Mulk came out to repair my washer. When he discovered that the repair required a screw that was missing, he took the time to find a fix with a spare screw from his truck. He was thorough in identifying the cause of the break, in ensuring that the repair was effective, and doublechecking to make sure no other repairs were needed. I called this company after another company was unresponsive for more than 2 weeks after diagnosing my problem. This repairman came out same day, fixed the issue and explained the organial problem. I will call him first whenever I have an issue. Great customer service and responsive.
