I have lived here for a while now. Its a really great apartment complex. My apartment was pristine and clean when I moved in. The staff are AWESOME. They respond quickly to maintenance requests at any hour. They answer any questions you may have. They host a lot of events for their residents. Its really nice because you feel like they actually care. The rent is very reasonable and you have quick access to 95. It only takes me 15 min to get to work in Springfield. Definitely 5 stars.

Staff is great! Very friendly, accomadating, and always ready to serve with a big smile! The apartments are great! Only take away from me personally is not having a washer and dryer in unit. Two months in Im pretty happy about moving in here, everyone that works here is very professional, property is well kept and maintenance seems to be done regularly, have no complaints so far, all the staff is great.

The parking is horrendous. I pay to live here andstill have no parking at night starting at 10pm. Iwork late sometimes and to come back with noparking is very frustrating. I have to park in theother section or just stay somewhere else. Thereare some people with reserved parking spacesthat dont even use it. I know it is an issue forothers since they end up parking on the grass. I understand that they are trying to fix it, but is still frustrating for those who live here.The staff are very nice and friendly, but it seems there are miscommunication sometimes. I have asked for scheduled maintenance but they ended up not coming, with no knowledge to me. I have asked for storage key for 2 days, and they say they will get it to me next morning, or later in the day. I called and stopped by the office multiple times, on different days to check on storage key and maintenance for my apartment. I know that maintenance are busy, which is why I asked for schedule maintenance to make it easier for them. I havent been able to do dishes for a couple days now with all the overflowing and disposal not working.Aside from what I have mentioned, my one bedroom apartment is great in size and design. Location is good, close to 95 exits, and overall a quiet place to live.

I have lived at Woodlee Terrace for about a year. I love this place as far as the apartment itself, location and friendliness of staff. It is an amazing value from that perspective. However, there is a huge problem I want to bring to the attention of potential renters. When you visit during the day, you will be impressed.....until you sign your lease and your upstairs neighbors start walking around in their apartment. If I could upload an audio file of what our apartment sounds like everyday when the upstairs neighbors come home, you would be amazed! It is unbearable! Our neighbors are very normal and nice people. However, the floors are so squeaky and thin. We hear every step clearly. If you are not getting an upstairs apartment at Woodlee Terrace, you need to run from this place. Respectfully...

Average apartments, good price, and quick response to service requests. This was the only place we could find that would take our German Shepherd, and offer a short term lease. The events for the residents were always very thoughtful, and Tiara and Kerrie provided excellent customer service. I will miss living here!

Review correction, Jasmine at the leasing office is great. They have little turnover also. Jasmine called me for almost a year after we moved to inform me if I got mail there. That was really nice of her and something I an not used to. I definitely recommend this place.

Great place to live and is close to the highway. Also a small walk away from Occoquan! Really the key with this community is service, if you need something done simply call the rental office and they will take care of it. They shovel and salt the parking lot in the winter and they are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. Overall very pleased, just wish the market price would not increase every year.

My daughter and I have lived here for about 6 months now and so far we like it here while you have to remember that you are living in an apartment building I dont always expect everything to be perfect as far as neighbors or noise. For the most part its a quiet area close to stores that we frequent. I can honestly say I have made my apartment my happy place and it definitely helps when I dont have to deal with problems with management. Any problem Ive had was always address professionally and quickly. Joslin has been amazing since I signed the papers and when she was gone briefly, I could definitely tell a different in the consistency of things getting done! So if there is anything going on or question your have I would definitely suggest reaching out to her.

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we really like the area. It is in walking distance of Historic Downtown Occoquan and a 5 minutes drive to the Workhouse Art Center. It is always kept clean inside the buildings and outside area too. We have a third floor apartment on the back side and have a great view of the Potomac River. also a great view to see Firework during the warm seasons. there is a laundry room area which is always clean and safe with security cameras. Also a small Gym and computer area in the Leasing office.Last thing is the customer service with the Leasing Office, Maintenance and Cleaning Personnel is very professional and pleasant. from Building 12519.

I recently moved into a fully renovated apartment. Its is beautiful. I read other reviews that had issue with noise but I really havent had any issues. The most noise I hear is right outside the door when my neighbors are coming in, but thats about it.One thing I liked was the longevity of the management in the office. My previous apartment had constant turn over. I will keep this posted as time goes on bit bit right now, Im am satisfied with the apartment

I recently downsized, retired and moved into a Jr Bedroom Studio -- fully renovated overlooking the mansions on the Potomac River!The Leasing and Maintenance Staff are wonderful and do a great job. Yes, its an apartment complex like any other but remember tenants are what makes a nice community.Convenient location walking to Old Town Occoquan...what more does one need? Thank you #67!

Decent customer service on the phone but not in person. Made an appt for 11am days in advance, but when i got there a sign was posted saying no 1 will be here til 12pm. I called and the lady tried to get some1 to tour and no 1 was available. Looked around myself and it was kept up decently but surrounding is very dated. Might be suspected in Woodbridge tho.

A September 2017, me and my mother was looking for an apartment to rent. Went there filled an application, and they said we didn’t make enough and couldn’t afford it. Mind you my mother owned many houses, and we just sold one. They did the math incorrect, didn’t even process our application. Asked us very personal questions about hourly wage, and other unprofessional questions. Glad we dodged the bullet here because we found a very nice community that is 10X better and a place where customer service is wonderful. Crazy how the girl said we 10,000 off when my new leasing agent did the math correct and saw our income was over 30,000 dollars. Never in my life have I experienced this horrible service.

There is No parking for guest at all, the tenats have reserved spots if paid for which is ridiculous and there is no handicap spots at all which is illegal not to mention there is a spot for motorcycles to park but no motorcycles at all in the whole complex. They take care of the tenats and the complex its clean and maintenance is awesome, they need to work on the parking issues before it becomes a serious issue.

The only negative thing about this place is the gym. When I first moved in the equipment was in good condition. Now the cable machine doesnt work and its been like that for months. They removed one of the benches and now one are the weights are missing.
