Great experience at this store! Marcel in the garden section was super helpful and even helped me with my second question as he was leaving to get off of work! I’ll definitely be coming back to this Lowe’s for all of my home goods. They have great customer service!!Highly recommend!

I was at Lowes in Woodbridge on Tuesday September 5 looking for a ladder replacement rope, Audrey Burton told me they no longer had any in stock but had other ropes that would work fine. She referred me to the correct eslie while she had other customers in her line. She was a true exemplary person to us all, was very patient and she understood all of our needs . She also gave me spec on the rope; she was wonderful. Good job 👏🏾👍🏾

The people are great. But the store is under stocked. And it appears they are trying to hide this fact by putting items in the wrong places. This led to confusing prices. It looked like they just spread the inventory on hand to any empty spot. This was true in the paint department, the hardware department and lumber, so not like it was just one area. If I had to guess it must be coming from upper management. This could just be a sigh of the times. If not for the floor employees and cashiers this store would of gotten a 1 maybe 2 stars from me.

Superb customer service! I forgot a mask, and the staff gave me one. My return was processed quickly. Then, I couldnt find one of the Craftsman tool cabinets I saw listed online (for a low price), and Isha took the time to track it down and arranged for Brian to get it down with a forklift. Great experience!

I really love to go to Lowes. The stores staff are always working to make the experience more rewarding. Shelves are well stocked and the staff will always go out of their way to help you find something. A special shoutout to the garden area and staff. They work especially hard and are well educated is the science of gardening, landscaping, plants, flowers, water fountains. They get it! Being a Vietnam, I am sincerely appreciative of the recognition for my US Navy service, which I did not get when I came home in 1972.

Alexis who works in assisting with Doors is the rudest person youll interact with. I highly suggest working with his other colleagues if you need help or just not coming to Lowes for this service. You pay $35 for someone to come to your home, measure your door, etc., but youre not allowed to keep the copy of the estimate. He rudely said, You cant have it. Its now our property. Hes not knowledgable about this topic. When asked if we could speak to the person who initially helped us he states, If you dont understand what Im saying, you wont understand him. Most arrogant and ignorant answer Ive ever heard. He then couldnt locate the doors in their database, so we sat for 10 minutes while he looks up how to find a door. He then pulls out this book to find the doors, but still nothing. The initial price we were given was $800, but it jumped to $1800 because of the price of the door. He threw out a random price without even locating the doors. Embarrassing and very unprofessional. Another customer approached him asking for a location of a product and he yells to him, Walk to the back of the store to the middle. That wasnt helpful. A message to Alexis, If you dont like your job theres ample of opportunities that you can take advantage of. I highly recommend you not working in retail/customer service. Im only giving this review 2 stars because the Manager on duty, Tom, was amazing and assisted us.

I wouldn’t come here if I didn’t have to. The place is a disaster in terms of its cleanliness. It’s an accident waiting to happen. There are almost never any carts for heavy things. They’re usually clogging the aisles with stuff on top of them that hasn’t been stocked. Even if you do find a cart, you can’t navigate the aisles because of all the unstocked items. Oh, and good luck finding help for anything you might need. Even the cashiers can’t get a manager if they need one. Even if you do find someone, they likely won’t have answer for you. It’s just bad. The Home Depot across the street isn’t much better.

Overall, Lowes is a great place to shop. Its generally a bit better organized than its nearby competition, but current labor shortages seem to affect accurate bin stocking. Dont rely too heavily on bin labels. Know EXACTLY what youre looking for and look closely!

Had carpet and vinyl installed, terrible moulding install, carpet severely wrinkled and when asked for repair, was told that restretching is not included, carpet was installed improperly, not fair to the consumer. so now its a tripping hazzard for my elderley mother in law. ashame on lowes, bottom line, once they get their moneyn they want nothing to do with you.

Its a Lowes, across the street from a Home Depot. This store is pretty much exactly what Ive come to expect from the Lowes company, with everything that comes with that. Recently I have been surprised that I didnt have to mention my veteran status and was signed up for the discount. Things arent always where I expect them to be, but the employees usually find what Im looking for with a minimum of hassle. Overall, while its not perfect, its good enough for what most people need in my estimation.

Went on a Monday for a new toilet. Requested and waited a good while for an employee to help. There was a toilet on clearance with two toilets available under display. The gentleman answered my questions and we decided to purchase. Got a call on Friday that the toilet was out of stock. Went to the location with picture of inventory and receipt, waited a long time before the assistant manager came to tell us the toilet may have been broken but they will upgrade the toilet and not charge for shipping. I stressed the importance of the toilet being delivered on Sunday because the installation was on that Monday. Assistant manager assured us the toilet would be delivered. Around 3pm on Sunday we did not have a toilet so I went to the location to inquire. The toilet was not scheduled to be delivered at all. Then was told it would have to be delivered on Monday between 8-12 but installation is scheduled for 10 am. Just got a call that the delivery window is now 12-4. Very disappointed I chose a Lowes close to home and received the 3.8 service that these reviews reflect. I recommend traveling a little further or not using Lowes at all. This is horrible customer service. GO TO HOME DEPOT, I GOT A BETTER TOILET, BETTER PRICE FOR DELIVERY AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR LESS MONEY.

Ordered wrenches online for store pickup. Over 20 in stock. Got to store 1.5hrs later and was told tbey didnt have any and had to cancel my order. On asking why inventory was so off I was told Inventory is never correct, you cant trust anything our inventory says. I have been loyal Lowes customer for years. I can understand if inventory sais 1 or 2 but over 20. I also know the inventory software cant be that off, if so Lowes has a major problem. As it is it sounds like they have a major personel training on how to do in inventory and stock. This is not a difficult task. I needed this particular tool for the next days work and by the time I got out of there empty handed it was 15 minites until closing and nothing else was open either! Thanks for the headache and wasted trip.

Terrible service. I made a large online order online. It had a delivery date of 3 days ago. They gave me a 12 hour window the first day, and then no further communication. Since then, customer service cant help, the store never picks up the phone, and I am out $500.Update: I had to personally go to the store. One person stated that when they print the ticket order for delivery, it sends an email stating that it is delivered. The scam is clearly that the employees close out the ticket before it is delivered to make it look like they are efficient to the corporate office. What is ridiculous is that I have emails stating that it was delivered the day before. The manager, Erica, was there and accepted no responsibility. I ended up just cancelling the order. What a huge waste of time and unnecessary project delays.

I visited the store several times during the week because I was working on home renovations and they employees were always helpful. Tyrone was the best! I had to get a lot of wood cut and he did it with enthusiasm. Tyrone helped me select wood and asked others for their assistance in picking the right wood. He was funny and personable. Tyrone could have begrudgingly cut all that wood but he was the exact opposite. Thanks again Tyrone 😃!

There are some areas that are organized. But as a whole store, very poorly managed. You have in one area that have 10 employees looking very busy but theyre not. And in other areas, none. I waited almost 20 minutes in gardening to finally get help and he couldnt. The scanned said a lot more items but he couldnt find then. A solid GM is desperately needed

Completely dissatisfied after a delivery of gravel and 350 stone retaining wall blocks. Multiple bags of gravel ripped open and two pallets of blocks stacked and close to tipping over. They also stacked the pallets on top of my shovel (assuming it’s broken).

This store continues to dissappoint, and I have driven out of my way to avoid it. However, wanting to save $85 dollars in shipping on an item, I figured I would give it a go. Well...same result. Checked in for a curbside pickup, and not a peep for 25 minutes. An employee even stopped, sees me waiting and asks for my order, etc. Still nothing. So, I call...and was on hold for at least 10 minutes....even put the phone down, went inside, finally got help, and came back to a still on hold phone. The person that actually helped me seemed nice, but why have curbside if you are just either ignoring it...or give zero ffs. Oh...and I just watched the third car in curbside quit and go in for help.

Everytime I have visited, the store has been fully stocked and cean. The only negative would be the lines in garden area because of only 1 checkout at times but they are quick to address this when lines are backing up. Otherwise no complaints.

Would leave zero if I could. Curbside pickup is a joke. We checked in on the app to let them know we were on our way for a “faster curbside pickup” experience. We called and he said “give me 10 minutes…”. I said ok. 5 minutes later he walked by our car and said someone else was getting it for us. 25 minutes later, I called the curbside pickup line again, and he was like “Oh… umm I’ll go back there…”. As it stands, we have been waiting in our car for over 30 minutes in a curbside pickup slot. Younger guy with black curly hair. Absolute horrible experience.UPDATE: It took over 45 minutes to finally get our order to our car for curbside pickup.

I am a longtime patron of this store but today was without a doubt my worst visit. Needing 10 5/4×6×12 deck boards I find theres a pallet of 4x6 lumber parked directly in front of the shelf that I needed to get to. Employees at both ends of the aisle talking among themselves. Eventually one asked me how many boards I need today (thinking I might be getting some help)I replied 10. So he kept walking another 10 feet away. After putting my 8th board on the cart he says two more, right sir? I guess he was in a hurry to do something other than watch me work around their clutter. To make matters even worse the sign read standard boards but at checkout they rang up as premium and Im out an extra $50! I know I couldve swapped them but at 66 years of age I honestly just didnt have the energy. Luckily theres a Home Depot across the street so I have a feeling THEY will be seeing a lot more of me from now on.

I made an online delivery order for a fridge from this store on the 21st of June for the 23rd of June. My order was delayed the next day to the 27th of June. On the 25th I recieved a call saying the stock of the fridge was really backed up. I called on the 26th trying to figure out when i could get this fridge. One of the employees said on the phone helped me out and said they could deliver it on July 1st. On June 30th I recieved another call saying that they dont have it in stock but theu do have it in stock at Dale City Lowes for pickup. I told them I dont want pick up I want it delivered. They said just call them to do that. I asked why do I have to do it cant you this has been delayed twice now and I dont understand why I have to do it. They then hung up on me. Terrible customer service. They kept dragging me along and I never recieved my fridge. Do not order anything delivery from Lowes the same issue exist at the Dale City location and the corporate customer service was unable to help me as well.When I called the Dale City Location they told they did not have any of the fridges in stock. I then called the corporate customer service number and the rep was very helpful and was able to get me a fridge from Dale City to be delivered on the 4th of July. On the 3rd of July I received a call from the delivery company and found at the service rep put down the incorrect address and forgot to mention my order was a haul away order as well. I managed to change the address with the delivery company then called the store which was an hour long phone conversation which I was on hold for 50 minutes of that time. They were finally able to change the address but they had to push back the delivery to the 5th of July. On the 4th i received an email saying my fridge was delivered. It was not. I tried calling the store and was on hold for 30 minutes and my call was dropped without talking to anyone. I then called the corporate customer service and they were able to look at everything and talk to the delivery company. When they changed my address they did it manually and so they email just went out as regular but delivery was still good for the 5th. Then later on the 4th I received another call from Lowes saying my fridge was damaged and they could not deliver it and it will be heavily delayed. I said fine keep that. I then went to talk to the corporate support line and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. I explained my order has now been delayed multiple times, I still dont have a fridge, I keep on getting led on, I want a fridge this week. He said that i should talk to the local store I said no. Im done talking to the local stores and going on these goose chases. Can you get me a fridge? He said there is one in Massachusetts. I said im in Virginia. Can you get me a fridge? He said he could not so I said I wanted my money back and he said it would take 3-7 business days. At least that will be quicker than their fridge deliveries. This was one of the most frustrating business experiences I have ever gone through. The lack of communication, inability to help me, and the inability of corporate to make things happen between stores was shocking. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere because this company truly does not care.

Lowes has very helpful, knowledgeable associates. I purposely drove to Woodbridge, Va to check on exterior hand rails for the steps of my house. Both Kendra Barahona & Michael showed us what was available at the store. Kendra showed & gave the brochures from Trex + another metal hand rail manufacturer.No time was wasted.I have always relied on this Lowe s branch for appliances, accessories, etc because of their excellent service.Now, I have to find a knowledgeable handy man who can install it for me after obtaining my homeowners approval.

Okay so, as far as the store goes; it was good... pretty much your typical Lowe’s, about what you would expect.BUT, I went out of my way to leave this review for ONE reason, the reason being: VICTOR!He was an associate who helped me and my wife out! He was honestly the best employee I’ve ever encountered at any hardware store, including; Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. He was kind, knowledgeable, sincere, and very quick! He was so sweet and just an all-around awesome guy!!! I really want the management at Lowe’s to recognize this gentleman and give him a raise or promotion or something, he MORE than deserves one! He genuinely went above and beyond!Also, I wanna shout out RICHARD, the guy who checked us out. He was super nice, and funny & all around great guy too! He also deserves a raise, etc![P.S. This morning I searched the Lowes website to find a new washing machine and found one I liked at the Dale City store close to my home. The site said there was only one available and I could pick it up today with a curbside option. I decided to call the store to confirm that they did in fact have the one washer available. Throughout the day I must have called that store at least 50 times today. Trying every option and department I could to try and speak to an employee on the phone only to receive constant ringing and the phone would just hang up.After all of my failed attempts I decided to go ahead and purchase the washer on line. Upon arriving at the store I tried the curbside option where I called about 20 more times when again no answer. As you can imagine I am not at all happy with the lack of customer service this store is giving me and all other customers for that matter.After my last 20 calls I went into the store and was able to speak to an Assistant Manager named Kingsley. I voiced my frustration and concerns to him and he repeatedly apologized which he shouldnt have to do for his employees who should be answering the phones in the first place. He immediately went to locate my washer himself and brought it out to our vehicle and helped my husband load it up.Why is it that the curbside service is available when no one answers and you have to go in the store anyways during a pandemic and be around more people than one should?I chose Lowes because I had a similar terrible experience with their competitor Home Depot and I refuse to shop there. However after today I bet you they wouldve at least answered the phone!!!!

Worst Lowes Ive ever been to. Trash all over inside store and the parking lot. Customer service desk is the worst. Many employees act like they would rather be anywhere else. All the lumber carts are full of junk sitting around the store. Thankfully Home Depot is right across the street.

This location had two check out lanes open in the entire store and self checkout was closed. 1 open in the garden center and 1 open across from the paint section. Two in total at what seemed like the busiest time of day for this store. It was very frustrating because there was no communication to the customers waiting in line or acknowledgement of the fact that most customers were waiting 20+ minutes.

Supervisor Daniel said hed call me to make sure I received my order and discuss delivery compensation, but never heard from him. Tried to call the main number at the Lowe’s in Woodbridge, VA. I have to cancel an order and there is absolutely NO ONE in any department answering the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and no answer. The automated system is pretty bad you cannot get a real human on the phone to help you!! I am very disappointed with Lowe’s. They will not be getting any more of my business. Unfortunate for them I have always been a very good customer and spent lots & lots of money there over the years! It will be their loss.

I normally dont write reviews but I wanted this store and two employees to get a wonderful review. Sat May 22nd I had went to my neighborhood Lowes in Woodbridge VA. I had a plumbing issue and was looking for a hair weasel. I didnt see it and a older ball headed white man who worked in plumbing asked can he help me? I said what I was looking for and he directed me to it. I told him that my daughters hair is constantly clogging the tub drain. He put his finger up and brought me to the hair catcher section in plumbing. He made jokes about shaving my 15th year olds head. He being bald told her how fantastic and easy it is. He is a angel and helped me so much. So it brings me to the next employee, Kyle helped me on Saturday in gardening and helped me Sunday morning with my drain problem. He actually brought the item up and showed me what it looked like and instructed me on how to tighten it back up. He calmed me and educated me in what to do. Itworked too! Thanks my Lowes

Here is a tip: if you want to get ahold of anyone in the store call the Pro Desk they are the only ones who answer. Nate was so helpful in helping me find items I was looking for and even recommended a substitute for something that was out of stock. Ordered two large items and which arrived on different dates. Notifications of arrival were spot on and used lowes app function to let them know I was on the way for the first item. When I arrived I used the app to tell them what pickup spot I was in. Within 5 minutes they came out with the item and helped me place in my vehicle. When my other large item arrived the following week I had difficulty with the app and couldnt use the Im on my way function. I had to call the store number listed on the pickup spot sign. This took longer but still under 15 minutes I had the heavy item in my SUV. Friendly and helpful staff. These were pickup dates in late morning during the week. Will certainly use the phone app in the future for this store .

The worst customer service! I ordered in the store with delivery scheduled for the 2nd. It’s now the 5th, neither I received anything nor they answer the call. It’s Ridiculous! It’s actually the second time, the same concern. I will never go for Lowe’s or at least at this store.

Do you remember when home improvement stores actually cared and were helpful? Seems today its just a check . As a customer who repeatedly buys equipment, supplies from your establishment on a monthly basis. Im to nice but today Im speaking up Your customer service is trash. The way you handle my situation / and open cases on items that were sent for repair almost two months ago. Now I cant seem to understand why every day its a new story a new lie I will not be called back so stop asking for my telephone number and earn those pins and badges on your vest because I dont see how you earned them. I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like appreciate Shante help in customer service . While I am returning Grill machine which I did not even use it but the way she helped me was so nice. She is very nice, humble and patience. I love to go LOWE’S . I think LOWE’S should keep and provide extra care to that kind of employees. I am fully satisfied with my whole transaction during that day.

Horrible customer assistance. They sold me a broken dishwasher and I am here almost a month later spending hours over the phone trying to get this replaced. You are put on hold for hours and transferred like a problem to all the departments. Horrible communications between installers-manufacturer-Lowe’s.

Deck installation service is unsatisfactory, and thats to put it nicely. The communication is terrible; they do not honor the dates they provide, and the contracting companies usually sends one worker to complete the job. Project manager does not respond to emails, has not provided the permits and other relevant documents, and quite frankly has not helped at all. Please find another reputable company for your needs.

Came here today to buy some soil for my Venus Fly Trap.They had PLENTY of selection, but no one really wanted to help up. We stopped someone who had Vendor written on their shirt and they could have cared less about helping or directing us to someone who could.We got the soil and it was a great price, but I would appreciate friendlier people wanting to help.We felt like we were bothering them because we were only buying a certain type of soil.

This store really needs to work on its customer service and organizing, for the last 10+ times been there I always see associates talking/chatting to each other while ignoring customers questions and attention requires and for the last 5 times been there and asked for help in plumbing, electric,tile and curtains they just paged a never show up associate saying this is not my area, I rarely see an associate alone but most of time chatting together, It could be the matter only at this store as it is near my house but starting today I never go there unless I have to but instead to Home depot where at least they respond better to your questions. Lows manager should know that customer service is 1st and product & pricing is 2nd and 3rd. . . .
