BEWARE - My experience? Terrible customer service, disorganized and not at all helpful. Three weeks after the initial assignment by home warranty company, my fridge is still broken. Excuses, calls not being returned, really? Its a fridge, not bypass surgery?! Their canned response is always well call you back. They never do. After 5 messages left by my wife and 2 by me, your darn right I was upset when I called. This guy never ceases to stop defending his shortcomings. Im a business owner as well, if I somehow come up short with my customers, I humbly admit I was wrong and then promptly commence to building that trust. Not this guy, Shawn seems like he doesnt care if he loses customers. I know my measly $200 doesnt matter, but eventually bad customer care catches up and soon your looking for a new line of work.After having a heated discussion with Shawn He determined that they werent able to fix my fridge.Total waste of time, if they werent able to fix my fridge in timely manner, Shawn should have told me.Instead, I got one excuse after the other. This employee is rude, obnoxious and bad for business. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. In my day, the customer was king, not with these guys! Beware.Do a Google search yourself (or just do a BBB inquiry) and see how bad their reviews are. Do yourself a flavor, just find someone else.My opinion and personal experience.
Wish I could give negative stars. Terrible customer service. Took over 1.5 months to realize I was getting ripped off and still had a broken washer in the end. Please save your money for a reputable company because this is not one.
Were very honest on the phone of the two options that I was facing to fix my Whirlpool Thin Twin washing machine - one way more expensive than the other. They work on weekends which is very convenient.Showed up a bit late for the two hour window given but that does not matter because when they showed up they were attentive and stayed as long as they needed to in order to fix my washer. Took the time to remove the closet door. Courteous and knowledgeable. Were honest that the repair was the easier (and much cheaper) fix and did not recommend the way more expensive option of replacing parts. Reasonable pricing and gave a 90 day warranty. Highly recommend - all repair services should be this professional and easy!
When the refrigerator goes out you cannot help but panic as you picture everything thawing and rotting. No such worries here. All American Appliances Repair Experts scheduled me an appointment almost immediately and they found the problem, replaced the part and nothing was lost. Seriously, dont bother with these guys. We had a refrigerator issue (faulty evaporator motor which Id diagnosed on my own) and the dryer would not heat up. Repairman showed up the first day, which seemed positive, fixed the refrigerator and took a look at the dryer. When I say fixed, I mean he put in a faulty part that made the refrigerator sound like a chainsaw and left it at that. He replaced a number of parts on the dryer before even noticing that the gas line wasnt connected (We just moved in, didnt even know it was a gas dryer). He then disappeared for three days, saying he needed to find a part.Needless to say, after much complaining to the home office, we got him back later that week (he arrived over an hour after the window promised) and he replaced the bad evaporator fan with a new one. So far so good. Then he explained he could not get a new hose for the dryer. I did an Amazon search and pointed to one and he went Yeah, one of those. Sigh. So I ordered it and he said to call him as soon as I got it and hed install it.Since I have Amazon Prime, it came in two days. I called him up and he said wed have to schedule it with the office (the next day) which isnt what he promised. I went ahead and installed it myself and the dryer STILL didnt work. So he came in the next day and had no idea what was wrong and advised us to call Sears (by the way, he showed up late again). Sears came in a few days later and replaced a faulty solenoid (not a complicated issue).In addition, their office is completely unhelpful. We couldnt get the manager even after it was promised hed call us back. We asked for an itemized bill for insurance purposes and they kept claiming theyd email it to us the next day. We asked three times before we gave up.This company clearly does not care and doesnt deserve your business. Look elsewhere.
I had a washing machine problem and this was th closest place that popped up. I made an appointment for the same day. Their guy came to check out my washer and were able to fix it on the spot. A couple of test and an hour later, I had a washer again. Thanks
United appliance is the worse company I have ever used. The refused to return calls. They took my co payment and I never seen them again. Its been over a month and now they are telling me that they never been to my address
Great service i had them fixed my dryer. Was making horrible noise and not heating. Omar came and fixed it with in no time . highly recomanded.
The technician that serviced my stove was very knowledgeable and professional. This company will always give you reliable, accurate diagnosis and prompt service
Incompetent. Unfair. Service on an Amana dishwasher was a rip off. First visit diagnosed faulty touch panel. 2nd visit with touch panel did not solve the problem. Quote was $320. Then diagnosed it was the control panel. 3rd visit with the control panel. Had difficulty connecting the part. Finally got it working. Jacked the price up to $455. Reason can not return the touch panel as this is an electrical part. I was livid.
That absolute worst. Do not get service from them. Got connected with themy through my Sears warranty. Its been a nightmare. Almost 2 months and my dishwasher is still not repaired.
If I could list a negative number I would. Checked the problem and never returned. Waited patiently months to order a part and refused to return calls from warranty company.
