Well i have been dealing with VCF for a number of years I can say VCF acceptance now have been great even when I had problems personal financial issues they have worked with me; shout out to Carmen and Sandra and the2 younger ladies who’s names I don’t remember, all have helped me at one time or another thank you sincerely.

Bad Business, Bad Management, Slow service

Terrible quality furniture. My couch came broken. I decided to just leave it because it was minor. Then within a year the couchxwas falling apart and they made it next to impossible to use the warranty I purchased. Pay a little more somewhere elese, the little you save here is NOT worth it

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It is highway ROBBERY! I had an 1300 dollar limit and only used 850$ Well to my surprise I didn’t pay off the amount that I was requested to pay in the 120 days even though I never missed a payment. I was charged an additional 950.00$ when I had paid 905.00$ into the payment. In order to close the account I would have to pay 650.00$! That’s 1600 for a mattress only.
