Our Molly Maid cleaners worked hard. They moved pieces of furniture to clean behind them. They successfully cleaned a white kitchen sink which was stained. They dusted and cleaned in places that are easy to overlook. They followed our instructions not to dust a curio cabinet, which we appreciated. Our home looked better than ever when they were finished.

Mostly on time. Cleaning crew does a good job.

Initially had the team come in for a full house cleaning (as we had just purchased a new home) and they did a wonderful job, making sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departing for the day and taking the time to make sure every aspect of the house was clean. We now have them come every two weeks and it has made a world of difference in both keeping up the appearance of the home and also reducing my own household related stress. They are courteous, timely, and work diligently and efficiently. Seriously, such a great team and I love that they assign a consistent team to your home so that you can get to know the staff and feel confident with them in your home.

A team of two (Team 4) cleaned the inside of my empty four bedroom home in preparation for a move-out. It included carpeting, hardwood floors, 3 baths and lots of windows. Job was completed in 3 hours with excellent results. Hardwood floor looks great.

They were over an hour late. When I called I learned there was an hour window and then the woman hung up on me.The job was prolonged beyond necessary. The house was completely empty and it took the ladies over two hours. They didn’t clean walls nor baseboards. There was no scent of cleaner, instead there was an odor of dirty water/mop.It was difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier. They left food in the bottom of the freezer claiming they couldn’t reach it. I had my small child with me and had to get to another appointment so grew frustrated with the wait and attempting to communicate.

We have been using Molly Maid for a few years now and love them. Our house looks so great after they have cleaned, it has become our favorite day of the week.

They are hard workers. Sometimes two people come to clean and sometimes 3 people come. We have them come one day a week.

Ive used Molly Maids for years. I stopped the service for a time when Covid hit. Im back now. The team came in yesterday and the house looks fantastic! A plus for us is the cheerful attitudes of Marcella and Maria.

Molly Maid Woodbridge was good until they weren’t! If you hold this cleaning team accountable for doing a good job “every time” — they will cancel your service!!! Woodbridge Molly Maid began to lack in quality — when I held him accountable they canceled my service.I always tipped my team 20% but when the became lax I complained. The new team showed up 3 hours late. No one contacted me. Again, I held this franchise accountable - and I just received a letter cancelling my service. Even though they are due to return next week. This is not professional! Use another Molly Maid or other service altogether. .

Our house was spotless after the cleaning. Thank you! Since this was our first time, we didn’t anticipate our 2 level townhome would take 4hrs vs 2hrs to clean. All in all, we were happy with the service and we would use them again. Please send us a receipt next time though 😉

I asked Carmen if they accept a new customer coupon that I received via email when I scheduled the cleaning service. I was initially told yes but then told no after the service. Also, the water stopper in the bathroom sink was damaged during the cleaning and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Ideas like ethics and customer service are apparently foreign concepts. Will not be using Molly Maid ever again. AVOID.

The 2 cleaning ladies showed up and deep cleaned the house from top to bottom... and we have a big house!! They were here for quite a while, but the house has never been so clean!! Were going to love having them come every other week and keep it clean. :)

8/31/20I just called to continue service after a hiatus due to COVID-19. You would think a company would be happy that its customer returned to continue business, but I didnt receive a cheery welcome. After initially calling in to schedule an appointment, I was given a call back by Carmen.Carmen tells me that because I paused my service (due to a global pandemic) I would have to revert back to an hourly rate and quoted me a payment that was more than twice the price of my set rate. I told her that the circumstances for pausing service was highly unusual as their was a global pandemic and for the sake of my family, we did not allow any one else in our home for several months.This did not seem to phase her, she then has the gall to tell me that most customers continued paying full price without receiving any service to support the girls, as if we were somehow in the wrong for not doing so.First off, dont use your workers as a pawn for charity. We, like millions of other people were affected by the pandemic and subsequent shutdown. Do I owe you a tithe molly maids?Seriously reconsidering every using this company as a service again. Our team is great, Id rather hire them privately and pay them their full share. This experience will linger as a bad taste for a long time.1/10 would recommendLeonor and Lesly of Team 4 do a fantastic job! They are thorough, professional, and give attention to detail. They leave a personal and caring touch by cleaning or straightening up details that can often go unnoticed in home day to day.

First time using this specific molly maid service and they were terrible. We specifically told them to take as much time needed, and to not rush. We wanted deep cleaning. They finished in under two hours but still charged us for the full two hours. I went through my house and noticed they did not clean very well. The basement was completely dirty, left untouched. I even sent them pictures. They spent 15 mins there and I have no clue what they did down there and they refused to pay me back for the extra money they took and ignored my calls and texts. Terrible service. Dont use them. Im sure there are lesser known cleaning companies that would do a hundred times better.

I just had my first cleaning and I am extremely happy with this service! My team is Katy and Gricia (Team #1, I think) and they were just wonderful. They showed up with smiles and were very sweet and friendly. But most importantly, they did an amazing job on my house! Everything is sparkling clean and their vacuum cleaner is something else, because I have never seen my carpets looking this good. Its definitely a professional grade vacuum that does a way better job than my own. I also have glass shower doors that were left spotless and squeaky clean. And the smell! Their cleaning products leave a fresh, lemony smell throughout the house. This was a deep clean that I usually dont have time for - they cleaned the window blinds, the baseboards, the inside of my microwave AND toaster oven, and even dusted the bathroom fan vents - something Ive been meaning to do for months but never got around to. They also emptied my trash and took it with them.Im a working single mom and for me this service is well worth the money. I also like that the cost of cleaning is a flat fee after the first one. They will give you an estimate of the time it will take for the first cleaning, which is charged hourly at $96/hour, but you should plan for it to go over, just in case. At that rate, even half an hour causes the cost to go up quite a bit, which is what happened to me. However, for the thorough cleaning job that was done, I didnt mind too much. I feel such a weight lifted knowing that I no longer have to spend hours cleaning my house and can have more quality time with my kid instead. Weekends are precious!I also like the fact that this company has been around for decades, so theyre doing something right. The lady who gave me my estimate has worked for the company for 20 years, and told me the founder still owns and runs the company. And they project a very professional image, with the car clearly marked with Molly Maid the uniforms they wear. I highly recommend Molly Maid!

We had Roxana and Laura our to clean our house and they did an incredible job. Everything was spotless by the time they left. They were very nice and I will definitely be using them on a regular basis. I have a family of five and getting the time and energy to do a deep clean is never possible. So it was nice to have someone that can come in and do the deep clean monthly and take that burden off my plate.

I have used different teams each time I call for service, but I am not concerned because whoever comes are totally proficient and thorough. I had a favorite team but they left. I appreciate the fact that the cleaners seem to be trained well and know what to do and how to do tasks without being told by the client. My house is always sparkling clean after a Molly Maid visit.

Marisol and Marisa came to clean my home this week. They were unbelievable. Extremely professional. On a hot day, they came in with smiles and were ready to get down to business. While I’ve used Molly Maids before, this was my first time with this team. My house was spotless when they left. I would not question them coming back again. Great experience.

Aside from the fact that they arrived EXACTLY on time, and they left my house looking terrific, I loved that they tried so hard to befriend my pesky dogs. We have been customers of Molly Maid of Woodbridge/Burke since they opened. We really like them! The house is clean, the company is great to work with, the maids are very nice; I appreciate their work so much that even after I retired I continued to use their services. I cant think of any negatives! I am updating this review from two years ago, but it is the same. My maids, team #4, still are doing a great job! Since the pandemic the maids are masked and protected, which I really appreciate.

Molly Maid has cleaned our house for more than fifteen years. I am particularly pleased with our present team. Maria and HaHarisol or team 14 arrive around the same time every other week. They are personable and very efficient. What a pleasure it is to get the entire house clean at the same time! Definitely they rate five stars.

The maids were great but they are dishonest with there pricing. The first and only appointment I was quoted 96 bucks an hour with a 50 dollar discount. At no time was I told there was a 4 dollar fee for credit cards. It happens we talked about a lot but they claimed I signed a form that I know I didnt because the lady took down my credit card info on a blank piece of paper. She forgot the form. Anyway they are also dishonest with the amount of time they are at your house. I was charged 3 hr but they were late.... my appointment was 10am they pulled up into front of my house at 1020 started cleaning at 1025 and left about 1:04 and thats after I walked the house to see of everything is ok. They were done by 1pm. The only issue I had with the cleaning is that floors had puddling in some places that I wiped up once they left. Anyway I called about the refund on Friday and the lady seem told me I needed to call back to speak to the original person who did the walk through, you know the process they can do anything to take your money but you have to jump hoops to receive a refund. Again I think the maids are okay but if I cant trust you and you are going to argue over 4 dollars and cheat on the time card, you can never come back to my house. They had the nerve to call me and cancel my 50 dollar discount, dishonest company. Find someone else for the safety of your family and property...... I have the two forms that I signed and none have a fee associated with a credit card. The times are off I was in the house when they arrived and left. They tried to charge my credit card an additional 50 dollars on Monday, the discount they never gave me. I had to dispute the charge and have a new card sent out. Lies and more lies.

April 2019 . Christina and Marta have been cleaning my house for many years. I have been very happy. They do an excellent job, especially in the rooms that are most important to me-my bathrooms and kitchen. They are always friendly and polite, especially to my blind and gregarious dog. I have to admit that in attempting to clean and organize our messy house they sometimes put things in neat piles that drive my husband crazy but I appreciate the attempt to make my house look neater. I wouldnt change anything. I recommend them to anyone.

Called Molly Maid for a move out. Veronica was fantastic as I had to switch dates twice due to work issues. On the day they arrived, I toured the home with the two ladies on what needed to be done. Everything seemed fine. I then left to take some additional items to my fathers house. He lives less than 5 mins away. By the time I got there, I received a call from Molly Maid (not Veronica) claiming the lights were out in the house and the maids cannot work in the dark. Mind you, when I left, they received a tour. Lights were on. I get back and the 3 bathroom lights were out. Rest of the house lights and electric were on. I asked did they plug anything up. They said no. I checked the breakers and the GFI. But unfortunately, the bathroom lights did not come back on, but I still needed the kitchen cleaned. When I called Molly Maid back the individual I spoke with became defensive after I explained that something had to have been plugged in to trip circuits. There was quite a bit of tenseness between us. However, I just wanted the truth so I could solve the problem. 5-10 mins after I was off the phone, she called back again and said, Im pulling them from the job, and that They cannot work in the dark. Again, I told her it was not the whole house, and the kitchen could still be cleaned. I have moved many times in my life from being in the military. We KNOW that certain equipment used by cleaning professionals CAN trip circuits in homes. No way around it. Next time...speak and show professionalism. Work with the customer to finish what can be done, not pull the professionals and they lose money. Three stars because Veronica was accomodating.

I am pleased with my Molly Maid service once a month. My house is vacuumed, dusted, floors mopped, and kitchen and bathrooms cleaned until they sparkle. While English is a second language for most of the cleaning staff who service my place, I have never had difficulty communicating with them, and they always gradp my instructions.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Sara and Maria on my introductory cleaning with Molly Maids. They were courteous and efficient, and Ive never seen our bathrooms so clean! There were a few areas I thought would be included in the first session which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, however with the areas that were addressed we couldnt be happier :)

Farah & Rosa do a fantastic job cleaning our house. Their attention to detail and pride in doing a good job are rare in this day and age. For example, I have seen them cleaning our floors on their hands and knees. Also, they do extra things for us, such as fold the end our toilet paper and tissue. It is such a relief to come home to our clean house after work. Finally, they are trustworthy which is very important to use since they usually clean our house while were at work. They cleaned our office, thats a converted house, and hit every nook and cranny there is. Even the desks sparkled! It is very rare these days as a consumer to feel like you get what you pay for. I used Molly Maid before and I had a terrible experience, I found them in a crunch after a previous bad experience I thought it was a one-off so decided to give them another shot. This time, I made sure I had all the proof I needed just in case. This was a different city and different franchise so I was hoping for the best.Unfortunately, that was not the case. I told them that I needed cleaning done for 1.5 hours. I told my current tenants to clock the time and make sure you write down what they did (previously they lied about their time). Sure enough, my tenant says they did not go over the time which is exactly what I paid for. Since I did not get a call for authorizing more time, I thought everything was fine. This is until I get the receipt charging me for more than the agreed amount. This time though, I was prepared.From my previous experience, I was told that the cleaners will call about 30 minutes prior to authorize more time as per policy before continuing work:Even though my current tenant took notes and times down for when they started the service and what they did, I was still overcharged and was never called to authorize more time.I am not sure why they try to get one over on their customers. Just do the job and call if you need to authorize something more based on your own policy.I recorded the conversations as well proving all of this thankfully. Be wary of using Molly Maids in Northern VA. Do yourself a favor and work with a more ethical company.I have recorded everything and will be filing a claim with my bank because for some reason you cannot reach the main corporate office headquarters.Edit: The response below is a complete lie. My tenants did not approve anything not to mention I am supposed to be called to approve more time and no one else since I am the one paying for the service. It was unauthorized. Again my tenants told me and showed me everything, this is a complete lie

They dusted off and vacuumed the furniture, vacuumed the carpeting, cleaned the windows, mopped the hardwood floors, and basically cleaned anything that was dirty. They even made the beds and cleaned the dirty dishes in the sink. Ive been using Molly Maid for 10 years now, and Ill continue to use them for all of my house cleaning needs! Theyre second to none!
