overall it was great service and if it weren’t for Spider and Greg I wouldn’t visit Coleman ever again but they are excellent and I respect and trust their judgment. The three stars instead of 5 are for Jessica the service writer and only her actions. The actual work and products are 5 stars every time!Went to see if they had tires for my bike on Monday. Jessica the customer rep in service went to see if the tires were there (she said they had both front and back) and then wrote up the work order. I brought the rims in on Tuesday and dropped them off at the service counter with the intent of picking them up the next day. Spider called me immediately and told me they didn’t have the front and that he would order it. Thursday night at 6:30 got the call saying they were ready and I came in on Friday to pick them up. I mentioned to Jessica that they didn’t have the front tire after she told me they did and her response was well we took care of you. Then I mentioned that the work order she told me she wrote up on Monday wasn’t there on Tuesday when I dropped the rims off. She said yeah it was a weird day. All I was looking for was a simple response of her owning up to her mistake or maybe an apology. She is the face of the company since she is the first step in service and she failed miserably.
I live in South Dakota(no where near a ducati dealership) and needed some help with my new Ducati V4 and ended up being transfered to Chip who took extra time out of his day to find out the answers to my questions even though he was very busy! He was very friendly and knowledgeable! I had talked to other Ducati dealers around the country trying to get help and no one else was willing to talk to me or even attempt to answer my question and I was actually hung up on by some of them( from someone who just purchased a premium bike, that kind of service is unacceptable)! We need more people like Chip representing the motorcycle industry and he probably is due for a raise if the owners of the company are reading this. He got my transaction taken care of and my part is in the mail! Thanks Chip and I sincerely appretiate your help.

Great customer service with no high pressure sales. Sarah A. in Sales and Johnny H. in Finance were amazing to work with and made the purchasing of my motorcycle a great experience. They were both very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend checking this dealer out. They have a nice, big showroom with a large variety of stock and the employees are really helpful and interested in helping you with what you want without trying to pressure you. There was a gentleman (sadly didnt get his name) that came out while we were loading up my motorcycle and helped us, even though we initially said we didnt need any help. Im a happy customer and will definitely be back!
They will never have my business again! I inquired about purchasing a jetski and was supposed to receive a link to put down my deposit, which never happened. I called this morning to let them know I was on the way to pick the unit up and was told great I’ll start getting it cleaned up and ready for you. Upon arrival I was taken to the unit that was supposed to be mine and was met with a sold sign on it. So I’m excited and ready to make my payment to then be told O this one sold but I have one I’ll like to show you that’s just $600 more. No! I should’ve been told over the phone the unit sold and not when I arrived after driving an hr & a hlf away! Bad business! I was here ready to pay cash! It was their fault I didn’t receive the deposit link, not mine! Go else where and shop!
I just bought my first bike through Coleman and had a terrific experience! I had never ridden a motorcycle before walking into the store and it was just a dream for me to own one. I called in to talk to someone about what bikes would be right for me and where to start and Dalis happened to answer the phone. She was SO helpful with all of my questions from how to get my license, safety classes, dmv questions, and she was very knowledgeable about all the bikes that would be a good fit for me. She kept in contact with me and was very helpful when I came into the store to sit on the bikes. Because of her, in about two weeks I went from a girl with a dream of owning a motorcycle, to a girl who completed a safety course, got my license, and have my new beautiful yamaha yzf-r3 in the garage!! Dalis made the loan process super easy and was very reassuring about all of my concerns. Definitely a great experience and I made a friend out of it too, since all of the employees feel like a family. I highly recommend Coleman!

Answered all my questions, made for a very enjoyable relaxed experience. Johnny Hoang was the Finance Manager I worked with, again professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. No extra pushy sales tactics, just honest kind salesmanship. In and out the door in under 2 hours, no hassle, even helped me load it into the truck. After having a great experience during the shopping and purchase of my motorcycle, it was awesome to see that the terrific level of customer service extended into the service department as well. I live 8 hours away, in western New York. I made the trip down to purchase a new Can Am Spyder. There were none in my area that could beat the price. It was an exhausting ride down, in heavy traffic, lugging a truck and trailer. By the time we got to Woodbridge it was 8pm on a Friday evening. The dealership closes at 7, but they knew I was on my way and that we had his heavy traffic. I didnt expect them to wait for me on a Friday night, but they did. I was there, doing paperwork until 9:30pm. Who wants to stay 2 1/2 hours past closing time on a Friday. Everyone there was friendly, professional and helpful. When it came time to load the Spyder on the trailer, the battery was dead. They open at 10am on Saturday, but knowing we had an 8 hour ride home ahead of us, they told us to come in at 9am. There was a minor issue with the Spyder after installing the battery. It was a warm Saturday. Trucks and trailers were 2 deep in the parking lot. The service department and sales staff was hopping. Despite the crowds, they worked diligently on my bike until they were confident that they could send me home knowing it was fixed correctly. Darwin took time to fully explain what was wrong and how he fixed and told me to call with any questions. Trish checked in on my brother and I to make sure we didnt need anything while we were waiting, and knowing we had a late start to a long ride home, she bought us a pizza for the ride home. Everyone there will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. My only regret is that they are 8 hours away and I cant just pop in on a Saturday to say hi. Thank you, Trish, Daniel, Sarah, Johnny, Darwin and everyone and Coleman Powersports. You guys are amazing.

I was interested in Kawasaki z900 all I wanted was a quote. I called 7 times every time same dialogue - Youll receive one right after this call. They talk good on phone sometimes hang-up before connecting to sales. I wish they have better communication with customers.
I will most likely not go back to this place. I ordered some key blanks and they never did call me when they came in 2 months later I call and they had a problem finding them. Eventually found them and told me yeah theyre here come get them. Worst customer service Ive ever seen

First time writing a review but long overdue. Greg and his service team at Colemans in Woodbridge have been taking care of my bikes for years. Im a difficult customer in that I prefer to do some things on my own and of course Im always trying to save a buck.They always work with me, providing tips and advice and working their schedules accordingly. Rare to find this kind of personal service these days and why Ill keep going back.Thanks!

Highly recommend going qnd checking this place if your in the market for a powersports unit. I purchased a Yamaha VX Cruiser from here. I live in Jersey and definitely worth the 4 hr drive each way. I was well taken care of by Daniel and Trish. Signed paperwork and was ready to go until I had a problem with my hitch and the 2 of them had no problem gettin their hands dirty! Top notch service trust me. And I will be coming here again in the near future to purchase another unit best believe it!
